this is a very conflicting topic in most cases... Before anyone goes on about how much they know or how much a big shot they are, there are NO true answers to this. All we know is Gokou is 12, and a few othr ages of other people, at the begging of DragonBall... or well thats all I remember, since the time in DragonBall Z screws up on more than one occation, it's almost impossible to have a true answer. You must remember, however, the dub has said stuff that isn't nessisarily true... (ie: Gohan's age being 11 during the Cell Games) Cause if that were the case, 7 years later, when the series resumes, Gohan would be 18... and he is just NOW starting High School? Yeah see?.... the time changes in DB are too... off.... Toriyama really screwed up there.... Thus, there is no deffinant answer to your question, just opinions... Gokou: ummm ummm....at the end of DBZ I'd say he's around... mid 40's... maybe early 40's Bulma: probably around 4-6 years older than Gokou Vegita: anywhere from 6-10 years older than Gokou Chichi: probably 2-6 years older than Gokou 18:.... ummm No one knows.... since she is part robot she doesn't nessisarily have age change. I'd say she's 23... throughout the whole series. If You want to count her years after she was activated... mid 30's... Roshi: He's gotta be way into the Hundreds.

Oh this reminds me... I have a fan dub of movie 6 that I've never got around to watching :p perhaps I should for a good laugh... Anyway, Cooler probably learned it from the Ghetti Star... thats my best guess.

By Original, Z, do you mean HeadMasters? :p Anyway, I do prefer Generation 1.... I WAS going to buy all the series.... the bastard never e-mailed me back... Anyway, Robot in Disguise is actually "Tranformers 2000: Car" if I'm not mistaken... which was originally Japanese.... Generation 1 was drawn in America... the rest, with the exception of Beat Wars, although I could be wrong, were made in Japan as well. Beast Wars, I don't consider a TF series... it's stupid... but anyway, the series that started it all was HeadMasters in Japan i do believe... I actually really don't know... like 100% but I think I'm right.... the series are: Headmasters - 35 episodes Masterforce - 42 episodes Victory - 32 episodes 2000: Car (Robots in Disguise) - 42 episodes And then the Original as we call it. - 98 episodes Beast Wars too but as I mentioned, I don't consider it to be a real TF series.... I dunno how many eps it has.

The dub says it like this: Ka-meha-meha (as if saying Meha was one word... ) The true way is: Kame-Hame-Ha (Kame and Hame being two seperate words) The dub stresses the sylables in the wrong place... and for no reason....

Anyway, as I've said in the past, traditionally, the Japanese last name is said before the first name. (ie: Hamasaki Ayumi... Ayumi being the first name, Hamasaki being the last).... Son is simply Gokou's last name. Hence why his son's are Son Gohan, and Son Goten.... it's just Gokou's last name. As she said, -san holds respect... whether it be female, male, kid, whatever... it's just a thing. Kun is used for males, and in particualr boys. it generally is used to denote a boy, or someone younger... Junior... in DB, Bulma refers to Gokou as "Son-kun"... Son being his last name followed by the suffix -kun to denote he's a boy or younger... Sama is often refered to as "Lord, Master, someone of higher authority" whether it be a man or woman. also refers to Mr. and Mrs in a total respective view... they are older, wise, stronger, smarter... etc...
