DBZ i do believe has the most episodes. Now, as for shortest, it depends... are you refering to TV series or a OAV? OAV usually have the shortest amount of episodes: Blue Sub No. 6 had 4 episodes. TV series usually has 26 episodes, sometimes more sometimes less....
