Hair: I love hair. Blond, even better. Different colors, even better. I love it when people play with hair, dye it all cool and do wierd stuff. Eyes: I love colorful eyes. Bright blue, green, red, whatever. I like wide big eyes. But it's not that big a deal if they aren't Nose: I like a smaller button type nose. I just find them to look cute. Face: No facial hair. I'm not fond of facial hair. I like peopel to look young and I think facial hair adds 10 years to your look. Body: I like someone who's not too skiny, not too fat. Which leaves a lot of room to work. I don't like someone too tall or too short... like 5'5 and 6'2 are the limits. Thats jut looks though... I like alot more in a person... esspecially intelligence, sense of humour, nice personality, etc etc etc/

It's usually the uneducated that are so rude in situations such like that. Eventually you learn to ignore them, and eventually, although sometimes never, they realize how completely stupid they are.

Liberals or Conservatives: Who is the bigger threat?
Transtic Nerve replied to Harry's topic in General Discussion
I'd rather not quote that whole thing. It's probably better I don't. I agree, North Korea should be delt with differntly, however I think they should be delt with first and foremost. I personally think Bush is not in control of this country at this moment. I believe Colin Powell and all of the president's military and foreign policy advisors control what he does. They could tell him one thing and he will react regardless of the truth of it. Yes, I know France is dealing with arms trade with Iraq as well as Russia and oil. Why then do we not deal with France and Russia? In the same accord as we Iraq? It seems we're picking and choosing, which if we want to be the agressor in this campaign, we cannot do. If Bush wants to stick to his word we need to run out every regime and every government that poses any threat to the US and or the safety of their own country and it's people. Thats what Bush wants, he's just picking and choosing who he does it with and as our leader, he simply cannot do that. If he wants me on his side, he MUST go and do what he did with Afganistan, what he wants to do with Iraq, to EVERY SINGLE country that poses any threat to us and any threat to it's own people and their well being. He is not doing that and until he does, which he probably won't he will not have me on his side, nor will he have the majority of this country on his side. I saw the quotes you said by Clinton. As I said before, I will not disagree that Saddam poses some threat, I just don't think it's that big a one at this time. Especially with the whole radical muslim comminity in the middle east being the way it is. What Clinton did with bombing obviously didn't do anything. I really didn't agree then when he did it. Sure he's a liberal, but I don't care. I don't like alot of things liberals do, as well as conservatives. I believe periodically bombing Iraq is a much better idea than all out war for no other reason than to overthrow ONE guy. I do not want war. I'd rather America gets it's head out of it's *** and stop being the police that we are so occupied being. it's ridiculous. As far as I can see, and there no denying this, we brought it on ourselves to be what we are. If we had watched our resources we wouldn't need oil. If we'd been more careful in the past and not be the super nationalistic country we were and still are, we'd not be in this situation. I think war is an excuse for absolute stupidity. We wrote up and signed a pact, as well as 15 other countries, after WWI that said "War shall not be means to settle a dispute"... apparently we are so powerful we don't need to follow our own rules. We got into WWII after that, albeit for revenge, Korea, Vietnam, and then Iraq. Those are the major ones at least. Again, I want to make this clear, I'm not saying Saddam should just be let go to do as he pleases, I just don't think war is the ocrrect way to deal with the subject. We can detain, watch over him. We did it to Japan. We did it to Germany. Why can't we, and why couldn't we do it to Saddam? The majority of people I refer to is the people I see protesting, the people I see interviewed on TV. There's been polls, although probably of a much less percentage than anything majority in this country. I meantion that Iraq cannot directly hurt Americans with his missles because they only go 400 miles. I mean I'm sure they can other ways, but destroying missles that go 400 miles isn't accomplishing much. I don't want to change your view on anything. Thats not what I'm saying. I'm just giving my point of view along with what I know. You do the same. Thats what it's all about isn't it? it really doesn't both me that you think a different way lol. There's nothing I or you can do, so it's basically just sharing opinion, isn't it? I'm not trying to disway you or put you down, I just have a difference of opinion. I usually do. I dunno what else to say. -
I refuse to cosplay unless I'm goign to be the absolute best one there. Which is taking me a while to think up so I'm not going to for a while. I want five people following me at all times asking to take my picture. One day...

Liberals or Conservatives: Who is the bigger threat?
Transtic Nerve replied to Harry's topic in General Discussion
My post wasn't about Saddam... my post was about how Liberals and Conservatives view the war. Or the impending war. Do you really not expect me to mention Saddam when this topic is all about war on Iraq and terrorism. No offense but how stupid can you get? My first paragraph never even mentioned the word "Saddam" in it. (thank you for noticing that as well Deus :)) THIS topic is about how Liberals and Conservatives are dealing with the impending war. How they dealt with it in the past and why it's leading to where it is. Thats why the topic mentions "THREAT" not MORALS. If it were just about liberals and conservatives I'd mention Guns and Abortion, but no one has, so it's about the war and how each political party handles it. THAT'S what this topic is about.
[strike]No, Bush senior didn't get the job done, if he did the word Iraq wouldn't even exist. The word Saddam wouldn't exist. He didn't get the job done because he didn't get rid of Saddam. All he did was liberate Kawait. Which I'm sure was reason to begin the gulf war, but not the main point behind it. Japanese attacked us in WWII, that was our reason for getting into the war, although I'm sure eventually we would have sometime or another. But did we go after Japan right away... and only Japan? No, we went after Hitler and Germany as our main focus. After that was over, we focused all our power on Japan. We went into the Gulf war to liberate Kawait, but we had an agenda to rid Saddam of power, and if they didn't then it's still Bushy's fault that Saddam is still there today. Bush didn't get the job done because Bush went in there. Clinton didn't go there, BUSH did. And with that he had the power and authority to get rid of Saddam, and he didn't. Clinton didn't get us into war. He didn't have the responcibility to take out Saddam. He didn't have a reason either. Yeah, Saddam has weapons... WOO HOO... So does Russia, but we aren't attacking them. So does 3/4s of the countries in the world, but we aren't attacking them. Just because Bush has some long repore with Saddam. Everyone is asking why. Even the conservatives are saying "There's no where it says we are going to war" yet we have how many troops over there? I was just listening to fox news and they are saying that in resolution 14 whatever the number was it say nothing about war. It says that Ieaq will pay consequences if it doesn't comply. Hmm I wonder what those would be? Are we going to take their teddy bears away and put them in Time Out? GET REAL. It means war! Which is preciesly why Russia and France are in disagreement. Which is precisely why I AM in disagreement.[/strike]
If you want to leave Saddam out of this, give me one good reason why America is goign to war with Iraq, Thats the discussion now. Or hey, why aren't we going after Bin Laden if you want to answer that. How about North Korea? Why aren't we going after known terrorist and people that pose a much greater threat to Americans and other peoples around the world. It makes no sense to me. I shouldn't ask you this though because no one knows why. You're all just feeding off of what the press throws out. Hell so am I. I should go ask Bushy, but he probably doesn't know either. It's all politics, which you can figure right then is all lies to begin with. I don't trust what anyone says up there, I just know that Iraq didn't use planes to kill all those people in New York and he doesn't have the range in his weapons to fire anything at the US from where he is. I just can't see why this war is a must do, right now, right away sort of thing. Doesn't make any sense to me, doesn't make any sense to Russia, doesn't make any sense to France, and it doesn't make any sense to the majority of American citizens and European citizens. SO why in the hell does it make sense to you? -
Liberals or Conservatives: Who is the bigger threat?
Transtic Nerve replied to Harry's topic in General Discussion
I'm not saying conservatives are wrong.... I'll say they are misguided, as well as some liberals, but you all should watch Bill Mahr's new show. He was talking about this the other day, which he had a liberal on one side and a conservative on the other and the conservative was just being beaten down with the facts when she kept spewing out what "we should do" as opposed to "why we are doing it"... she kept saying "we should stop this tyrant"... why? She can't answer why, and when she did it had no relevance to anything the Bush administration was going after in the first place. Saddam supposedly had ties with Al Queda, which I now hear was a load of horse garbage. So tell me again, why going after Saddam has anything to do with the "Campain on Terrorism"... oh thats right, IT DOESN'T which is precisely why we have like... 5 countries on our side instead of the however many we had when we went into Afganistan. All these other countries can see it, why can't we? lol. Although I won't say Saddam doesn't pose a threat, why he might. In fact he's said, as well as the people of Iraq (many times) that they don't hate Americans. They just don't like our idiots we elect to office. Hell half of us don't like them either! I just think that North Korea as well as other middle eastern countries besides Iraq pose a much larger threat. With radical Muslims running around with Jihad on their mind, I think thats more than a guy who runs a litle country that Georgy has a vandeta on because daddy couldn't take care of the job. -
I think if people want custom titles THAT much, they can really put it in their location. Thats what i did. Although, I'd like a custom title one day or another. It's not desperately needed that I'm going to care if I don't get it, it's just one of those customs I wouldn't mind you know? Maybe one could get custom titles under or over their possition on the site (ie: it would say for CWB "Administrator" and then underneath either that or his avatar "frying pan man" or whatever he chooses) I also think that perhaps to make things less difficult that it should only be available to staff members. If it became or wanted for regular members, perhaps the notion of havign each staff member pick one person that could get a custom title or whatever. i dunno, it doesn't really matter to me. Custom titles or not.

ok, Since most of the people I'm gonna name off play many parts, I'll just name the people and what they will play instead of the possition and then the people. Gackt (from MALICE MIZER and his own band lol): He'd be lead vocals on Japanese songs. He'd also play 3rd string guitar (he's not as good as many, but he still plays) He'd do drums if we needed a backup drummer and he'd play piano/keyboard when needed. Chisato (from PENICILLIN): Lead guitarist. He'd do vocals for English songs (he sings very well in English, and Japanese. However if hide were still alive, I'd have him do vocals for English songs, probably as well as Japanese) Hisashi (from GLAY): Second string guitar. I don't consider him as good as Chi-san, but he's still good. I like his style of guitar playing and behind Chi-san's more rythmic guitar playing, he fits right in. Tetsu (from L'arc~en~Ciel): Bassist. He's one of the best. He would fit that part very well. He could do backup vocals if needed. He plays the bass like a regular guitar. So fast, so good. YOSHIKI (from X-Japan): The master. His drumming is just that damn good, even if he's a little older than the rest. He would also do some producing and arrangment on the side. If it were a techno group. Kate Ryan: Her vocals are really smooth and really great. They go well with everything. T-Kimura/TK/Paul van Dyk/BT: I couldn't decide who would be better lol. One of them would play keyboards and producing as well as mixing and all that junk. They are all very very very good.

They played on Jay leno not to long ago, and as you know when they do the "All the things she said" song they tend to kiss on stage. Well they decided to show the guitar player the whole time the girls were kissing and not showing it on TV. I thought it was proposterous that they would do that. If we can see two girls kiss on network television, why can't we see to REAL ones kiss on Leno?
-
Why does this sound liek a new reality series lol. Well... I couldn't pick 12 songs... It'd be more along the lines of 1200. I can only listen to something so many times before I want to kill myself. Doesn't matter what it is. I have to have variation in my music, depending on my mood. No variation results in death.

You can download all three trailers at www.apple.com if you wanted. The movie looks pretty good. I mean... with the complete disappointment of Daredevil and the probable disappointment of Hulk, I can only hope for X-2. Although I fear the focus on Rouge and Iceman will be far too much.

Liberals or Conservatives: Who is the bigger threat?
Originally posted by SpyderDragon Liberals my friends: There lack of morals and extreme ideas will take this country to hell in a hand basket. Well, you probably knew I was a Conservative Republican because I'm a Christian.
With comments like that you certainly don't make any conservative look any better. I'm a liberal and I have plenty of morals, thats for sure. Your so called morals should have made you think before posting something as outlandish as that. And just because your christian doesn't mean you have to conservative... I know plenty of liberal christians who have plenty of morals. In fact I know strong catholics who are liberal and very good friends of mine. Anyway, I don't think the threat lies within what party affiliation you are with whether you consider yourself conservative or liberal (both terms which do not heed their own meaning). The thread lies within those people who are willing to throw bombs at us and kill our people. There only one way to deal with those people and both parties have to do it, whether or not they like it. -
A band means a group that plays their own instrments and sings if they feel the need to. The deffinition of band has nothing to do with how good or bad you think they are.

All the people who don't go to Church....
Transtic Nerve replied to eleanor's topic in General Discussion
Originally posted by Jinzouningen17 I know I really shouldnt be replyin to this topic due to the fact that I do go to church, but this is mainly to my homeboy TN....
I'm not gonna quote the whole post although I'd like to, it's just far too long... lol anyway Ah my friend, you first must take in effect the question I was answering. "What makes a good church?"... my answer, as you've quoted was such. So I say, your church is what I'd call a good church. I never said such things don't exist, I was mearly stating what I thought would be a good church. And I was never a fan of SC lol :p Although I'm not a fan of FL and I live here so... lol who knows. Anyway, I still wouldn't go to your church, no offense to you J17. I just don't feel myself comfortable in one. That and I think that I really don't need to go to church. That I can live a life with God (or whomever i choose) outside of church and be as close to him/her/it as people who go to chruch are. -
The mother might regret it, but if she isn't a fit mother, then the child will regret it the rest of their life. And then she'll end up on Jenny Jones as an "out of control teen" who drink, smokes, and has sex with 30 year old guys. Sometimes, regardless of how the mother feels, adoption is the right answer for a better life for the child.

All the people who don't go to Church....
Transtic Nerve replied to eleanor's topic in General Discussion
1) God is the first word that comes to mind. I don't like churches. It's not that I don't like them, just I don't feel I'm in place when i walk in a church. I was at a Unitarian church and I still didn't feel comfortable sitting in the pews. I dunno how I'm going to survice my brother's wedding... it's in a church, and a catholic one none-the-less. (Nothing against catholics, it's just very difficult for me to be in a place with strict catholics) Anyway... religious people are fine to talk to as long as it's not about religon, which is why i don't like to go to church. 2) Well one was stated above, I have many. I don't like the idea of a place set for my worship. I should be able to worship whereever I want. And I choose not to worship or pray at a church. I don't like the idea of God being shoved down my throat. While I understand some pastures or priests or raibis don't do that, some also do and I don't like that. I want to learn about god from doing my own work. If I want to know about this or that, I'll read the bible. If that person up there wants to tell me what this or that means I don't really want that. it's an opinion. it's very hard to say what the bible exactly means and I don't want some guy I don't know telling me what it means. 3) Discussion... not like a teacher and class. Understanding. Freedom. Religion with limits on everything is worthless. I want to wear a hat in church if I want to. I want to go to church in t-shirt and pants. I want to be able to speak up if I think something is wrong. -
