The requirements for being a mod are.... James, other Super Mods, and other Mods. Usually we decide who we think is best to become a next mod and for where we would think they would serve their purpose to the highest extent. Mods usually have VERY high post quality, typically are well known, usually have been here a long time, are online on various parts of the boards on a daily basis, and ofcourse someone of "higher power" must like you or think you are fit for the job. We usually look in specific forums for specific people. And last but certainly never least, NEVER EVER ask to be a mod, it won't happen. No one here who is a mod asked. "I got an C on my paper." Doesn't sound right... "I got an F on my paper." Sounds right. "I spell my name with a M".... see sounds wrong. "I spell my name with an M." Sounds much better..If it's a high sounded letter, like C or D... you use "a"... but like lower duller sounding letters, like M or F, you use "an".

It's not out on DVD, unless you meant theaters. A DVD screener is a DVD copy of a movie put out by the publishing company to send to like... cast members or just famous people. Howard Stern for example has a DVD screener for Gangs of New York. Well these get intercepted and encoded and put on the internet. Which is where I got mine. So it's a DVD of a movie still out in theaters. It's an interesting film. Not really a subject put on film much. So I thought in that sense, it was really well made, albeit, very exagerated.

80's music is quite possibly the best music EVER made. That is all I have to say about that... and oh yeah... I LOVE THE 80'S! ::watches VH1::

Has anyone seen this movie? I was just a bit curious on what you know about the times, or even what was going on. I got my sleezy little hands on the DVD screener copy of this movie, along with a few other movies out in theaters, and despite being ungodly long, it was really good. We are learning about this time in History class right now at school, so it went along great. Anyone has seen it, and knew what was going on, what did you think? You have to know the basics to get the complete understanding onf the movie. They didn't explain alot of it in detail (Tamanny Hall for example wasn't explained) Anyway, what did you all think? I have a feeling not many here went to see this movie.

I didn't watch it, but even if i did, it wouldn't change how I feel about him. He's the King of Pop. His music is what makes him great in my eyes, not what he does to his face or whatever else. I know he's had a few problems, but thats not gonna stop me from listening to his music or not liking the guy. I'd shake his hand if I had the chance, nothing less, nothing more. He's done so much for the world, focusing on a few incidents (like the press tends to do) is just being hypocritical.

I'm going to pull a page out of the book of wrist cutter (who's views I don't always share) Give up, when women (no offense, I'm just speaking from experience, this does also apply to some men, but for example purposes I'll use women) want or think something, there's not much you can do to change how they act/feel/say.
