Odd, I specifically remember Gore PLAINLY winning the popular vote. Screw the recounts. Thats what messed everything up in the first place. Truthfully, I wished they would have just thrown out every vote in Florida. I didn't vote in that election, for I was not old enough at the time, but if Floridians are too stupid to figure out such a simple ballot (I mean seriously, I've seen the "controversial ballot" and it was EASY) then their vote shouldn't count. You also have to count that many absentee ballots were thrown out. Or only some were counted. Some 15,000 overseas soldiers didn't get to vote. I realize there's no use arguing over it because Bush is in office (which in itself, you all should be ashamed of. I mean seriously, You had John McCain and Bush to choose from in Primarys and you Republicans chose Bush.... why is beyond me, but again it's over with) Anyway, this state is going to hell because of Jeb Bush. ::sigh:: I'm moving.... At least Amedment 6 passed... something to be happy about....

I REALLY wish the Americans could make their voting like that. We use that ridiculous Electoral College. It's not TRUE democrasy unlike what the Canadians have. As int he last election, Gore won the popular vote, meaning he got the most votes of the people individually, yet still Bush won because of the stupid electoral college (and stupid Florida) The elctoral college is a good idea in thought, but when it comes to action it sucks in a close election like the last one. True democracy did not prevail when Bush was "elected" President.

So yeah, today was election day in the US. Well for governers and Senate and Congress and all that mumbo-jumbo. So I ask, did anyone vote today? I live in the not so great state of Florida and this was my first time voting. I'm sure you all know Florida's reputation on voting. Yeah we don't know what we're doing half the time. But the bigger case was the govenatorial race between Jeb Bush (brother of President dumbass) and Bill McBride. I voted McBride if anyone cares and don't jump on my case unless you LIVE here and know what Bush has done to our state. Anyway, that wasn't the only BIG thing on the ballot. Amendment 6 was proposed. Amendment 6 will prohibit indoor public smoking. I thought this was a great idea and so I voted for those two reasons mainly. We had 10 Amendments on the ballot, some of which were good, some bad. So who voted? And if you could but didn't, why not?

Genes are like halflifes of a substance. As long as they continue to get passed down (meaning as long as someone with Saiya-jin blood has an offspring) then the Saiya-jin race is still existant. It can never go away. Just like a element with a 2 second half life never truely goes away. it just gets smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller...... etc etc

I believe Elite should have said Physically addictive. Addiction isn't a mental state. Addiction is a physical state. Your body has a need for something, not that your brain needs something. What Marijuana does IS a mental addiction. Your body doesn't need any part of marijuana, you just want to get that "feeling" over and over. So you smoke more over and over, which technically makes it an addiction, however, not in the same way nicotine or heroin is.

It's been well documented, as forseen, that high school aged children are not fully awake (meaning their attention span is not at full scale) when the average highschool starts. In fact, it became a rather controversial item my senior or junior year. A law went to be passed that would change highschool starting time till after Middle school (middle school starts at 8:30 or 9 here) so that highschool kids could gain more from their education, ofcourse it didn't pass. People just don't care. I didn't what time school started, I still went to be at 1:30 am and woke up at 6:00 am.

I've had this debate before... I'll disgaree that weed is not a big deal. It is. It's what is called a transition drug. Menaing people who smoke weed then may try other substances, ie: cocain or heroin which ARE very addictive and do tend to kill. True, some people don't do more than weed, but yeah. One of my good friends got caught up in weed, and I tell this story everytime this subject comes up, and well, it f*cked up his life to be blunt with you. He dropped out of highschool, ended up in jail NUMEROUS times. He didn't have a job, wasn't really that smart. And you can tell people who smoke weed. Everytime theres a topic on weed here, I'm not at all surprised by the people who say they smoke it, It's evident they do by the poor grammar and spelling and all out laziness or stupidity of their posts. If weed smokers are like that on the internet, imagine how they are in real life, and I've seen it, it's not at all entertaining. Not to mention you smell like sh*t. I'd rather you fall in a pile of crap then come in my house smelling like weed. Weed is illegal for a reason. If it didn't pose a harm to you or others it wouldn't be legal. Although, don't get me wrong, I have no problem with people smoking it in private, thats there deal. It's your life, f*ck it up the way you want to. I just don't like it when you have people that don't understand the reprocusions of doing ANY drug, whether weed, tabacco, alcohol, heroin, extasy, cocain, whatever. If you know it's bad for you and you keep doing it, well then hey, i don't care, you're the dumbass, not me.
