    Sleeping really should't be this difficult.

      I can't sleep if I start thinking about falling asleep. Then I concentrate too much on going to sleep and stay up all night.

      I have the same problem, I always think of something WAY different than trying to go to sleep and the next thing I know I'm waking up to a new day.
