Tatooineâ??s hot suns were blocked by the cantinaâ??s roof, but Fissure knew he would be uncomfortably hot walking in the sands. The climate stabilizer inside Mandalorian armor is top of the lineâ?¦ but after a few weeks of working at max there is bound to be problems. Fissure led an elite group of soldiers, who were currently making their way in life as bounty hunters. Whenever he is asked about why the glorious Mandalorian clans have become a puppet of the wealthy, he would simply say money is another form of power, and to be a Mandalorian, one must be powerful. He was one of fifty thousand Mandalorians employed under the Mobster Lavvra the Hutt.
A second fully armored Mandalorian came into the silent, empty cantina, â??Fissure... we are about to push forward, Take the lead back.â?
â??Just let me finish my drink Cobalâ?¦ I figured you always wanted a squad of your own anyways.â? Fissure retorted.

â??My own squad, yesâ?¦ your Deathdealers? Not a chance. They havenâ??t listened to a thing I said.â?

â??Youâ??re doing well enough to push forward arenâ??t you?â? Cobal tried to reply but was cut off. Fissure never asks questions unless they are rhetoricalâ?¦ anything he actually wants to know is made clear as an order. â??My men only follow good orders. Maybe you should watch how they fight before trying to change it.â?

â??Look, we have a war going on, are you coming or not? Because I might order all your men to breath and see if they will turn off the environmental inhibitors just to spite me. Finish that damn drink.â? Cobal stepped out of the room. And just as he did Fissure downed the neon-blue liquid in his glass. He reached for his credit chip instinctively, but relaxed his arm when he remembered the city was evacuated, the barkeeper long gone. He put his helmet on and locked it in place, the familiar â??Tâ? shaped window and heads up display systems activated automatically. He grabbed his weapon and deposited a fresh power cell. Putting the rifle in ready position he ran outside.
Fissure put his back to the cantina wall and moved forward along side it. He put his hands to a button on his helmet opening up a comlink, â??Deathdealers, I am resuming command. Lieutenant Cobal, you may return to Vendetta squad."
â??My Pleasureâ? came over the comlink, followed by a flurry of â??mine tooâ? from the rest of the team. Nothing like wartime humor.

â??We are on the south quarter of the enemies transport dock. The Alliance is currently fighting most of the troops clustered around Tatooine's shield generator, however we could care less how they fair. Our objective is to destroy the Sith dock, then drive them back into space. After that, we will flank the Sith troops from behind as they march towards the shield generators. With no back up they will fall like dominoes.â?
Fissure turned the corner of the cantina and blasted three Sith soldiers trying to make there way inside.
â??My cantina.â? he muttered.

Mord was struggling to keep up with Xillians pace, so he was even more surprised to see the battalion of republic commandos right along side him. â??You guys are a lot tougher than I had thought.â?

The squad leader looked over and pulled the mic from his face. "You donâ??t need the force to know how to fight.â? then returned it to the original position.
Xillian motioned towards a fallen tree up ahead. The tree was so large it provided cover for the entire 12 man group. They huddled in, but kept their weapons at hand, â??word from Lyon is that Dax has managed to push forward using all of the republic land transport vehicles they report heavy losses but they will arrive two clicks to the north. I can sense the Sith general approaching us fast, I can also sense the presence of his troops behind him, but its blurry for some reason and I cant detect there numbers.â?

â??I canâ??t detect anything other than the single Sith. He is powerful enough to be an army, but I donâ??t think anyone else is there.â?

â??I know they are there Mord, they are using some feat that is cloaking them, I am sure of it. If we plan this out correctly we have a shot of intercepting the Sith leader on his way to Kashyyykâ??s main defenses, but we canâ??t miss this chance. This fight will decide the fate of this planet. Kre, if you think one conversation where I try to give you a few ideas when I know you had gotten stuck is buggin' you really shouldn't let DR get your MSN. every time I was on I was hassled! Anyways all three planets are coming to a close. first in line is Kashyyyk, second Telos and finally Tatooine. I would like to ask members to not post for planets other than the one they are on because unless you are on that planet you do not know the outcome. Once the battles are over, new planets will be unveiled for you to choose from. characters who do not post are left on the planet until they pick a new destination.
