To remove it is unfair to the person who posted it since I have dealt with hundreds of reports where the person accused of stealing, was actually innocent of any wrongdoing, something that the person reporting it would have known if they had just taken a little time to look into it.

Yes actually I am fully aware that it would be completely impossible to handle every single piece of art, fan fiction, and wallpaper. I am also aware that if a person has a problem with a piece of art then they need to report it. However for the person I mentioned they said that they actually did report it and "nothing was done" so that was the end for them. I can only go on what I observed myself and was told perhaps there was more to it. I know as mods you are human and no system is perfect I by no means aim to label you all as useless and a like. It just seemed like more could be done in certain areas however if everyone is doing the best they can then that is fine and it cannot be helped. The other members will simply have to report the plagiarism and hope its dealt with accordingly.
