Hello all, this is my first post on this Otaku Boards, and I was hoping to get some help finding out about American Manga artists.
I am doing research for a Japanese company that would like to electronically publish and sell the work of American Manga artists.
I am trying to get a better idea of what the amateur scene is like.
Are there many Manga that are finished but looking for a publisher? It looks to me like many people have ideas for Manga, but are missing the artists to draw them.
Is there a place where Manga artists often go with finished (or close to finished) works?
