Ok....... As soon as you are ready training. (lv100) you must get rid of HM's. You just have to put weaker (not youre basic)pokemon in youre team with HM's. If you want to use the,m at the mom. BTW: Surf is quite good, but Hydro pump (with some PP ups) is much better.
