I dare anyone that has replied to this topic to skip the VHS tapes of the show and buy a tape of the early nineties film instead.

It's pretty responsive for the most part. It's not slow, but it's not the fastest game out there either. It's faster than Final Bout for PSX though. Overall, the game has easy control just like the Butouden games, if you're familiar with them.

I want to ask a dumb question. When cheese gets its picture taken, what does it say?

Anyone who's played the Final Fantasy series knows that some of the games vary in character styles. Many people prefer the super-deformed versions to the more realistic. That's been a long time debate that's atcually resulted in the style that you have seen in FF IX. My question is, what Final Fantasy game had the best style of characters and/or character designs?

Yeah, it's going to be called Grandia X or something. It's basically going to be just like the Dreamcast version, but with a new introduction. In any case, it's a wonderful game. The quest is a bit linear, but the character design and voice acting are both top notch. The battle system rivals and puts to shame nearly anything out there.
Originally posted by Raiha Note: Libertine..........is a very powerful magical attack that penetrates the soul of the enemy......and slices the silver cords binding them to life........
Lol, that sounds cool and everything Raiha, but how should I make Mephistopheles react to that? Like what do you mean, binding them to life?

The worst question would have to be when someone asked me for money when I was using the men's room at a restaurant. Some people don't care what you're doing! How rude!

You are the weakest link. Goodbye! Seriously, though this comes out of nowhere.

Eh? I'd go with the PS2 for the simple fact that it has an established library and much to choose from. That is unless it's the only console you'll get and Nintendo's first party games are a must play for you. (Nothing wrong with that)

Here's a riddle: If you take a dog and name it's tail a leg, how many legs does it have?

I agree with Majora's mask. I'm pretty sure that I remember a topic like this from before and I thought that it was worthless then too. Marrying a fictional character from a Japanese Anime that has run its course is kinda dweebish.
Originally posted by Krillen Crazy white bot, how old are you? If your a major im guessing your in coledge, but im only 14.:(
I'm twenty years old. So don't feel bad if your drawings aren't quite as good yet. You'll improve and get there!

I don't think it's really like Mortal Kombat. The animation is pretty bad though and the ki blasts look horrible. Plus the backgrounds are Boring with a capital "B."

I think that Sega should have made an effort to make an original Sonic game for GameCube considering that it was a momentous occasion in the industry. The game I was most disappointed with was Castlevania for Nintendo 64. My favorite to this day remains the 2D Symphony of the Night for PSX.

Sega's dropping out of the console business wasn't really a "wussy move." The launch of the Dreamcast was highly successful, but shortly afterwards, sales numbers dwindled to a near standstill. Sega's failure with the Saturn didn't totally turn the consumers off because many true gamers recognized that Sega had gotten back on track and was ready to make amends for past misgivings. Many people were glad to give Sega a second chance. However, third party developers didn't want to put big games on the Dreamcast until it sold better, but that wouldn't happen until more big games showed up. While there were enough gamers who recognized the Dreamcast's potential to give it a successful launch, there weren't enough to keep sales going at a steady rate. In the end, only a handful of games actually broke into the TRST top 20 for units sold. Sega didn't even fare too well in Japan. You see, Sega made the right move for business. Now, people will actually play their quality games. Now that my history lesson is over, I'll address the topic. Sonic's move to Nintendo actually freaks me out. I remember Sega's strong campaign against Nintendo. "Sega does, Nintendon't." Sega's commercials were top notch and hit below the belt. Nintendo was just as vicious, publishing an ad in magazines that bashed "blast processing" and showed several comparisons between dithered Sega graphics and Super Nintendo graphics. The looked so much like an editorial that many people wrote in complaining. To see such a mingling between two of the greatest mascots in the history of gaming will be a monumentous occasion.
Originally posted by super goku yeah i agree silent hill 2 is a brilliant game. also sumoner is a good rpg
Yuck, I'm probably the only guy in the world that actually hates Summoner. I got it at PSX launch and was thoroughly disappointed with it. Silent Hill 2 is okay though, if you like slower paced adventures.

Don't bother......it sucks. I love DragonBallZ as much as the next guy, but there are far better fighting games. The new ones'll probably be out this year anyway.

Anime who has a list of all the people who fight super 17

Well, Android 18 was incredibly angry over Kuririn's death at the hands of regular 17. It is thought that she is dead also, when he fires upon her too. Later on, when all hope appears to be lost, she appears and begins firing blast after blast at Super 17. He, of course, absorbs them for more energy. Gokou notices that he is vulnerable while absorbing the blasts. As a result, Gokou uses his Dragon Fist attack to defeat Super 17. Muu doesn't kill Gero directly. He orders Super 17 to do so. -
The black hand of darkness had descended over the decaying city life of the planet Earth. Despite the solitude of nightfall, it served as not only the source of so many dreams on Earth? but also with so many of the nightmares. Blank soared high above the Earth, power surging through his veins. Never did he expect his power to reach such unbelievable heights. Thinking back on how well he had pulled off his Psychic Blast he smiled and increased his speed. Spiraling through the clouds, kicking mist across the dark, night sky, the warrior truly felt enthusiastic about continuing his training. Blank smiled and inhaled the wind that blew into his face and through his hair, the scent of clean air just high above the stench of pollution below was refreshing to his senses Suddenly, his pupils dialiated and his mouth twitched at the corners. A ki blast exploded into his stomach. Blank clutched at the wound desparately as a familiar voice whispered across the vast sky, the speaker no where to be found.. On a clear night like this, you realize how incomprehensibly vast the universe is. I wonder what early man must?ve thought as he watched the skies. He?d see he was an infintesimal part of creation, but he?d have no understanding of planets or stars or comets or anything for that matter. Imagine how big and mysterious the night would?ve seemed to him! I?ll bet he felt very fragile and afraid as you do right now, don?t you think? "Fragile and afraid?.funny how that describes so many things in our lives isn?t it," Mephistopheles said appearing in front of Blank. Blank lifted his hand away from his stomach and glared down at the thick, red mask of blood covering it. "I must thank you Blank," Mephistopheles said to the surprised warrior, who was now gasping for air, "You fell right into my trap, you and your little Laprion Mage. I not only anticipated your attack, I craved it." "You're sick," Blank hissed, "And I'll make sure that you don't live through the next one." Mephistopheles sneered, a quik sliver of hatred entering his eyes. "A next time," he began fighting laughter, "There won't be a next time. You see, fool, I left myself open to the attack because I knew that it would make me stronger." Blank's eyes widened into saucers as he said under his breath, "When a Saiya-jin reaches near death they become stronger upon recovery." "That's right," Mephistopheles said in a friendly tone, "And it's all thanks to you and Raiha. You see, she won't be arriving to help you. Like you she is naive. She actually believes that her little magic tricks have cleansed me. I mean really..." "Don't worry," Blank shouted, "I won't need her to kill you." "And you need not worry either," Mephistopheles chuckled, "for I will take good care of her after your death. She won't feel a thing." The powder keg in the sky exploded. Blank sent a hard closed fist into Mephistopheles's jaw, making the man?s head snap back. But Mephistopheles was unfazed by a blow that would have knocked out any lesser man and returned the favor with a closed fisted punch of his own. Both fighters loosed the dogs of war on each other as they brawled, punch for punch. Each punch landed upon the head of each fighter, leaving behind red marks that would later turn into sickly purple bruises. But for now the two warriors hammered each other, their bodies not caring what punishment was given as long as punishment was reigned down upon the other. Finally, Mephistohpeles got the upper hand, as Blank weakened from the blood loss. Bringing both of his hands together like a great hammer, he brought down a blow upon Blank that sent him spiraling towards the ground and exploding through the earth. "Goodbye," Mephistopheles said, "And may you have sweet dreams under the beatiful starlight." With that, the demon prepared a ki blast that would surely end the battle.

Hehe, I didn't mean any offense by giving you the four dude. I'm merely being honest, not mean. I'm not saying that you can't draw. It's just obvious that it wasn't your best effort. The Gohan on the other hand is fantastic. Anyway, not to toot my own horn, but I can draw any DragonBallZ character to perfection. If I couldn't, I 'd be a lousy art major! The hardest two I've ever drawn were large posters, one being stippling(consisting almost entirely of dots) and another fully colored in marker. Someday I'll have to spring for a freakin' scanner!

Akira? Yeah, it sounds unique to me. I don't know any dogs with the name Akira. It's cool.

How about Thor, Conan or Killer?

I guess that some people outgrow one another as they grow older and develop new interests.

Anime who has a list of all the people who fight super 17

Pan doesn't actually fight him. She holds Doctor Gero and forces him to call off Super 17. However, unfortunately for Dr. Gero, Dr. Muu double crosses him and orders Super 17 to attack. Pan is injured a little in the blast and knocked unconcious. I guess that you could include his twin sister, Android 18 in the list of those who fought him. -
Boos and hisses. I'll give that sucker a four.
