At least there's going to be taped vignettes up until then. I've already seen a piture of one that will air soon. Oh well, now that the nWo are back, locker room morale is in the crapper. Now guys like RVD won't be main eventers for quite a while.

Charles replied to a topic in General Discussion
I have two brothers and a sister. I am the oldest out of the four of us. I'm more annoying than my 18 year old brother, but far less annoying than the 12 and under duo. -
Gaming Gamepro exposes Dragonball Z for the GBA!!
Charles replied to The Darkness Bu's topic in Noosphere
Eh, I don't know whether these DragonBallZ games are necessarily a good thing. If they're going to be the last they better at least top the Super Famicom's Hyper Fighting. To this day it remains the only decent one in the series. -
Originally posted by Herman Nation Ah..hell why does everybody keep thinking that Vegita-sama went SSj2 during the Cell Games? He turns two during the Babidi saga..He only pumps himself up in the Cell Games..!!
Calm down man, no one said anything about Vegita-sama being SSJ2 during the cell games. The point of this topic is either that he should have, or why he couldn't.

Anime what is ur favourite boy and girl caracter and why
Charles replied to a topic in Otaku Central
It seems that you didn't read the rules, so I've taken the liberty of copying what you failed to read. 2) No more topics concerning "Who's your favorite character?": Chances are, the same topic is only a scroll down on your page. Please, by Kami-sama, we don't need anymore of that crap. -
Well there's always Jade Cocoon 2, and Shadow Hearts. Both of those games are decent, but not Final Fantasy X calibur of course. Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance might be an even better purchase. Anyway, there will be other RPGs out this year such as Suikoden III and perhaps another Wild Arms.
Originally posted by Sephiroth sony has always been THE platform for fighting games, the virtua fighter series were always overshadowed by tekken.... in fact, it wasn't until soul calibur was released on dreamcast that people were thinking that there are good fighters besides on the PS....
Yeah dude, the Virtua Fighter series is overshadowed by Tekken in the United States and perhaps U.k but is much more respected in Japan. In Tokyo, Sega's machines are constantly busy while neighboring Tekken 4 cabinets gather dust.

Some other, abliet overshadowed great games include: Ico, SplashDown, ATV Offroad Racing and Soul Reaver 2(storyline is quality moreso than gameplay though). Some other hits not mentioned are Grand Turismo 3 and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3. In the sports department, Madden 2002 is good for sim heads and NFL 2K2 is perfect for arcade junkies. In the basketball arena, NBA2K2 rules.

I believe that the scariest thing about that movie was that the ending leaves room for a sequel. The plot was the worst I've seen in recent memory.

And if you order in the next ten minutes the Chocobo trousers are aboslutely free! But that's not all folks! Is soggy food ruining your meals? Well, we're hear to cast a magic spell on them with the limited edition Moogle Tupperware! Seriously though, that stuff sounds pretty cool. It's a Final Fantasy fanboy's dream come true.

The PS2 version is looking pretty well also. The follow up to Tekken Force mode will probably be pretty cool. It's supposedly going to be a little less linear. It's a safe bet that there will be a lot more enemies on screen at once too. Well, now with Virtua Fighter 4 and Tekken 4 both on Playstation 2, I think it's safe to say that Sony has the definitive console for fighting games. That is until Soul Calibur 2 is unleashed on multiple platforms....

The wind pulled at Mephistopheles's garments greedily, it's icy fingers stinging his skin. Angelic light resonating off of the warriors gave the snow an almost heavenly shimmer. Levitating over the snows, and glaring deep into the eyes of his adversary, Mephistopheles slowly moved a few strains of mars black hair from his eyes. "You think me a monster," he questioned Raiha playfully. Clenching her fists, building her power, she simply responded coldly,"I don't care what you are. You hurt people and that's enough to seal your fate." Raiha's words hung in the air defiantly, adding further hostility to the howling winds. His eyes stinging, Mephistopheles clutched his pendant and began to divuldge what he swore would remain locked away forever. "Laproin Mage," he began, "What you see is the unholy bonding of two races. My family tree bears the rotten fruit of my home planet's orignal sin. If you trace it branch for branch, you fill find that through my veins courses the blood of the Tsufurujin race, and-" Mephistopheles ripped his dark cape off and sent it fluttering away in the wind, revealing that of a Saiya-jin tail. "-and the Saiya-jin race." Raiha's eyes widened and for the first time, lost their rigid edge. "Don't you see the conflict inside of me, young Laproin,"Mephistopheles said, his voice shaking, "I hate the Saiya-jins for what they did to my people, yet the demonic blood flows through my own veins like the fires of hell!" Disappearing, and reappearing behind her, he locked his arm around her neck. Raiha tried to wriggle free, while Mehpistopheles whispered in her ear, " I WILL destroy all Saiya-jin life including my own, for that is the meaning of my existence. It is the pennance that my people must pay and I will see them all in hell!"

I'd have to agree that the Thunder Plains was the scariest place. Just picturing the lightning exploding down from the skies around me would be enough to warrant a purchase of backup underwear should I travel through that area.

Wow, what a coincidence. My dog's name is Missy. Anyway, pets are great, as long as people don't buy exotic animals and confine them to cages. I think that's a form of animal abuse darn it. I'll just stick with my dogs, cats, and possibly a little monkey later on. One day I want to get a Siberian Huskie. Those critters are expensive, but what a beautiful animal!

First of all, Snail I'm sorry to tell you that I've read an interview done with Sanders Keel about RAW and boy is it disappointing. If they took out anymore modes, it'd be a blank DVD! Hopefully the gameplay will back up the rather slim mode selection. Anyway, I no one can declare that one game for Xbox is the best. Tis all a matter of taste for each genre. If someone likes sports games, NBA Inside Drive might be the best. If a gamer likes racing games, Project Gotham might be supreme. Anyway, it's hard to tell you what my favorite game is. I guess it would have to be Max Payne. I've never played it for Xbox, but for PC it was exceptional. From what I hear, it's a near exact port, so it must be butter. HALO is okay, but Medal of Honor: Allied Assault puts that to shame.
Originally posted by Spikey Yeah it kinda does, because I ust goty this new game for christmas and it said for Japan only!
Oh my goodness this is funny! It sounds to me like you received an imported game for Christmas. Of course it's only going to work in Japan! That doesn't make them selfish!! The Japanese consoles can't play American games either!

Actually it doesn't cheat. The Luca Goers are just a lot better statistically than the Aurochs. I couldn't beat it for the life of me so I just gave up. As far as I know it doesn't have a big impact on the story so I didn't bother troubling myself over it. There's always revenge when my team is powered up later!

Mephistopheles's shimmering yellow eyes stared at Raiha with dark intensity. Staring into her eyes he saw pure ignornace. "Well, what do we have here" he chuckled. "It looks like you've taken a wrong turn my dear-one that leads to death." Mephistopheles knew that the passage way to one's soul was through their eyes. Staring into hers he saw a soul that hungered for justice. The being standing before him was full of righteousness, yet ironically had plenty of room for cruelty. Turning his back on her he declared, "My dear girl, it is obvious that your heart betrays your judgement. Your ramblings of nonsense mean nothing to me." Stepping on his heel, he spun around and faced her once again. His nostrils flaring and his eyes widening into saucers he yelled, "Go now and find me a real challenge if you truly want to preserve these pathetic lives!"
-
The flames tickled Mephistopheles's cheeks as they danced in the wind playfully. His eyes moist, his throat dry, the dark warrior prayed his familiar sweet incantations under a hushed breath. The pitiful screams of his victims would forever haunt him and he knew it. Whatever carnage he unleashed always found countless ways back to him. "How many times will their agonized cries of sorrow, disturb my rest," he wondered. Waking up in a cold sweat, had become a rather ceremonious ritual to him lately. Shooting another Ki blast, Mephistopheles chuckled shoftly. Earth's buildings were weak, just like it's inhabitants. Only moments ago, countless humans had scattered like helpless insects trying to escape his proverbial foot. Now, they all lie, under sweet rumble and vestige. "New" Gingertown was now a graveyard for the innocent sheep that he had lead to the slaughtler. Killing such weaklings was above the mysterious warrior known as Mephistopheles, but necessary nonetheless. For now, they would come. They would think he was mad for using destruction as his tool. Yet, like a fish biting onto a worm on a hook, they would take the bait. The faint sound of whimpering humans attracted Mephistopheles's attention. Huddled together, crying desperately, three people, bruised and bloodied, begged whatever supreme entity they acknowledged for mercy. Smiling innocently, and extending his palm towards them, Mephistopheles echoed his thoughts,"They will think that I'm mad. Little do they realize that the only difference between the insane and the ingenious is the amount of success one achieves. If I kill enough of you, cause enough destruction, I will get their attention." Church bells rang in the distance as a ki blast formed in Mephistopheles's hand and exploded through the air.
Originally posted by Darkeldar201 I really like the game hhmm but i wonder why their taking it out of the market???? good thing is that canada's not giving it up yet
If they take it off the market it's due to the violence, of course. Seeing as how it's rated "Mature" I find the whole issue a bit silly. It's like cancelling a rated R movie because it has too much swearing.

DC did it for years, But now it's Marvel's turn.....

Ugh, after Batman Returns, the series went downhill. I mean, George Clooney as Batman?! I thought that X-men was a decent film. The one thing I've noticed is that a lot of these movies replace the characters' outfits with black leather. The main problem with the X-men movie though was that there was no Gambit or Beast. I just hope that the sequels don't go downhill like the aforementioned Batman movies. -
Yeah the similarities are astounding considering the fact that it was actually meant to be similar to the earlier Final Fantasy games. By earlier I mean Famicom and SNES days....

Yikes...it sounds like you lead her on to me. It could just be the way I read it though. She likes your personality, so there is a chance you could still be friends. I suppose that if you give her an apology that she feels is sincere, things will eventually straighten out.

Well, there's a picture of the high school I went to at: http://www.pennsauken.net I personally didn't like it too much. The new wing that they've added doesn't even have heat, or so I've heard. Also, they make you wear I.D. badges. My college stuff is at: www.rugters.net Higher education totally beats high school with a stick.
