i would pick Quatre or Trowa. i've always liked Trowa because i never understoon him until the last few episodes. and Quatre was always the sensitive one that kept his head unless under the Zero System. Duo annoying the crap out of me! i always thought of him as arrogent. Tres would also be a good ^^;; he was cute.
Originally posted by mgdman well i got this one magazine were it talks about their names and in there it saids all of bulmas family has something to do with undergarments like trunks briefs and well you know bra hehe:D
i never read that in a magazine but there was a post about that a very long time ago.. like, before my computer crashed and i had to replace the mommy board and everything else, but anywho, changing Bra's name to Bulla/Burra/ect. is kinda dumb in my opinion. Dr. Briefs, Bulma, and Trunks all have to do with undergarments. and in my opinion, if Bra's name is changed, then the beautiful little thing they have going on is ruined. When they changed Mr. Satan's name to Hercule, i was up set because Videl's name rearranged is Devil. plus, Hercule is a very dumb name. But it kinda ruins the little small private thing among the dubbed/subbed fans who know the uncencored names might have. But if it works for FUNi and the other DB fans, then.. more power to ya.

i've seen it a few times on the action channel. but i never knew when it came on. i saw about 1 and half episodes and i kinda liked it. what was it about?

This is what I look for; 1. A good plot. 2. Diverse characters. 3. action! 4. witty puns. Good animes to get ideas from (series and movies) are Graves of the Fireflies, Spirited Away, Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Ruroni Kenshin(sp?), so on and so forth. I hope you do well on your anime. A friend of mine and I did one once. we did get past the first issue. it was just a manga similar to Ah! My Goddess which I have never seen.

o.O very odd. how does it remind you of it, though? thats the part i dont get.

this a poem about a friend of mine. his name is Micah, which means, he who is like god. :D sorry if this poem offends anyone. but in any case, i hope you enjoy it. thanks for reading. he who is like god a fallen angel is he and great things he can be. scorn from the light, he lives in the dark. forever tortured forever brooding. puzzled he may be, but a clear soul i see. brought unto me, i help him forever helping forever caring. he who is like god, cant you see? am i here to help and help i will. forever here forever nowhere. he closes his eyes and everyone try to pry. he yearns to get away. to get far away forever away forever gone. he is the fallen angel he who is like god. always working always trying. forever getting away forever free.
Originally posted by Sarsy Eh...what are you on about. Luke never made it back to his home. I ain't trying to spoil it for anyone. That's why the books called Ledgend of Luke. It is Martin in Mossflower, cause Luke's story is told to him when they are re-building the place to make it into Redwall. Honest.
i know that. he got killed when the boat crashed and stuff. but Sayna made the woven thing before martin's time. ah but i see from the book that i was wrong. it was neither Luke or Martin, but Martin's grandsire... er.. Martin. heh. i qoute from the book, "Strangest of all, though, he showed me something from a linen beaded bag, which belonged to his poor mother. It was a woven tapestry of his grandsire, who was also called Martin. The picture is of a mouse in armour, bearing a great sword. I was amazed, it looked like Martin himself, to the very life. Though he said to me that it reminded him greatly of Luke, his father. Columbine has a lovely idea: she thinks that the picture may form a centerpiece for a big tapestry, which would someday hang in the Great Hall." so it was his grandsire..

Brazil won!? *cries* i was out of town for a week with no tv or computer.. no elextricity for that matter! my poor home country *tear* tis been too long since we won. i wish i lived there still o.O oh well. Brazil was awsome. very awsome.

well.. as for the tapestry.. gah i dont want to ruin it for people who havent read Luke the Warrior. but that isnt Martin, its really his father Luke. Martin's mother Sanya made a woven picture of Luke with the sword. Martin bore such a close resemblence(sp?) to Luke that the creatures of Redwall used that as the picture of Martin. i'm sorry if i ruined the whole meaning of the tapestry to anyone :x i just finished The Long Patrol. veddy veddy good. i am currantly eating my way through Lord Brocktree. its kind of odd. i just got to the point to where Lord Brocktree met Jukka the Sling and they made there way towards King Bucko Bigbone's court. i have yet to read Pearls of Lutra! :angry2: i havent got it yet. i have every other book. i still need to read The Bellmaker.. then i can read the the Castaways of the Flying Dutchman. i think thats what its called. another book from Brian Jacques.. brilliant man. then i can wait for my grandmother to get me the Pearls of Lutra. she gets them for about 1.50 because she works for Scholastic :D

not all rock songs are like that. most of them are from experiences in the artist's life. some artist's have songs about their childrem, wives/girlfriends, overcoming something awfully difficult. a few songs, like most of disturbed's are about incredibly odd things. SoaD actually has some good songs. the names of which i cant remember because i never knew them in the first place. cept for the ones i downloaded. metal rock has most of the screaming and yelling and yadda yadda. the older rock, doesnt. Old Ozzy, Metallica, Kiss, AC/DC, anges young just had a wierd voice, Led Zepplin, Def Leppard didnt yell at all. the new stuff like slipknot and kittie appeal to the crowd because they have a cool sound (thats just my opinion) as for rap needing no talent.. its true. i hate rap, but a friends of mine we're having a retarted free-style at 5 am and i won O.O. most of my friends listened to rap and they told me that i was fairly good. rap is fairly monotone. they just use the same tone of voice throughout the song. in other types of music, voices are used to creat a harmonious sound. yes, even metal. Mudvayne shows this quite well in Death Blooms. So rock isnt all yelling and screaming, and rap.. really needs no talent.

the japanese are smart that way then. i just started listening to japanese music in janurary so i havent been too worried on the different genres. but malice mizer and puffy are completely different. so its kinda hard to place malice mizer into any genre. i would still say to place them into j-rock. those few songs is what placed there in the first place. aside of the visual part of the band.
-
but if you listen to dir en grey or x japan (is that even around anymore?), its different from puffy and the one boy band who's name i cant rememer malice mizer does have a few rockish songs. most of them are intrumental like Gekko no Ya-something and Bois de Mervielles summat like that. Beast of Blood, Color me Blood Red, Illuminati has a rockish feel to it, its classified as J-rock. and quite a few fans call it a rock band mana used to play in a punk band so thats prolly why his new band has a different sound from malice mizer.
-
rap is bad music. but a lot of it is really really funny. i guess the only rapper i like is SPM.. if you listen to most of their songs, it'll have you rolling on the floor! i have to agree with TN that the genres in Japan are more defined. Dir en Grey is a rock band. no doubt about it. one of my favs too. So is Malice Mizer. Puffy, and some boy band.. definately pop! in America.. there are so many different types of every kind of music. rock prolly has the most. Metal is a genre of rock and has different kinds its self. hardcore, nu, black, death, goth, and industial. most rap is pretty good though. if you listen to a lot of the names people dont know about.. hip-hop and rap are different. Nelly, OutKast, Ludacris is hip-hop. rap is like Bounty Killer and.. other.. people but Bounty Killer is the only guy i can name.. and his voice! *melts* deep deep baritone. so think about the people of rap, or hip-hop your dissing before you diss them. cuz their's a difference.

i never met heathers bf. i saw him a few times. but i didnt know what his name was. i think it was john or something like that.. but my friend rachel.. she looks so much like heather, that i was calling her heather. and i didnt realise why i was calling her heather until i re-read that one poem..

well.. rats normally dont live in the woods. except for in The Legend of Luke they say something about a band of rats, but they could have just been on a quest for riches and yadda yadda. if rats, ferrets, stoats, and other vermin are in the forest, then its mostly because they want revenge againts the creatures in the Abbey or they want the Abbey for themselves. what i'm trying to say is that you should have placed rats in a different sentence to eliminate further confusion.
