I think the Frieza Saga was the best, by far. It had the most interesting storyline, all the weird and interesting characters. You also got to know the main characters a lot better. Vegeta even kinda sorta turned good. btw, I agree dbz the characters always train, fight, get defeated, train, fight and win. The reason for this however, is that it was directly stated that saiyans get stronger when they are defeated. That is why they were such a powerful race. If they ever got defeated, they just had to make sure not to get killed, and the next time they went back, they'd be more powerful than they're previous betters.

It's impossible to tell how old Ginyu is, could be thousands. And dark storm, by the time Ginyu got to Namek at the request of Frieza, he was more powerful than any namek ever was (that we know of) besides Goku and Vegeta. And brolly, but he's another story. And the reason he didnt steal frieza's body is because he was afraid of frieza, he was so powerful. Or maybe frieza had heard of the technique and figured out a way to block it.

I definitely agree with anyone who said Legato Bluesummers from Trigun. He was the freakiest bad guy to ever grace a television, or at least the one's i've seen.

Just to clarify, the "dirty guy" Chichiro cleaned was actually a polluted river spirit, and she pulled the garbage out of him that had been dumped in the river.

Sling with an enchanted bag of slingstones that always find their mark. Bio: Targo is the firstborn son of his father, Samwise Gamgee, and heir to him. He grew up hearing the stories of his father's adventures, and when he came of age, went into the world to make some adventures of his own. Traveled far, but never crossed the Misty Mountains. Description: Looks like his father, but a little skinnier, with more sharpened features. More ambitious than his father, but just as loyal. When no adventure is apparent, is almost always found playing his ocarina, given to im by his mother. He rides a fine light horse, given to him by the king of Rohan. It's not the best, but its not bad and has never failed him yet.

i'm kind of ashamed to say this, because I love all of his work that i've seen, but I've never heard of those two examples you just made.

I just saw saw the new anime, Spirited Away, from the creator or Princess Mononoke and (maybe) more. It was awesome.:eek: It's about a young girl who accidentally stumbles into the spirit world. I think it was very loosely based on Alice in Wonderland, but most parts of it were completely origional. It had some action, but was mostly about developing the story. It has some quite frightening scenes, but those just added to it. A few parts were pretty boring:sleep: , and the ending wasn't very good:( , but I still suggest everyone who reads this to check it out. If you only like action anime's, this may not be the movie for you, but if you have an open mind, this very well may be in you're top three favorites. (it's in mine) I was wondering what some other people thought of the movie, so if you've seen it, please reply to this thread.

Goku is the super powerful warrior who saved the earth several times, and died several times too. He is the father of the most powerful warrior on the earth, Gohan, and a very powerful child, Goten. He is every episode, and fights in probably more than half of them.

Crunch sits on the top of a street light in the middle of the worst neiborhood in town. He sees a suspiscious looking group of people walk into the mini-mart on the corner. He jumps down to have a look. People from the group start pocketing goods, and move towards the door. When the clerk tries to stop them from leaving, one of them pulls a knife. Crunch: Hasn't anyone ever told you not to steal. Now put that stuff back and I'll let you walk away with only one broken arm. Gang member: Stay out of this, you wannabe spiderman! Crunch: Now you've done it. You've made me angry. The guy with the knife takes a swing at Crunch, but he grabs his arm and slams into it with his other fist. You could hear the bones shatter. Someone tries to jump him from behind but he counters with a quick elbow to the chest. The thief lets out a horrible scream and flies backward, slamming into the wall. Repeats of this go on for about four more people, and then the rest drop the stuff and run back down the street. Crunch nods to the clerk and leaps out the door, onto a streetlight, and onto a roof of a nearby building.

He sees them on the horizon, and they close quickly. Slug: I am a slug. I have been sent here to test your abilities. Prepare for battle. Kune: I really don't want to kill you, but if thats what you want... The slug yells and charges toward Kune. Kune disappears and reappears behind the slug, dealing a hard blow to the back of its neck with his elbow. The slug screams in agony. The other slug appears behind kune and graps him in a crushing embrace. Kune: Multiple form! Suddenly, a second Kune appears behind the first. The slugs blink in amazement, and then both get kicked in the face. They quickly recover, but a fierce battle ensues. Taking turns dealing blows the combatants battle for the upper hand.

Balronis sits in his ship, heading for Tatooine. He is examining the holocron he was sent to retrieve by Mishna the hut. He had know idea what it was supposed to do, or why Mishna wanted it, but he knew it contained great power. He intended to have that power himself. (I know this isn't accurate, but just play along) Exar: I see you have stumbled upon this holocron I created. Balronis: How do I get more power?! Exar: There are many ways, but the easiest and the best is to ressurect me from the great temple on Yavin 4. Once you are there, I will instruct you on how to ressurect me. Balronis: (As if in a trance) Yes, my master, Exar Kun.

Why do we have to change our attacks? What part of the rules says this?

I wasn't sure, because most of the threads in the RPG forum are interactive stories, and this isn't about anything like that. If I'm wrong, feel free to move this thread.

No, since this isn't very accurate, for example, you can actually have 3 weapons, and i'm just ignoring feats, just set up your character normally. P.S. If you play DnD you chould check out my thread about DnD in the general otaku forum. P.P.S. I will start this once we have 7 people.

Come all dungeons and dragons players. I am Vampire Hunter D, all powerful dungeon master. I have an interesting idea that I hope many DnD players will want to participate in. I Have had the idea of having a dungeons and dragons session over AOL instant messenger. It may sound like a peculiar idea, but if everyone is honest with their dice rolls, it might work. Please reply to this thread if you play dungeons and dragons, and if you are willing to participate in this small step for man, and giant leap for dungeons and dragons-kind.

Sorry to interrupt, but I couldn't find this thread for a long time, and I'm wondering where I am. My character is samwise gamgee II the hobbit. I apologize again for interrupting. I hope you can fit me into the story somewhere.

After he sees what Ttef is doing with the holocron, he decides to let him leave, since he has heard about him and would rather not get in combat with such a renouned warrior. So he Focuses on his new target. As Ambika is walking down the gangway, away from the hangar, she suddenly senses someone attacking here. She spins around blocking with her staff just in time to deflect the blaster bolt aimed strait at her back. Balronis: Damn, I knew I should have got closer! Balronis jumps down from the roof of the hangar and starts running towards Ambika with his lightsaber extended. Ambika: I don't know who you are, or what you want, but if you don't leave know I will have to kill you! Balronis: I want the holocron, and I'll only give you one chance to hand it over. Ambika: Yea, right! Ha! En guarde! *secretly calls for backup on her comlink* Balronis charges in with his lightsaber, but Ambika counters with block and an upward thrust with her staff. Balronis: (to himself) Why didn't my lightsaber cut through her staff?!? Balronis bears down on her again, but she once again escapes and knockes him back with a blow to the chest. But, just as Balronis falls, he reaches with his left hand and pulls out a stun net pistol. She thrusts out her metal staff to try to block it, but it disperses its electrical shock. No more than a second after she gets the advantage, she's falling to the ground, completely uncontios. But, just as Balronis thinks he's safe he gets shot at by a barrage of blaster bolts. He sees 20 soldiers and another sith making for him fast down the gangway! Balronis: (to his comlink) Z! Start up the ship, we need to make a quick escape! He grabs the holocron and starts sprinting towards the hangar. "I don't know how I'm going to get out of this one" he thinks to himself.
