Yeah, and get fined and/or jailed while doing it too. People are stupid. And stupid people, which is most of them, like the idea of petty power. And guns are as petty as power gets. There's not even the license of self-defence in this instance. What the hell is going to attack you? An armoured truck? "Uh yes officer. I was just walking down the street, when this man asked me for my wallet. Now, I wasn't inclined to give it to him, so I left most of his torso in fragments, killing an innocent bystander behind him because my gun was too powerful." Stupidity.

I normally don't do this, but if the current trend goes as it is, then a week from now, or whenever this starts, chances are I'll be as bored then as I am now. Name: Rali Kreigyr Project Name: Quietus Age: 21 Human Appearance: Six foot tall, long black hair, dark eyes, swathed in black clothing. Slender as a blade, but with a tight, wiry strength. Demon Apperance: Seven foot tall, black as moondark. Four arms, terminated in a set of four talons. Tough, leathery skin. Bio: Rali doesn't know anymore. When he was injected with demon blood, it ran rampant through him, corrupting him instantly and searing his mind. Rali flipped, and went into a berserk rage, escaping immediately. Weapon: Waste class combat shotgun, Glock-18 sidearm. Speacial Attacks: Barren Heart, Eldritch Darkness, Forsaken.

Rali: Now now, I'm sure it was your choice to stay up so late. You should know better than to wreck your sleeping patterns like that. Shalistrae's spat death at him as she walked after everyone else a little faster. He laughed maliciously, and started after her, continued with his baiting. Rali: I mean really, you're an intelligent young woman. You've been educated about how reckless use of alcohol, magic, and young men can wreck your health. Raised eyebrow. Rali: That kind fo behaviour is just reprehensible. What kind of example are you setting to those around you? Muttered growl. Rali: Oh well. As long as it's as fun for everyone else as it was for you. Spinning backhand to the face.... Rali laughed again, ignoring the blow, and kept walking.

Rali stumbled out onto the street, nearly getting wiped out by a passing car. An angry driver shouted incomprehensible words that trailed away into smoke. Rali kept walking, unsteadily crossing the road. It was only a few metres, but it seemed an eternity. Reaching the other side, he collapsed, curling up and shaking. Someone reached out and touched his shoulder. He was up in an instant, snarling. They backed off, hands up in a placating motion. "Easy now... What's your name" Rali looked at him solemnly for a second, before bursting out into wild, hysterical laughter. When it subsided, he answered the kindly meant question with remarkable restraint. Rali: I have no idea. I don't know who I am. I don't know who you are. I don't know where I am, and I don't know where I'm meant to be. Do you I have a card? It has small pictures on it. I don't know what they mean. He waved the offending bit of cardboard bit around, proffering it to the man. He took it, glancing at it for a second. "Rali Kreigyr. Biochemist. Look mate, I don't know what's wrong with you, but I think we'd better get you to a hospital" Rali: What would this hospital thing you speak of be? Man: Jesus Christ. You know, the whitewalled buildings where the people dressed in white stop you from feeling like ****. Rali snarled again, his face turning feral. With a cry of "You can't take me back!", he simply leapt away. Inhumanly fast, and uncannily high. He caught onto a window ledge on a nearby building, and disappeared from the man's sight in an instant. "You can't take me back...."

And we did for a while have Kendall on the boards on "Necrodut" or something. With some idiot friend of his. Brady I think. No surprises....they didn't last long.

Rali: Oh, now you're just intriguing me. Shalistrae: All part of the plan. Rali: Then I am involved. Shalistrae: Oh, you weren't originally. I may find a use for you yet... Rali: Which means there's no way I could ferret out exactly what I'm in for. Shalistrae: You could try being nicer....

I'll just point out here that I have no interest in Cloricus's life whatsoever, and was merely using whatever ground he stood on to illustrate a point. Anyway, enough about that. On to topic: Cloricus, you're simply moving back to the idea that because people have a small dislike for you, it's discrimination. I'll freely admit that you quite often get on my nerves, and that I act somewhat coldly towards you. But the question is, why do I do this? Because of some integral part of your being? Or because you quite often go out of your way to annoy me? If I met you on the street, I would have nothing against you. I would walk right by without taking a second glance. But because of the way you act towards me, I take measures to make sure you realise I dislike it. Discrimination simply comes down to bigotry. I know it's already been said a few times, but I think it needs to be reiterated.
-
[Edit]Even if you are discriminated against, that's no excuse for a bigoted opinion. It's even worse in fact, as you should know better.

Hmmm. So you think I should give in to the hicks and get a haircut eh.... There's a hell of a lot of difference between a few choice insults and discrimination Cloricus. People give up when they get the sames things hurled at them day after day (such as me. I got bored though). If it actually starts to affect your life, then by combating it you are not simply doing something that "might help future generations", you are engaging in an act of self defense. On a human, social, and indeed legal level. If you choose to give up because a bunch of idiots at one small school have found it fun to bait you, go ahead. Even money says when the 10 year reunion rolls around, we'll all know who's ended up a drug addicted wacko because they couldn't handle the pressure. Try actually living life for yourself, rather than letting other people's words push you around.
-
Don't start on how much you get payed out Cloricus. It's entirely itrelevant, and entirely different. And there is a hell of a lot of difference between judging someone and presenting a conclusion after evidence has presented. You have come along and posted a series of intolerant, "changing takes too much effort, to hell with it" style things, and you're surprised you get a reaction like that? What did you expect? Perhaps for people to agree with you because you are, as James so aptly put it, a straight white person.

Rali: Of course. Personally, I've never made it a habit to tempt fate. Shalistrae: I'd like to know the reasoning behind that. Rali: Simple. I don't bother tempting it....I just give it the finger. Shalistrae laughed softly, as Rali took a step closer and sat down. His legs hung easily over the side of the branch, arms folded in his lap. Shalistrae: But you do find it tempting, don't you? You find yourself caught in the silver net. Rali: Of course. But then, holding the leash can be much worse than wearing it.

Pity you can row a canoe by yourself. Even more of a pity that I've rowed a two pontoon canoe by myself. Kayaks were invented then, they called them dugouts. You're sure everyone "back then" spoke the English we do now? Even though there wasn't a back then, in literal terms. However, if you want to put this on a medieval level, then on, the term snitch wouldn't have been used. Try "sneak" or informer. As for you hearing everything...Go right ahead. I'm sure we'll be most amused at your reactions.

Hmmm. It's just after midnight, V Day, and here I am listening to the Violent Femmes version of "Do You Really Want To Hurt Me". Signifiy anything? No. I played nice today... And didn't cause any trouble. I'm sorry.

Writing Untitled *~First Poem on Otaku Boards~*

Vampyres and sex. Doesn't get any better than that. Production quality lacks a little, and certain phrases could be tweaked here and there, but overall it's not that bad. -
OOC: Sorry Juu, but I guess I'm getting bored. IC: The man at the desk looked at Rali impatiently, with no little annoyance. Man: He may be a suspected felon but you still have no legal right to injure him. Rali shook free of the men holding him, who filed out of the room. Rali reached under his tight shirt and pulled out a long, curved dagger. He slammed it down on the desk and leant over it, staring at the man. Celestine looked at him nervously. The man behind the desk in cold shock. Rali: You see that? That is my right. If you want to put it up against a court of law, then go right ahead. Celestine: Oh dear... Man: To put it bluntly whelp, I don't have to. I own your ***. The only reason you are here at all, and not just in this office, but in this building, part of this operation, is because I put you here. Rali: Ah, my mysterious patron. Man: Exactly. Rali: Well then, on to business. Who did he kill? Man: You. Rali slowly drew the dagger from the bench. Staring intently at the man, he pulled up his left sleeve and ran the blade over the inside of his forearm. Blood ran down freely, but Rali didn't flinch. Rali: Dead men don't bleed.

Look, I don't care what anybody says, that goes too far. Although, signing up as David Bowie does have a certain appeal...

What, so we'll go leave her out bush for a few weeks with no phone connection? Like we threatened to do with Cloricus... Eat rats Cloricus! Eat them! Long story, short joke.

Just a vague, sneaking suspicion, my sarcastic little man. Besides, your grammer and spelling is too good for you to be Cloricus. -

I don't think so. Primarily because the emails all come from a different name. And even if that isn't a real name, Storey isn't smart enough to think up a moniker. I am however somewhat convinced that you are an Australian though Mnemolth. -
Rali wandered for hours, until the world grew dark around him. He smiled slightly, infected with the emotions of others. It seems his own feelings had been replaced by empathy for others. Useful, to say the least. He was flooded with rushes of sensation, but they were only fleeting glimpses of what others felt. There and gone in an instant, leaving him with vague impressions of what life really held. Every now and then, he would walk past a house, and a solid flood of emotion, sustained, would hit like like a sledge. Many times he paused, and savoured the lback of emptiness within himself. As the day dropped away though, such things became rarer and rarer. Still, he found the peace far more satisfying. He walked around through deserted streets, hearing raucous noise comnig from many buildings. He assumed it to be some kind of music. Seems style had really changed since he'd left. From one dark painted, almost hidden away building, the sound was intoxicating. He slipped inside, getting a simple nod from the well dressed man at the door. Inside, it seemed he had been cloned. Countless people, most dressed nearly identical to him, outlined in strange, flickering lights. In a few corners, smaller groups of people gathered around tables. Rali peered into the darkness inquisitively, his enhanced vision finding it easy to penetrate the gloom. People engaged in some kind of torture it seemed. And it seemed they were enjoying it. Surrounded by pain, the most interesting group of people he had so far layed eyes on, and bombarded with strange, bizarre emotions, Rali stepped forward, and into a maelstrom of darkness.

Newbies, scabs, scavengers and assorted other lowlifes take note. Not that I'm prejudiced... We'd better stop cluttering this thread with spam.

Eh, at least so far it isn't just filled with those I like to term "the usual crew". Admittedly, they tend to be a lot more fun, but it does get repetitive. Don't eat me... [Edit]Hey Juu, is that meant to be Nina from Tekken?

More to the point LA, if JC met Mnemolth, why didn't he give me the chance to burst his bubble in person? Actually, there a quite a few people I want to meet for that reason...Mainly Raiha. -
Or, more precisely, my rant about how damn good "The Bitter End" is. Their latest single, and the only song on the album (which I've yet to learn the name of) that I can actually name. But, based on the style on quality of that particular song, this latest offering may just turn out to be as good as Without You I'm Nothing. Anyway, in case it isn't obvious, I'm begging for information here. Particularly Australian release dates...

Of course. Lythanoids automatically kicks ***. I could just put it down to the fact that no one except me uses them....but I'm not that arrogant.
