It lashed it's tenticle at me, just as it did John just seconds before. I leapt, stabbing downward on the tenticle as the squiddie screeched. Was it in pain... or something else? I could not tell. Danielle ran to John's side and helped him up while I kept the squiddies at bay for as long as I could.[/i] [b]Ron:[/b] Wouldj'ya mind making this fast? This squiddie seems PRETTY pissed off... [i]Seconds later, I saw what it was that the damn thing was doing. It called it's little...er...BIG friend. Danni stood to face it. I knew I had to do something to go help her. But what?[/i] [b]Danni:[/b] Ron... [b]Ron:[/b] Comming... [i]With that I slashed repeatedly at the smaller squiddie's head area, hoping to throw it in a rage. It worked. The squiddie threw me back with its other tenticle. I flew back and landed about a foot from John and slid back to where Danni was. She helped me up and continued to attack with her other arm. I looked around frantically for something to throw... something... sharp... Ahhh, yes, and I found it. It was a peice of machine that had been broken off, so it had nice sharp edges, almost as if it was a cutting disc. I threw it like a frisby at the smaller squiddie and in a screech, it died... or as dead as a Squiddie can get. I turned to face the bigger one. We were in for a nice fight.[/i]

I have seen those on other boards where they use an Item Shop too and use the items that they bought in the Sparring section and in RPG's, but the mods there are getting pretty fed up with keeping that together. They have almost as many RPGs as OB does and the mods have to read each one... that would get annoying, but the whole RPG hack thing is good idea... would we have the Gil type currency instead of posts and things like that? You get more Gil for better post quality, rather than quantity. Your rank would go up or down depending on how much you visit the boards, post coherently, etc. Though I don't know the hack... I have also seen that in the profiles (yes, I was bored and looked at the source code), there was a place to embed a midi or mp3 file... dunno if you noticed that, James. But I'm against the sound bit too... It would also be nice to be able to have a few RPG/Anime based skins... I.e., InuYasha skins with Kagome and Inu on the banner, Trigun, etc. But that's just me... I lay back, thinking of everything I've been through before this fateful encounter. Staring upward, I found myself falling asleep. [/i][center](Flashback/dream)[i] I was sitting there on the steps of the high school before the first bell that would allow the buses to let the kids run free into the school. Before long, I was surrounded by people; I really hated big crowds of poeple. They all were catching up on the latest gossip, events, and other things. It was very loud, then everything changed. Two people that I knew very well, but disliked, had just stepped into the front of the school, and everything went quiet. Was it fear? It could have been. Seconds later, they were looking down upon me with an evil intent in mind. They took me against my will to a place away from everyone I knew, my family, friends, etc., and started telling me things that were very irrelavent to what I had in mind. They wanted to take everything for themselves and leave no one alive. I tried to tell them not to do it, but since I had rebelled against them, they killed me. When a certain few heard of this, they killed the two that had killed me. I was burried and forgotten. A few years later, I found myself awakened and naked. I was in some strange place that was overrun by machines, but for some reason, I was not scared. But rather, happy. There weren't any people around me, I was alone. I liked to be alone. Then I noticed that I was unarmed in this new place and needed to find some clothes and weapons just incase. I searched and searched but found nothing. Then I noticed a robot of some sort that was broken, so I took the shell of it and used that for a while. Eventually I came across what looked like a museum, so I took some clothes and a dagger. I then set out to see if there were any others like myself. .:SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEACH:. [spoiler] You can't even get it until you get the Magickal Hammer from Level 1 In the Dark World dungeon, "Eastern Palace"[/spoiler] But enough of that, it's very simple. ::How To Get The Moon Pearl:: [spoiler]To get the Moon Pearl, it is very simple. Go to the 6F (I think.. the one with the fireball chain going around a block and a bumper right next to it. There are also little orb-like creatures that you've encountered throughout the dungeon) and step on the Star Square. After you do this, the floor's pattern will change, creating a hole to the north side of the room. Jump into that hole. Beware of the spinny orb thingie that'll knock you onto the Star Square, making you do it all over again. Once there, carefully make your way towards the chest and open it. Congratulations, you have the Moon Pearl. No more bunny-form in Dark World! Oh yeah, and if you run out of hearts that you get from the pots on the 6F, you can go to the northern-most hole in the room and jump down that. It should make you fall to the B1 or B2 of the dungeon/tower and give you a couple fairies. Walk into the Warp Pad and you'll be transported to 5F. [i]Valen charged in, katana drawn and ready to start slicing. As he approached the beast, the blade began to glow a crimson color. He swung at the beast, barely missing the neck, and being bucked back by the beast just as Karina had been bucked off.[/i] Valen: ... ow... The shadow looked like a beast with angelic wings... tattered angelic wings... It looked like it had been brought back from beyond the grave, well with it's white eyes that had black streams of energy flowing through them. It seemed to be thinking of one thing and one thing only -- Revenge. As they approached it, Karina's eyes widened in shock. She tried to scream, but there was no sound. The beast slowly moved into the light, revealing a familiar face. It was none other than the Griffin that they thought to have 'killed' over a thousand years ago.[/i] Ari: What the...?! Vahn: ...Heck is that!? Wolf: An old enemy of ours. Valen: Now be careful you two. This thing is very powerful and can easily kill the both of you. Vahn & Ari: ... ([i]gulp[/i]) Karina: ... But [u]why[/u] is it back? ..... Uh oh... if it's back, then that means... Valen: Dymonic? Wolf: No, it's not him. We banished him. It's got to be someone/something different. Whoever it is must have resurrected this thing to protect the shrine. Valen: That would explain the location, but why have dragon statues by a shrine not protected by a dragon, but protected by a Griffin? Wolf: I don't know. Ari: Guys... this thing is looking at me like i'm breakfast! Vahn: Nah, you'd be its lunch. Ari: How do you know!? Vahn: Because that thing has been chewing on the staff while everyone was talking. Ari: WHA!? [i]Ari held up the staff, and it did in fact have teeth marks in it. She raised it and slammed it on the Griffin's nose. The beast roared in pain as it began to charge randomly in rage. Vahn pushed Ari out of the way just as the beast was about to hit her with a fireball that looked like a dragon's head.[/i] Karina: Answer your question? Valen: Yep. [i]The beast roared once more as its flames began to engulf its wings, making embers fly everywhere. Everyone drew their weapons and charged in at the beast. Ari and Vahn worked as a team for the first time and delivered heavy damage to the Griffin with every hit, but it was futile. The beast reared up and threw them both into nearby statues. The statues cracked on impact. A few moments later, Vahn pried out the Ruby eye and stuck it in a slot between the hilt and blade of his sword. The blade was engulfed in a bright red light. When the light died down, the blade was encrested with serpents and the hilt had become solid gold. Vahn charged in, but was knocked back. Everyone stared in awe at his persistant attitude. Was he really related to Valen?[/i] Karina: Guys, maybe we should help him. Valen: You're right. Let's go.

Well, if you really want to catch your opponent off gaurd, get[R/B/Y; not sure about G/S/C] Starmie (Or Staryu), teach it Thunderbolt (or Thundershock), Psychic, Hydro Pump, and maybe an Amnesia(I forgot if they can learn that or not...) If they can't learn amnesia, teach it something like Ice Beam or something. I did that and went against Tyranitar (a GS enhanced one at that) and I won. You can try that and see if it works. Oh, and on a side note, bring the Starmie to R/B and use the special items such as Carbos, Iron, Protien, etc. to their max ability, and HP UP and PP UP.

[i]The Fallen that was chasing Valen had caught up to him by now. The fallen drew his sword and charged toward Valen even faster than before. Valen leapt as the Fallen ran under him, stopping just inches in front of a mighty oak tree.[/i] Valen: Running with swords is dangerous, you know. [i] He laughed as he landed behind the Fallen while drawing his katana. The Fallen had heard him and turned to see a crimson blade coming down on him. The Fallen's reactions were just fast enough to block the slash coming down upon him. The two continued to duel. One slashing, the other either evading or blocking. This went on for about an hour, then there was a loud explosion back in the forest. They both stopped and looked back at the forest. They sheathed their weapons.[/i] Valen: We'll finish this later, agreed? Fallen: Agreed. Too bad you aren't with us anymore. You could do a lot of damage you know... Valen: Yeah well, no changing that. Let's just get out of here before we're blamed for this. Fallen: Yeah really. [i]They both ran as fast as they could, completely forgetting that they could fly.[/i]

[i]In the clearing, he was greeted by a Fallen that he was once allied to. The Fallen one had Valen's crossbow in his right hand. Valen glared at the Fallen as he bagn to speak.[/i] Valen: What are you doing here? Fallen: I have come to get you. It is our time to shine once again! [i]With that, the Fallen tossed Valen the crossbow, in hopes that Valen would join him.[/i] Valen: No. We are not allied anymore. Nice to see you again, but now you die. Fallen: Really now? You are in no position to fight. Look around you. [i]Valen looked around him at the burning forest. This was no time to fight.[/i] Valen: Why have you done this? Fallen: Goddess' wishes. Valen: When we get out of this forest, you are dead. Fallen: You're not going anywhere. You betrayed the Goddess once, and now you will die again for what you have done. Valen: Heh. Come get me. [i]Valen fled through the fire, followed by the fallen. They both ran through the elven villiage and to the outskirts of the forest.[/i]

On The Silence Matter: Go to the Balamb Training Center and fight Grats. You can draw Silence and Sleep, or you can mug them for about.... 5 Silence Powders. Use the ST-MG-R or something of the sort, you know, the Status Magic Refine thingie in the Ability menu, and you can refine one Silence Powder for (I think) 5 Silences. On Sorceress Edea: Mug, Aura, Renzokuken.

Pyramid spaceship? Lunatic Pandora was [spoiler]the big box-like thing that you had to board in Esthar City when it was flying overhead. It's also what they were excavating in the Disc 2 Laguna dream-like thing...[/spoiler]
