All you have to do is go in Paint (MS will do), press CTRL + W, and for the width, put it as 50%. If it looks distorted, oh well, use a different banner. Hahaha... simply relying on 9th grade science... It goes much depper than that. The metaphysical plane is where your energies for your spirit to use are stored. Your vessel(physical body) is simple a tool. A conductor if you will. See, you have seven major Chakaras, one on the top if your head, one on your forehead (Third Eye Chakara), one on your throat, one on your solar plexis, one on your abdomen, and one on each foot. These act as gateways for the energies that keep your physical body in balance. If one of your Chakaras are out of balance, you'll feel a different emotion. Beside the point, I know, but still. If you would like to feel these energies, I have a little trick that works. First, make sure your hands are clean. Next, rub the palms of your hands together for about 5 seconds. Then, starting with your hands together in a 'prayer' fasion, slowly pull them apart. When you get about 6 inches apart, slowly bring them back, but don't let them touch. Keep about 5cm or so apart. Keep doing this and you'll feel resistance, this resistance is your aura carrying your energies. You guys are thinking too complicatingly. It's all rather simple if you believe and accept unproven fact.

Woah! Profiles Wrong! Geez... I must check that. I'm only like 3 months from being 16 and ssjBrolli is 17... I have given advice on this kind of stuff for about a year now since I joined an organization at school called Project Young Stars(I know, crappy and lame name, but meh). The organization is really mainly about teens helping teens by experiances. Some teens go to parents with problems that the parent(s) hasn't been through, or know nothing about, whereas if they go to a teen that [i]has[/i] been in that situation, they can help the seeker out and stuff. You get those because of sites like Yahoo that have bugs on their site that send the third party sites your email, name, etc. to spam you to no end. Those annoying popup ads do the same thing.
