Well, Syk3, I actually was okay with them just being in the Video Games category, but I guess I'll just have these five more in a new Category. Today, my friend and I had an argument. This argument has posed a question that I think needs to be resolved. But first, some backstory. My friend is an avid reader and writer of Slash fanfiction (guy x guy couplings). I am perfectly fine with slash and homosexuality, I just generally don't read Yaoi fanfics. One of her preferred media for fanfiction is Harry Potter. One of her favorite couplings is Harry x Snape. Today, she told me she had figured out a reason why that coupling would never actually work. So did I. HER REASON-
Snape is a spy, a mole as it were, and thus is would look pretty awkward if a Death Eater was sleeping with Voldemort's greatest enemy.
If you haven't read Book 5 of Harry Potter, you might want to not read that bit. MY REASON- It's pedophilia. This is what caused the true argument to arise. We both agree on one thing. Pedophilia is wrong. However, it's our definitions of pedophilia that has caused the argument. You see, she agrees that a 6-year old and a 40-year old is very, very bad. So do I. But then we differ. She sees no problem with a 15-year old and a 35-year old. I do. She tried to counter my argument by asking, "is it wrong if a 16- and a 17-year old are dating, and then one turns 18? Can they then not have sex for 1 and half years?" I say no, but that's because there's a simple 1 (1 and 1/2) year difference. However, that is much different from a 20-year difference, which is what we have here. She states that it's not wrong as long as they're in love, and that it's wrong for that 6-year old and that 40-year old because the 6-year old doesn't understand love. I agree, but I still stand by my convictions that you have to be pretty screwed up to think that a 20-year age gap is okay. Maybe this would seem less one sided if she was also posting her argument, but since she's not a Board member that won't be happening. What's your stand on the issue? Is she right, is love no matter what the age gaps, more important; or am I right, is the simple fact that one person is (in this case) 15 and the other is 35 more important?

What if? What if you weren't born? What if you took a left when you took a right? What if you skipped class instead of going? What if you died right this second? What if? Thousands of realities exist based on these qeustions. Heroes can become villains, pacifists can become the harshest Tyrants, Gods can act like Demons, the world could end at any moment. Some of these realities are not meant to exist. So someone has to mend them. Seven people from different realities have been called to serve as the Menders, fixing temporal errors that could lead to catastrophe. They have fallen through the cracks in the great floor of reality and now their fates rest in the hands of the Timebroker. He hands out the missions, sends them on their way. If they fail, they risk ending up in a reality where the most horrifying things can happen. They risk ending up in a private Hell. However, if they succede enough times, the Timebroker can send them back. And then he recruits more. Seven new Menders are about to appear, and serve the Timebroker. They risk their lives, but the alternatives to success are too horrible to imagine. They must succede. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This RPG will span out in a series of "Missions", as many as necessary (in other words, I haven't decided how many yet.) There are seven spots, each a particular type of mutant. Wolverine Type: Rapid healing, adimantium, claws, blades, hightened senses, etc. The Wolverine is a modified supersoldier with power to spare. Tough Type: Superstrength, superhuman durability, and similar abilites. The Tough Type can crush easily, take pleanty of hits, and keep on going. Juggernaut, Colossus, and the Blob are all Tough Type. Quick Type: The trademark of the Quick Type is Superspeed, but they can also use superhuman agility and teleportation. Quick Types include Nightcrawler and Quicksilver. Mental Type: The Mental Type doesn't need superstrength or superspeed, for it has the powers of Telekinesis, Telepathy, Pyrokinesis, Hypnotism, and more. Professor X, Jean Grey, and even Magneto can fall into the Mental Type category. Energy Type: The Energy Type has to strike with the elements, kinetic energy, and even bio-energy. Cyclops, Iceman, Gambit, and Magneto all fall into the Energy Type. Sorcery Type: Sorcery Types use mystical spells and powerful magics to achieve their goals. Few Sorcery Types are well known, but Scarlet Witch and Magik are both of this Type. Balanced Type: Melding together the strengths of all, the Balanced type has none of the weaknesses, but the powers are weakened, forming a weakness of its own. Though a Balanced Type may have superstrength, it will be weaker than a Tough Type's superstrength. Now that that's settled, on with the sign-up. Name: As long as it's realistic and modern, it's okay. Unless your reality has a believable excuse. Code Name: Cyclops, Storm, Professor X, and Magneto are all codenames. Age: Gender: One or the other Appearance: Pictures will do. Type: Which of the seven Types you are. He wants nothing more than to escape his private Hell of an inner-psyche...something the Timebroker has promised to do for him. In battle, TJ is brutal and deadly, moving swiftly from opponent to opponent. He will stop at nothing to win. Bio: TJ comes from a reality in which Wolverine never existed. Instead, he was chosen for the Weapon X project...years after Wolverine would have been chosen. By this time, they had trained Sabretooth and the others into Supersoldiers. However, something went wrong while they were binding the adimantium to TJ. He broke free, much as Wolverine did, and slaughtered the scientists, until Sabretooth got to him. He would've been turned into a mindless soldier drone, had he not met a commando named Logan, who was sent by the Canadian government to shut down Weapon X. Logan, along with James and Heather Hudson, broke the mentally wounded TJ out. In their capable hands, TJ mostly recovered, losing his animalistic , violent tendencies. However, he was still cold, reclusive, and bitter. All was well, until Weapon X returned. They sent Sabretooth and another, one Yuriko Oyama, codenamed Lady Deathstrike. She was a recent addition to the team. Logan, James, Heather and TJ managed to fight off the two. Just then, TJ was pulled from his reality. He fell through the cracks and met Timebroker. Timebroker told him that, if TJ didn't complete his missions properly, he risked returning to a world where Logan, James and Heather were all killed and TJ went into captivity, held by Weapon X. If TJ wants to free himself from Weapon X once and for all, he must complete his missions and return to his proper time. Here are the filled/open positions. Wolverine-ULX Tough-Nebackenezzer Quick- Mental-Kittychanan Energy-Doukeshi03 Sorcery-Cysword6 Balanced-sesshomaru 3 Oh, you can be someone already existing, but they have to be from a different reality from the main comic one, the movie one (which is different enough to be a separate reality), the TV Show One, or any major other reality occuring in any of these media, unless you have a very good form. In other words, you can't just post "I'm Cyclops from the movie!". You can, however, post a form filled out about the Movie Cyclops, and if it's good I'll accept it. I reserve the right to not let you in. Have fun

Name: Shin Age: 23 Country: Believed to be from China, but this is unconfirmed. What kind of power you use: Oversoul Ghost?s Name: The Blood Tiger Ghost?s biography: The Blood Tiger is known in many legends. It is said to be one of the most deadly spiritual beings ever to grace the heavens or the earth. Some call it a harbringer of Doom, others a stealer of souls, and yet others call it a simple demon, here to wreak havoc and death upon all. Tales of the exploits of Blood Tigers can be heard in most countries. It has many names, including Chi no Tora, Tigre de la Sangre, Tiger de Sang, Tiger des Bluts, Tigre di Anima, Tigre do Sangue, Tigar od Krv, Lokaj v livreji of Krev, Ddywalgi chan Chrau, and Tiger of Cruor. However, no matter what the name or country, all the tales state the same thing. Blood Tigers are bloodthirsy, ferocious, and relentless. They shall not rest until their quarry is dead. They serve no one, exept a powerful Shaman. Their might is so great that they can interact with the real world even without the help of a Shaman. They are spiritual beings with unfathomable strength, and are rarely seen without the seer suffering death. Rumors state various things, including that he was once a Yakuza boss, a Mob hitman, an assassin, a commando, a murderer. Some say he killed his mother for cutting of his allowance, others say he slaughtered an entire village out of boredom. His cruelty is legend, and his past is written in the blood of others. The only rumors he ever dispells are those that do not tell of death. He is a being of pure malice and sadism, consumed with the desire to rule all and destroy all. He wishes to become the Shaman King so that he can rid the universe of all life, leaving the lands bathed in blood and death. Weapon: An unusually long Switchblade. Special Techniques: Blood Ripper-Shin sends blades of energy from his "claws" that hone in on the opponent. Here are five I made. I think that the latter three (Busuzima, Xion, and Yugo) turned out too grainy, but the first two look alright. That was the last episode and, as far as I know, Spike did die at the end. Unless, of course, the Cowboy Bebop movie takes place after this episode, in which case he obviously did survive. I can't claim to be an expert, but it really did look like he died. Oh, and the Episode was titled (I think) Real Folk Blues Part 2. -ULX

Zeos reluctantly passed out buttons to one side of the room while Imi did the other. Zeos managed to hit most of the Hufflepuff tables, saving Imi any...discomfort. He made sure to acknowledge Maura, one of three people who weren't currently trying to make his life hell. "Now that you have your buttons, I want you to try changing them into beetles. Just say the following charm...Transanthropodia!" "Transanthropodia!" Zeos said, and pointed at the button. His efforts were rewarded by a slightly beetle-like shell on his button. he looked over and saw that Imi had managed only an antenna. "Guess Transfiguration is as tough as she said," whispered Imi. "Yeah." In the surrounding area, few were doing much better. Haley had gotten one leg on her button and it was twirling around as if trying to walk. Maura had managed to make it round and shiny, but that's it. "At least we're not alone in our ineptitude," Zeos said, shrugging. OOC: For the record, I'm not saying that Maura and Haley and the rest of you are bad, it's just, Transfiguration is hard, and I doubt anyone can do it well their first day (even Hermione barely managed to make a matchstick pointy).

I have an idea for a manga-style webcomic, that is going to be written by me and (at this point) drawn by Ruby. I just want to know what people think of it. The Major Characters-- Name: Zeshin ?Zes? Uchiyama Age: 17 Gender: Male Appearance: Looks like Xion of Bloody Roar, but younger (obviously). Wears jeans, a dark t-shirt, and a black over-shirt with blue flames at the bottom or a black leather jacket, depending on the weather. Wears a black hat at all times. Role: The Hero Name: Lei Age: 16 Gender: Female Appearance: Short black hair less then shoulder length, with a ruby red streak. Short bangs that hang a bit past the eye brows. Pale brown skin that looks white and dark brown eyes. Long slender fingers and legs, but with a long scar rounding the whole front above my leg. That goes across this way, horizontally. Has a curvy body. Usually wears a black skirt that goes 2/4 of the way normally hits a bow and ruffles. A long sleeve red top, tri-point collar, and a pocket on the left hand breast side. Role: The Girlfriend Name: Akira Matsuda Age: 16 Gender: Male Appearance: Has a short, stocky build, with dark brown hair of no particular style, just cut short. Wears a white t-shirt, generally, and a pair of jeans. Can be seen wearing a camo jacket as well. Role: The Little Sister Name: Rem Uchiyama Age: 19 Gender: Female Appearance: Long dark red-brown hair frames a slightly oval face. OB Character Name/Codename: Unborn Lord Xion/IT Age: 15 Gender: Male Appearance: Personality: Xion is generally content silently watching from the sidelines, snickering at the inconviniences of others. However, he can easily become enraged and homicidal. He's sarcastic, snide, cynical, opinionated, cold, and is generally smirking. History: Xion was visiting theOtaku, looking at the anime pages, when he discovered a link to the OtakuBoards. Wondering what this was, he clicked on the link and his life was forever changed. Back in those early years, he was a classic newb/n00b, and was known by the name YashamonMaster. The transformation to Unborn Lord Xion took place a while later, shortly after requesting a Xion avatar. He decided to become the Unborn Lord, and so he requested the mighty Admins to change his name. Thus, it was done, and nothing has been the same since. Xion spent most of his time, like Jokopoko, making and playing in RPGs, most of them short lived. However, he has also taken up banner and avatar making, spreading his slightly above-average work across the boards...when it's good enough to be accepted, anyway. Despite his passion for writing, the Literature Forum remains virtually devoid of his works. Movie Morph: Pennywise the Clown/It from Stephen King's It Movie Morph Character Name: Pennywise the Clown/It Movies: Stephen King's It Gender: Both, kind of Appearance: Powers: Can transform into a variety of scary things, from Wolfman to Evil Clown to your Father to a Giant Spider Monster Annoying Quirk: Does killing small children count? If not, he always seems to be handing out balloons... Stereotype: Evil Clown Personality: Pennywise is like Xion, but worse. Cold, calculating, and cruel, Pennywise is the ultimate evil, able to draw children to his sewer lair in his clown form, or tearing them limb from limb as a monster. His motives are simple...kill the children that see him, and the adults that occasionally cross his path.

Tyris sat atop the church steeple, high above the city of Tricity. Black storm clouds gathered overhead, in preparation for the rains. Though he didn't know why, Tyris took comfort in the storm. "Tyris! You're going to be late!" Tyris smiled at the voice. It was a well-known fact that he would sit on the steeple. He went there almost evey day, just to think. She could easily find him. "Coming!" he yelled. Gripping his hand made katana, the Thunder Blade, he jumped off the steeple. Bounding off of outcroppings, statues, and the sheer wall, he made his way down to the ground. "Show off," she snorted. "I know," Tyris said, smirking. "But you know that's why you love me, Jeanna." "Just come on," Jeanna said, hiding a smile. "You're almost late." "Right, right." The two made their way to a large arena. "And finally making his way into the ring...Tyris!" bellowed the announcer. "Must everyone comment on my lateness," grumbled Tyris. He drew his blade and stared down his opponent. Youthful, nervous, and weak. A student, undoubtly. He would be easy to take down. Tyris just had to try not to kill the boy. "Go!" In a flash, Tyris had closed the gap between himself and the student. The boy fell by a quick kick to the stomach. "Marius is down! Tyris wins again!" Smirking, Tyris turned away and walked back to Jeanna. "See? Didn't matter if I way late or not, the kid wasn't a fight at all." "Oh, shut up," Jeanna said. She hit Tyris playfully. The two made their way through town when the alarm was raised. "Outsiders! They're holding weapons!" yelled the guardsman. "Weapons? Tyris, I think you should help," Jeanna said. "Right," Tyris said, nodding. The warrior made his way towards the East Gate, the gate facing Pure. If they're bandits, they probably tore Pure apart. That place isn't exactly known for strength. However, if they think they can tear apart Tricity, they have another thing coming! He reached the gate, and the guardsman let out a sigh of relief. "Good thing you're here, Tyris. They look like a tough lot." "How many?" "5 of 'em, I think. Two men, three women." "You think they're bandits?" "Don't know." "Well, open up," said Tyris. He readied the Thunder Blade. The five entered the city. "We haven't come for a fight, or for goods!" yelled the one in front. "We've come to find an Element Wielder!" "Why do you seek the Element Wielder?" asked Tyris. The group and the crowd looked over. "Because their life is in grave danger," another said solemnly. "I am Reis, and this is Proto, Calandra, Kyra, and Sara." "I wield Thunder," said Tyris. "Why is my life in danger?" And thus, the story came out. About the elements, the danger, all of it. "So, you're saying that we need to find the other two?" "Yes," said the man named Reis. "Then let's go. Crystal is close. But first, I have to say goodbye." Tyris sought out Jeanna. He found her quickly. "Jeanna, I can't answer any questions right now. I just need you to know that...I have to leave. I don't know how long, or if I'll come back, but I just need you to not worry. I'll do everything I can to get back to you, okay?" "But, Tyris..." "No. I have to go now." With that, Tyris left and joined the group, heading off for Crystal. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Next stop, Crystal. Which means 'hEvN is up.

wrist cutter, I apologize if you were, in fact, being sarcastic. Sarcasm is a mainly verbal art and rarely transfers over through text. Intonation is something that's missing in e-mail and other text communications, a fact many people have yet to learn, even myself at times. I stand by my previous statements, and still feel that people who think gay/lesbian/bi people can just go up and change are idiots. Again, I apologize if you were being sarcastic, but I do not if you weren't. -ULX

You are correct, Undefeated, that it is, in a sense, practical to pretend to be straight. However, I find it a stupid thing to do and, as I said earlier, it only sets up the parents for a farther fall when the truth comes out. They'll think, "oh, he has a girlfriend, so no worries!" and then they find out and it's, "but you had a girlfriend! How can you say you're gay? You lied to us? etc." It's just a really bad idea. And you got the idea from a Sitcom, anyway, which is no basis for real-world interaction. And what do you mean, "everyone acts at times?" True, lies are told and true, we generally try to conform ourselves to social standards, but this is far more major than dieting or hair-color. You can't act a different sexual preference than you are, at least not for long. And money's more important than self-respect? Damn, that's a truly disgusting thing to admit. I mean, it is a harsh reality of society, but you can't give that as advice. It goes against everything we're told as children. As I said, damn them if they can't accept it. But I doubt they would be so god damn closeminded to keep their son from getting a good education and a good job just because he's different than the social standard. That's extremely f---ed up if it's the case. Oh, and I'm more angry at Wrist Cutter than you. Why? Because he wasn't saying act straight. He was saying BE straight, which you just cannot do. wrist cutter, I have no respect for you, and this is the first time I think I've had interaction with you. Your kind makes me sick. Well, that's off my chest. I'm through ranting. -ULX

Dude, wrist cutter, Undefeated, you're both being major a-holes right now. You can't tell someone to be ungay or act straight. Listen, Mage15, I don't claim to be the most openminded or tolerant person, but if I had a son/daughter, and they were gay/lesiban/bi or whatever, I'd be for them. And if I was that way, I'd be who I was. Don't try to be straight, don't put on a front, 'cause it just makes it more awkward when the truth comes out. Tell your parents, and to hell with them if they can't accept it. -ULX

Manga Which Manga is better Saiyuki or Naruto?
Onix replied to ShadowHimura13's topic in Otaku Central
Which is better? Tough call on both. Saiyuki vs. Naruto-- I'd have to say Saiyuki. It's more mature, has more action and emotion in a balance, and features slightly more likable characters. Naruto is good, but Saiyuki edges ahead a bit. Saiyuki vs. Yu Yu Hakush-- Again, extremely tough. I'm kind of prejudiced, as I've had time to grow to like Yu Yu more, but Saiyuki is also excellent. Both feature great characters, excellent action, and real emotion. I'd say it's tied on this one. My opinion? All three are good, with Saiyuki and YYH rising above Naruto slightly. -ULX -

Zeos snapped, trying to give her some leeway...but not much. "I...I just," she stammered. "I just wanted to...to apologize. For how I've treated you." "Apologize?" Zeos said, surprised. He cocked an eyebrow, a talent he had mastered. "Yeah," she said, looking down. "I've been stupid and nasty and a royal b*tch, and I want to apologize to you." "Really? This isn't just another set up?" Zeos asked. He was highly skeptical of her motives. "Really. No joke," she said, looking him in the eyes. "I...I don't know if I can forgive you, Imi." Zeos was still skeptical. "But...I'll see what I can do." Imi smiled weakly. "Thanks...for giving me another chance." "Now what brought it on?" Zeos said, coldly. "Wha?" "You didn't just have an epiphany (sp?) out of nowhere. Something caused it, and I want to know what. Now spill." "I...I found out something about myself," she said, blushing. "I was reminded that I'm lacking in the...friend department." "Go on." "And, well, I decided to be less, well, you know, b*tchy. I figured I'd start with you." "Sounds like a plan. But I can see, literally, that there's more to the story." "Um...I was...attacked. By some Gryffindors." "Seriously?" Zeos said, startled. "Yeah." "I thought they were all, you know, honorable." "Not all of them. Not these two, anyway," Imi spat. "Well, maybe I can help you." "Really? You...you'd do that?" "Certainly," he said, chivalrously (sp?). "Thanks," Imi said. "But I can't ask you to..." "Nonsense! The Uchiyamas protect women. We are a brave and chivalrous lot." "Like Knights?" "Exactly. Except with less plate-mail." Imi smiled a little stronger. "Oh, come on," Zeos whined. "That deserved a laugh."

The Soul Collector is here Name: Ryutaro Takeshi Age: 26 Appearance: see attachment, but with a black coat. Personality: Ryutaro is confident, cold, and calculating. Class: Soul Collector Ability: Can drain souls to become stronger (my mistake  ) Specialty: Can see into minds (a counterpart to Soul Healer, as it were) Weapon: A hand-crafted katana with a black-and-gold hilt and a black-tinted blade. Zeos frowned and poked at his food. He wasn't hungry. Having mouse blood smeared on your hair can do that to you. That Hufflepuff seemed nice. What was her name...Maura? I think that's right. Maybe I should take her up on her offer. He sighed heavily. Life sucks when you're a Mudblood in Slytherin. Out of nowhere, an object coursed through the air...landing right in Zeos's scrambled eggs. He looked down at it, and found it was a piece of scone, crafted to look like a mouse, smeared with red jelly. Zeos glared at Imi, who tried looking innocent. I oughta get her...but first, I really should speak to the headmaster...after classes, anyway. Zeos sighed again, and picked up the mouse-scone. He flashed Imi a snarl-grin, and bit the 'head' off, chewing on it in an exaggerated fashion. "Tastes like rat...probably since you touched it!" he snarled. "I'll see you in classes, Mudblood," she hissed, too low for the teachers to hear. "I guess...if you don't get expelled," Zeos said, smirking. Imi snorted, and started talking with Haley. Figures they'd pal around. Zeos sighed for the third time during breakfast, and picked at his food again.

Zeos was running, scared, terrified of what was behind him. He turned around, blue eyes bright with terror, and saw that the hideous, wizened creatures were still lurching after him. Their long, sharp fangs glittered with blood. "Ahh!" he screamed. Quickly, he jumped out the door, running down the back steps into the garden. He found the car sitting there, just as it had been earlier. Had he been in his right mind, he would've noticed how ludicrous this was. He jumped in, slamming the door. He turned and saw the Vampires crawling through the garden. One hissed fiercly and ran to the car. Zeos tried making the power windows rise, but the power wasn't on. The Vampire stuck it's twisted, snarling face in and shrieked inhumanly. Blood dripped from its fangs, falling on his bangs. He shrunk back, but it was too late. Just as the beast was about to kill him... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Zeos lurched awake. Cold sweat made his clothes and blankets stick to him. He was sitting up, breathing heavily. He sighed, the nightmare returning again. He sighed, and ran a hand through his hair. He felt something wet. Pulling his hand back, he saw red staining it. Holy *****! Panic flooded him, and he almost cried out. Then he looked around and saw the door. It was open a crack. "Imi..." he hissed. "Or Isaac." He sighed again. "******** bloodists. Figures they'd do something like this. Baka de na!" he swore, using Japanese lest the teachers be listening in (he ignored the previous curse). He stood up and walked to the door, switching on the lights. There were no other first years to bother with the lights, since only three entered Slytherin and the others were girls. He opened the door, swinging it wide. It slammed on the wall. Zeos could plainly see "Lover of Mudbloods" etched on it. Bloodist pricks! "Who did this!" he snarled, pointing to his bangs. The common room was still quite full, being fairly early. Zeos was tired from eating so much, his downfall in this situation. Several Slytherin's look at him. "Look! Mudblood's got blood in his hair!" laughed someone. It was Isaac. Zeos shot him a glare, and gripped his wand behind his back. "So you did this?" he hissed. "No, but I did carve the new sign on your door, Mudblood-lover," Isaac spat back. "I dyed your bangs...again, anyway," said Imi. She was standing on the girls' stair-case. "They were natural *****," snarled Zeos. "Unlike your hair." "You dare insult my sister!" barked Isaac. "I'll insult anyone who crosses me or my people!" roared Zeos...making a major mistake. Silence hung in Slytherin common room. Zeos had let slip his mixed blood, letting all hear it. "So, you're not only a Mudblood-lover, but also a Mudblood?" asked Isaac. A disgusting smirk had crossed his face. "So what if I am?" growled Zeos. Blood had flushed his face. "Then we make your life hell," said another Slytherin. Laughing and affirmative noises could be heard. "You can try," said Zeos. Before they could respond, the silver-haired boy turned and re-entered his room, slamming the door and locking it. Not that they couldn't get in anyway, but it would provide some warning. Tomorrow, I have to speak with Dumbledore. I have to get out of Slytherin. ~~~~~~~~~ OOC: For the record, that dream isn't meant to be prophetic or anything. I had that same dream. And DaisukeAngel, I don't care whether you let Zeos change houses or not. I'm just setting up conflict. It's your call.

Zeos sulked as he walked towards the Slytherin common rooms. He didn't want to make a stink, but Slytherin wasn't his first choice for his House. His mother had been in Ravenclaw. Besides, he had heard many dark rumors about the house, and that it turned out many anti-Mudbloods...who he hated. He quickly shot a glance to the girl walking near him...Haley, he thought her name was. She immediately started grating on his nerves, and he didn't really appreciate her interrupting his meal with talk of exploding eye balls. He looked to the other new Slytherin. Ami? No. Emi? No. Imi? Yeah, that's it! She was busy talking to some older guy, probably her brother. They did, after all, look alike. Zeos, being the ever-curious one, tried listening in. "...and then I said to her, watch what you're doing! You're getting frog-spleen on my robes!" said the older guy. "Did you let that mudblood have it?" asked Imi. Must...not...kill... "Naw, it wouldn't have looked good for Slytherin if I had, would it? I just complained to Snape and got those stupid Hufflepuffs docked 10 points!" "Brilliant, Issac! Give the clumsy mudblood hers!" Zeos had enough. He snuck up behind the two, and leaned next to Imi's ear. In a soft, venom-filled voice, he hissed, "I would appriciate it if you refrained from using the term 'Mudblood', Imi." Imi jumped, startled by Zeos's sudden appearance. "Leave my sister alone, silver!" barked Issac. Zeos shot the elder Slytherin a death-glare. "I will when she stops insulting people based on their background, Issac," snarled the new student. "I suggest you stop now," Issac spat back. He slipped his wand out. "Unless you want to break out in plums." Zeos snarled, but slowed down, letting the two walk further ahead. I'll wait...then maybe I can take him down. Teach those Bloodists to speak ill of others... ~~~~~~~~~~~~ I guess I understand why Zeos is in Slytherin, though I don't know if I agree. However, it will make for some interesting confrontations. Also, I hope sunofexiles and Imi don't mind me treating their characters this way. And if neither other wants to become House Leader, I will, I guess. -ULX

Okay, it seems many people don't like the movies because they are not like the books enough. Well, news flash, they cannot directly adapt the novels? Why? Because it would simply be impossible for one major reason: a page in a regular book is about a minute on screen. Do you want to watch a 300/400/500 minute movie? No. My advice on the whole thing? Don't go looking to see Harry Potter as a movie. Go to see a movie. Not an adaptation, not a real-life book, just as a movie, as if it was a completely original piece. If you can do that, go see it without comparing it to the books, you'll enjoy them. I do. My friend didn't when he went to see the first one and hated it because of this. He wanted to see it directly transfered on screen, and was disappointed when it wasn't. In any case, it was excellent. I was also disappointed by the Firebolt bit, however. And another thing bugs me too, a major continuity error, in fact.
What happened to the stag? There was a stag when we saw through real-time Harry's POV, but not when we saw time-travel Harry do it!
However, I thought they did an excellent job casting
Peter Pettigrew/Wormtail
It was just so excellent seeing that guy! Also, I loved the bird-smashing the Willow did. That was greusomely hilarious. Anyway, that's my two cents. -ULX
