I italicized and bolded the reasons in case there was still confusion as to why I believe this thread should be closed.

 3.
Originally posted by The Harlequin Besides, arguments are good for the blood. Keeps it from clotting.
Because it's spilled all over the ground?
 4. Yeah, nowadays, even in Japan, the word "otaku" is almost always taken in a connotative sense to mean "anime geek", even though it's not specific to just anime.
 5.
Originally posted by BulmaVegeta1 Oh, does anyone know why girl's shorts are getting so short?
Because guys like them that way.
 6. ...of modern American rock? Since I was born in the '80s and never really cared for American rock music, I was just wondering who you would consider a driving force behind rock music in America. I'm thinking Metallica, but I don't really know. Maybe it stems back further than that - but just keep in mind that I said "modern American rock"... I don't think the Beatles ever influenced any thrash metal.
 7.
Originally posted by SSJ Gotenks ok And ofcourse he only thinks of him self why would he care about other people and how his songs make them feel????
It's called being a "decent human being".
 8. A reservation in Heaven seems nice.
 9. Well obviously, if the stuff that is said to happen in the Bible hasn't happened by now, it's NEVER going to happen. It's simple deduction really.
 10.
Originally posted by \¤~NoodleZ~¤/ The reason I am is because if you aren't then you are a loser and you are bullie and picked on etc..
I'm not picked on or a bully. Your wardrobe only defines a limited portion of your personality.
 11. My list of good R&B songs is pretty small - utada HIKARU - Distance utada HIKARU - Can You Keep A Secret? utada HIKARU - traveling kouda kumi - So Into You kouda kumi - Trust Your Love kouda kumi - take back chinen rina - Butterfly chinen rina - taion chinen rina - Love, make together There are a few more but that's about it.
 12. I like commercials, they keep our economy up.
 13.
Originally posted by Transtic Nerve METOLIUS!.. are we gonna rival with laura's band... what was it? "The Stupid F*cks"? I don't remember... lol. Imagine if we make it... naked as well lol. That'll be the day... although with songs like "Sh*t" we are almost undoubtably going to be famous in Japan!... ok I've had too much to drink tonight....
Hey, "Sh*t" would do well. That schmuck Ken Lloyd (vocalist of Oblivion Dust) made it pretty big in Japan by just saying the f word a lot, so surely we can market the same gimmick and be just as successful.
 14.
Originally posted by Squashed Snail all schools in my state have to have uniforms for clothes.... ><
Actually, I kinda wish my school had uniforms, especially like the ones they have in Japan. Girls look so hot in them... I can't imagine a whole school full of girls wearing them. tries real hard anyway
 15.
Originally posted by Transtic Nerve We should plan a trip just to see Laruku play... speaking of which, are they on tour anywhere or on hiatus? (sp?).. We could skip the GLAY concert... but I suppose if I HAD to go, it'd be a small price to pay for Laruku.... or any group other than GLAY for that matter... sigh... we need lots of money..... oh well.... ::watches Laruku concert::
Not a bad idea... but unfortunately Laruku isn't doing any tours now, because of the whole hiatus thing. However, there's this rumor they're releasing a new single soon, like sometime this month... however, I'm doubtful. And yeah, I have some other important things in which to save up for -_-;; Japan will have to wait until METOLIUS is rich, famous, and naked.
 16. Hmmm, I think the hardest thing for me to do is not make an *** of myself to everyone.
 17.
Originally posted by BabyGirl It's actually against the rules of this board.
HAHA, are you serious? There's a rule againt internet lingo? This board is so messed up, hahaha.
 18. I think they suck. They sound like every other rock band in America.
 19. I don't wanna go to Japan until I'm more fluent in the language first. I don't wanna walk around like an *** asking everyone to speak my language because I was too lazy to learn what they speak. And I'm in no hurry. There's nothing there too interesting for me other than used CDs (cheap) and indies performances which would be awesome.
 20.
Originally posted by Amphion I found this quite funny and stupid since it comes from someone calling himself "Wrist-Cutter" which is a subject mentioned several times in eminems lyrics.
My name has nothing to do with Eminem, because I hate that stupid ****. It comes from the name of kagerou's song "RISUTO KATTAA" (say it out loud). Unfortunately I cannot find a site with lyrics for you, but I can assure you it has little to do with drugs, killing, or hoes.
 21.
Originally posted by amiboshi I bought the GTO manga, and I really didn't like it that much...it just wasn't very interesting to me.
You have to be male to really appreciate the show/manga. Oh and I forgot Marmalade Boy! Haven't watched it in forever, but that's the other anime I really like, even though it's just like an anime soap opera.
 22. No, anime is not short for animation. It's a word the Japanese borrowed from the French, and it means "animation", not exactly cartoon. But nowadays it has evolved to meaning the type of anime that you've all listed. Personally, the only anime I like is GTO and NONE of you have listed it! GTO is an acronym for Great Teacher Onizuka, and it's the best manga/anime out there. There's also a drama version that aired in Japan awhile back starring sorimachi takashi (a great actor) and noriko sakai (I think? I forgot the name, I'm probably just making that one up ^_^;). But if you haven't seen it, do so now! Best anime out there.
 23. Well, ok, here's a little lesson. Below are three examples: one of a Japanese phrase, one of the corresponding romaji, and one for the translation. Japanese phrase: ?X?|[?c?·?é???ªo???È?¢B The same thing in romaji: SUPOOTSU suru koto ga dekinai. The translation: I cannot play sports. Now do you see how one cannot speak romaji? Because romaji is just a method of writing Japanese so those unfamiliar with the language can read it.
 24.
Originally posted by DuoGod of Death personally I really like White Reflection with the Romaji Lyrics, not the complete English!
"Romaji" is a form of writing, one cannot speak "romaji" because they'd be speaking Japanese. But to stay on topic, I'd have to say I like Duo Maxwell's song "Good Luck and Good Bye". Then again I really don't like Gundam music, or anime music for that matter, much.
