1.
If there is another thread like this one, I give permission to any mod to lock the thread
YOU give THEM permission? This whole thread reeks of communism.
 2. I was doing some janitorial work at work yesterday, because they stuck me with the ****** morning shift AGAIN. So as part of it I cleaned the bathrooms. The women's bathroom was so much dirtier than the men's. No competition - the women's had trash all over, messy mirrors, overflowing trash can... I barely had to do any work in the men's bathroom, it was pretty much clean from the get go. And women call men pigs.
 3. Remember: everything you read on the internet is true.
 4. Next time I suggest you don't tell anyone at work.
 5. Biggest balls: wrist cutter Actually, this isn't off the wall, because we've done this in the past. Didn't Sara start it?
 6.
I have no idea why guys are so fascinated by boobs.
I have no idea why women keep expecting to find a logical reason for it.
 7.
The reason I say "the girl is narrow minded" is beacuse she still does't understand the position she's into. She still doesn't accept the fact of reality and that's the reason for her narrow-mindedness.
How on earth is she not accepting reality? She's just being pissy and jealous.
The word "insecure" can also be applied to that girl and I agree with you.
Way to go.
For me, narrow-minded persons are persons who really understands reality but still they oppose it and do things that they think can change reality but the truth is they are just making reality more "painful" for them.
Thanks for proving you have no idea what being narrow-minded is. That's called "obstinance", not being narrow-minded.
If you have another description for narrow-mindedness, I don't care.
Yes, the correct one.
I have the freedom of speech so no one can ever tell me what should I say!
Because they DON'T have freedom of speech apparently?
 8.
For a friend that says rude and hurtful things about her friend just because her friend is the gf of her male bestfriend. Man she is such a narrow-minded girl (sorry for the words, I'm just talking myself out).
Wow, and I suppose she's insecure too?? Stop throwing around buzzwords to sound smart. Do you even know what 'narrow-minded' means? Because if you did I can't see how you can apply it to the situation given the information in the first post. How is she refusing to listen to the other side of the debate when THERE'S NO DEBATE?? HMMMM???
 9.
Oh god. How did this melodramatic BS excite people?
Because they thought he could save us from the Russians.
 10. I think it's kind of a national trend now that gas prices are finally going down. Around here, the prices peaked at around $2.25 I think... I can't remember just how high they got. I usually buy gas at Safeway because it's cheap and convenient since I'm there all the time, and the last time I checked it was $1.81. And you get three cents off per gallon if you have the Safeway Club Card, so I'm getting gas for about $1.78. I went to the coast not too long ago and prices were much higher there, hovering around $2.00 still. So I feel kinda fortunate, since I doubt there are many places that are much cheaper than $1.78 in the US right now. So, just say how much you pay per gallon of gas, where you get it from, and perhaps what state you're living in.
 11. Speaking of captains. I'm surprised they haven't come out with a Captain America movie yet. I mean.. come on. Patriotism is at its peak. He could fight Al Qaeda terrorists as well as other suspicious looking middle-eastern men. Once he helps America win the war on terrorism, Dubya could make a cheesy cameo thanking him. If the government really wants to persuade young, rebellious teenagers like myself to rally behind their government, a movie like this would be just the thing.
 12.
when I talked to a Japanese friend of mine in Japanese, he said that I spoke like someone who came from Japan, he even called me "Japanese". Nihongo o narau koto wa yasashii desu. Ore wa Shiro_Ryuu-sama desu. Saigo no samurai da. Nihongo o yoku dekiru ga nihonjin ja nai, amerikajin desu. Ore no nihongo o dou omoimasu ka? (How do you guys think of my Japanese?) I'm watching Japanese news regularly from the International Channel so I'm right now learning how to understand it. I am glad to know that I am now more able to keep up with the language than I was before I was learning but many of them speak fast, I can understand the people that speak slow very well. Looks like I'm on my way to Japan!
As a foreigner who has been to Japan, I can tell you that they'll compliment you for anything even remotely "Japanese" that you can do. My host family was amazed I could use chopsticks at all. And say anything in Japanese (even just "hajimemashite" or something) and they'll give you all sorts of compliments. Don't take your friend's comment too far. I count 4 errors in just 5 sentences there, bud. While I applaud you for knowing more than the typical guy-who-thinks-he-knows-Japanese, let's not go acting like you're on the brink of fluency. On top of that, the language you used is stilted and not natural at all. And given by what you've shown us here I sincerely doubt you can follow along with a news program. And they're not speaking fast - they're news reporters, they're speaking at a normal newscasting rate which is usually slower than normal conversation.
 13.
-Coming back as "Deus_Ex_Machina"
Holy crap. I didn't realize that was you at all.
 14. lava lamp is talking about actually speaking Japanese. Like, with Japanese people. Fluently. And he's right too (as always). You can begin learning the language through books, internet and what-not; but to really be able to speak the language you have to live there.
 15. Don't get me wrong. I'm no great master of Japanese enunciation myself. But "arigato" just isn't correct, whether or not you can say it. As much as I dislike romaji, there is a wrong and a right way for the most part. Vowel length doesn't matter in English, but it does in Japanese. The word is a - ri - ga - to - u... as lava lamp said there's no two ways about it. It's a simple spelling issue. Imagine if a Japanese person asked how to spell the name "Kelly". If one of his fellow comrades said, "Kerry", you'd think he was way off, right? Well since there's no distinction between R and L in their language, it doesn't seem important. But in our language it's entirely different.
 16.
Oh, by the way, you're right Inuyashalvr... it's spelled 'arigato'.
No, it's not. It is spelled "arigatou", or some other way that indicates the long "o" sound at the end of the word. Just because vowel length isn't important in our language doesn't mean it isn't in others. And what's the big deal with swearing in a foreign language? Honestly. Do you think you're being "creative" or "funny" when you say a foreign word in a terrible accent to someone who won't understand it? Do you think it's "insulting" to them? Do you think it makes you sound "smart" or "worldly"? Let me tell you, it has the exact opposite effect. I can't see any purpose for learning foreign swear words; there are far better uses of your time.
 17.
Well....as you've probably noticed most of it are threats to other girls on the walls. it's a type of bullying. Many teenage girls choose verbel abuse than physical abuse, and girls use the bathrooms more than the guys (We use it to talk to are other girlfriends, put on make-up yadda yadda yadda) So when girls write that crap on the walls, the victim will no doubt read whats on the walls and feel low self confidence in herself.
Damn. And you wonder why men were so reluctant to give women rights.
 18. I'd go to see the Fantastic Four if they cast Jessica Alba as the Invisible Girl. Damn. Though personally I'd rather see a Lobo movie.
 19. Enough to know that it's "kirei na ookami".
 20.
You can't change you
Yes you can. I doubt you're the same person you were when you were 6. People change all the time. Hell, I'm much different from when I was just last year.
 21. This site has links to a few good ones: http://www.google.com
 22.
I think this topic goes in hand with men sizes, their penus.
It's spelled "penis", with an I.
 23.
I'm curious though, would any guy date a woman who had fake boobs? You know, the kind that look like someone stuck two basketballs in the woman's bra ala Pam Anderson? Or even moderate ones? I heard that they actually stay cool even when it's hot out. To me that's just freaky. But what about everyone else?
I wouldn't date a woman because of her fake boobs... but otherwise, yeah, sure, I guess. I don't really know how big Pamela Anderson's boobs were at her "peak" (because I think she had them reduced? or something?), but I saw that "Barb Wire" movie. If for some reason she wanted to date me, I wouldn't say "No, your boobs are too big." But on the same hand I wouldn't say, "Yes, because your boobs are big." Basically, I don't take boobs into consideration when thinking about a date.... small or big.
 24. The best thing to ever happen to OtakuBoards was me. Just ask James. I know he'd agree. Actually, Transtic Nerve is the coolest guy here: "I'd rather have love and marriage than genital warts and crabs with 10 kids with different mothers cause i don't use protection..." Things rocked when I was Transtic Nerve's Japanese-only speaking girlfriend. It was so much more fun.
 25. I dunno. The thought of making out with a girl who's totally flat seems a little awkward... One thing girls don't seem to get is that it's not really size so much as shape and I think most guys will agree. Of course, to have nice shape, there has to be size. But either way... breasts are more like dessert than the main course, you know? I've been attracted to girls who are pretty much completely flat because they had a really nice face and hair and such. At the same time I can't imagine being attracted to someone who was really ugly but somehow managed a great rack. So as far as looks go, your chest isn't everything. You have a C cup anyway, nothing to worry about there.
