That's the game. It was a sort of choose your own adventure thing. You played it on the Super Famicom (SNES), but you needed to connect via Satellaview to actually get it. Satellaview didn't take off as well as planned, and wound up ending before it probably should have. It was basically like Sega Channel in the US in it's design (you hooked up to a cable channel or something), except you got entirely new content. The two big games that actually made it were this (Radical Dreamers) and a remake of the first Zelda, which is now knowns as BS Zelda. It wasn't actually finished via Satellaview apparently (it was sent in pieces I guess), but someone managed to get a complete ROM together for it for emulation purposes.

There is another game in the series. It's known as Radical Dreamers. It was a mostly text RPG available only in Japan over the Bandai Sattelite System.

I used to play the alto saxophone in grade school. The teacher moved me to be the only tenor player in the school, for who knows what reason. I must admit, I like it far better than alto heh. I wound up playing it til senior year in highschool... I quit because I didn't think band was worth getting up at 5AM every morning for. The school still uses my saxophone, I have to go pick it up... but the place is so out of my way. I also play electric guitar. I just have a crappy Epiphone. I wanted a neon pink guitar, but I just couldn't find one... Someone wound up buying me one that looks like burnt wood. I suppose it's a nice style heh. Otherwise, I play keyboard. I lent it to a friend, so I don't remember the exact model number... But it was a Yamaha, I think PC305 or something simliar to that. I honestly never played it a lot, but I can read music to it. I mostly used it for its midi in capabilities so I could mess with stuff on my PC.

From what I read after a lot of that died down, they didn't like Manson. I've seen their site, where they also make fun of him anytime they even mention him. There were a few news outlets that started focusing more heavily on Rammstein after it was learned that they didn't listen to Manson... I remember all these shows referring to them as "German hate music," I assume simply because of their only truly popular song here which was Du Hast (which has very little with actual hate if you know what they're singing about lol). Oh well, things get confused I guess.
-
No, but it does start with a C. It's from a rathe recent episode, and is not really a city that's exclusive to the show... Basically it's a real actual city hah.
-
That's not true either. They were not fans of Manson whatsoever. In fact, they said many times that they outright hated his music. They were more into stuff like KMFDM and Rammstein honestly. That all stemmed from some girl's comment about what she thought they were like. She didn't even know the two and better than you or I would have at that point. Still, it didn't stop the media from targetting Manson (I cannot tell you how many magazines put pictures of his albums in Columbine articles), even after it was revealed that they weren't fans.
-
I'm pretty sure it's already out on DVD. The Manson comments were nothing special to me... but I keep up on things he does, so it's stuff I've been hearing from him since the start. I guess other people wouldn't have that option really. He is far more intelligent than many people ever realize. It's a decent movie, although it obviously has its own agenda and goes about things so it will get certain answers... At least in my opinion. It's flawed in that sense, but it's still worth seeing.

I've not gotten that far personally... The DC version honestly just pissed me off heh. I'm in the process of getting the Yellow Moon Crystal on the GC version. Anyway... I am replying to this thread for one reason only: to tell all of you to buy this damn game. The DC version more or less bombed for reasons beyond my comprehension. The GC version didn't even make a Top 10 daily charts in sales at all. This is possibly one of the best RPGs ever created and people just aren't paying attention. Buy this game! I want a sequel! :flaming: If people gave it a chance (the main problem is getting past the DC-ish graphics, but the game is still beautiful in it's design) they'd see how great this game is. No stupid angsty lead characters that want to kill themselves... no sappy melodrama that never seems to end... It's such a fresh direction compared to what's popular now. I really think everyone here would really enjoy it. I've been playing 20 hours almost, and it's as if I've barely scratched the surface... and the entire time I've been totally enjoying it (sure there are some parts I wasn't big on, but they weren't bad). It really is this good.... And while I know that many people here think my RPG taste is bizarre, if you never going to pay attention to what I say... please pay attention to this.

I of course went to classes today... Me and my friend headed down to Walgreens during the class break (my classes are each 4 hours long, we usually get a 15 to 20 minute break during them). There were about 20 girls wearing cupid costumes and passing out candy hearts (disgusting). They were made with some sugar substitute called Splenda. I felt like crap after eating one of the tiny bags lol. So that was my Valentine's day. Kick ***! Oh, and I drew a picture for a friend of mine...

Ooey-ooey-luki-taki-talla-unjay. That's how it sounds anyway... or something like that hehe. What city is Lenny from? (It's NOT Springfield).
-
The second one is supposed to have breasts, seeing as though SPX referred to the character as a her lol. That picture isn't bad, other than the face... It kind of looks somewhat rushed and too much like a guy. The android is pretty good.

The owner of the zoo is Larry Kidkill. It's the episode where Apu and Manjula let him put their 8 kids into a zoo show. In the Cape Fear episode (the one where the Simpsons are put in a witness relocation program to avoid Sideshow Bob and are renamed The Thompsons), what was Homer's first choice for his new name?
-
I don't think they're anything special... but here's the only mp3 they have on their site if you've never heard them - http://www.trustkill.com/multimedia/mp3/PoisonTheWell_Paper.mp3 Their best CD I've been told is Opposite of Decemeber, which is apparently not easy to find, but shouldn't be too hard to get (used anyway). People tell me there is some great melodies and lyrics hidden in it somewhere, but eh... Doesn't grab me lol. The other two CDs of theirs are rather easy to find. I've even seen them at Best Buy.

There is something like 13 colors, if you include the lock spheres as their own. Str, Agi, HP, MP, Eva, Def, Spell spheres, Acc, Ability spheres, Mag, lock spheres, Luk and Spr. I believe each is it's own color, but I'm not positive. So hmm.

There was so much controversy around this movie a few months ago. Apparently it's all been fixed, and they won't be ****ing up the movie... Originally it was like this: Lex Luther was an alien, Superman fights his cousin and so many other things that were totally different from the comic. The reason? According to people involved (the director I believe), no one even knows much about Superman anymore so they could do whatever the hell they wanted with it. That's obviously total crap. I think nearly everyone knows the basics of Superman as he is practically a part of American culture. Luckily they got someone to rewrite the script. Cage would be an awful Superman I think, but he was one of the names along with Travolta and others. Now the rumors are focusing on some ex-Playgirl model to be Superman I guess. Lara Flynn Boyle is supposedly desperate to play Lois Lane, but who knows yet.
-
This one took me a few because I remember so many things that freak him out lol... But I specificly remember him saying sock puppets. What movie did Homer stop to watch at the Drive In while he was on his way to destroy Moe's car in an insurance scam?
-
I find that if I zone out, I'm generally not thinking of anything. Nothingness is my "happy place." I don't get to go there as often as I'd like.
-
Kenneth/Kenny Brocklestein is his real name. Hmm... What is Patti and Selma's apartment number? I'm glad to see this thread picking up... Even if it's mostly NeoCactuar and myself tonight heh :).
-
I guess Aonuma saying that didn't screw up Desbreko's theories too badly heh.
-
Oh, there must be two autobiographies then heh (I think that's from a Treehouse of Terror episode). I was thinking of "Will There Ever Be Another Rainbow?" I'll accept yours anyway lol. Bart says his two mortal enemies are Sideshow Bob and Dr. Demento. Question... Who is Krusty's half brother?
-
Larry was selling googly-eyed walnuts, googly-eyed rocks and irregular soda pop bottles... So that's three. I can't think of any others heh. Hmm. My question, kind of like my first heh: What's the name of Mr. Burns' autobiography?
-
Yep, that's right. Ask a question.
-
Come on guys, don't you know how the other quiz threads work? You have to answer the previous question, you can't just skip it at will and post whatever the hell you want. No one has even attempted to answer mine yet, and we've had two questions since then... Mine wasn't even up half a day, at least give it some time for people to figure out they can't do it (and then at least don't post a question everyone who watches The Simpsons would know...). The song is Maybe I'm Amazed, which when played backwards will give a recipe for Lentil soup. Anyway, either answer my previous question or this one: What is Sideshow Bob's FULL name (including middle)?
-
Bleeding Gums Murphy... who sings it for like 20 minutes heh. What is the name of Comic Book Guy's store... and what is the name of its counterpart in Shelbyville?
-
Hmm... Well I guess you are referring to an amusement park being in the game? That was part of her dream apparently, and didn't actually happen... I have no idea if it appears later in the game though. Hmm, a question... I'll ask my earlier one. What's the name of the shark boss in Gitaroo Man?
