Writing Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix
Juu replied to Queen Asuka's topic in Creative Works
Originally posted by Syk3 Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix will be 1/3 longer than the previous book.
...1/3!? oo;;; Wow. That's going to take me forever to read. The fourth book took me a whole month to finish, suu... >>; And I'd have to agree. I think
Dumbledore
will die, because I don't think they'll be getting rid of
Hermionie or Ron
anytime soon. -
Hmm... that's strange, it didn't work earlier when I tried copy/pasting... x .x; They're really cute! My favorite would have to be the fourth one, though the one with Gohan looks really hard to draw. o.o 1) 8.7/10. 2) 9/10. 3) 8.9/10. 4) 10/10. 5) 10/10.

Hmm... I had no idea you could find a missingno in Gold/Silver/Crystal. o.o I just thought it was in Red/Blue/Yellow... Anyway, I caught it thousands of times in Blue Version. When I finally saw the movie with Lugia in it, I used to think Missingno was Lugia, since it's water/flying. xx;

None of those pictures are working for me... = / I don't think Geocities allows direct linking to pictures.

Art Nene Romanova drawing from Bubblegum Crisis Tokyo 2040
Juu replied to Kaola Su's topic in Creative Works
Wow! Those hands are really good! OO I could never get anything close to that. The picture its self is adorable, too. ^_^ *huggles it* Though, I actually like it better in black and white. The coloring is still very good, though. ^^ -
Originally posted by maladjusted I just feel that if you learn how to do it on your own, it's more effective.
*nods* I agree. I remember when I used to try drawing from instructions from books and websites. >>;;; You should try to draw with your own style, freehand. Besides, that way it's more unique. ^_^ The drawing is a little along the line of average. It doesn't seem like you spend too much time on the coloring.
Originally posted by Semjaza Azazel It makes me think of SOAP every time I see it.
Lol, same here. At first, I thought the topic said, 'System of a down aka SOAP'. >>;;; I've only heard four of their songs, but I love them. 'Tosicity' and 'Chop Suey' are my favorites, though I really like the music video for 'Boom!'. :bluesweat Though I've been having a really hard time downloading 'Toxicity'. It just won't download for me. - .-; Edit: Toxicity. I knew it didn't sound right...

I have a pretty wide taste, buuut...

He has to have a pretty good sense of humor.
Spontaneous, loves to have fun.
A GPA of at least 2.5, lol.
Preferably taller or same height as me.
Gelled hair.
Decent taste of music.
Isn't overconfident.
No nicknames like 'sweetie', 'honey'... or anything like that. >>;;;
There you go. ^_^ Though, this would just be a perfect date. A guy doesn't have to have all these things, or anything. >>;

*nods* I agree. A single thread would be better. There's already like, five or six threads on crushes and guy/girl problems. x.x; Yeah, I don't think it deserves its own forum. Especially since so many people seem bothered just by seeing five or six threads in the Otaku Lounge.

I've only sampled about two of their songs, but they've been pretty good so far. ^_^ I've actually been trying to download a few of their songs, but Kazaa hasn't really been working for me. - .-;

I get scared over all sorts of things. It doesn't take much to scare me. >>; First of all, spiders. I'm terrified of spiders. If I see a spider in a room, I won't go in until my dad kills it. The reason I'm afraid of them, is because when I was six, I threw my shoe at this really, really fat spider, and all these baby spiders just started crawing out of the big one. Then they began swarming over the big one and tearing it up. ..Ew. I also get really scared when I hear something behind me. Whether it's a little creak in the floor, or something swaying (like... hair), I get really scared. I actually threw this paper behind me when I heard something move, and it gave my dad a papercut. x.x; Lastly, needles. I get nervous around needles. Since my internet at home hasn't been working, I've been coming to my dad's office. And he has needles everywhere. He's a neurobiologist, so he does alot of injecting, and he usually saves it until I come to his office, just so he can freak me out. -------- Edit: I forgot the first thing that creeps me out. Children giggling, then vanishing in movies. Once you get of the theater, you also start hearing children giggling all around you. oo; ...Or maybe it's just me. xx;

I'd have to say my favorite death scene would be when Julia died in Cowboy Bebop.
Probably because I haven't seen lots of other anime...
. But it was emotional, sudden, and the whole setting was perfect. The sessions with Julia are probably some of my favorites. ^_^

*thinks* That's a really hard question. o.o; Well, I can sorta relate to two characters. Launch from DragonBall, because I have two completely different minds battling over my brain all the time. xx; ( Only, I don't have to sneeze to switch back and forth :bluesweat ) And probably Athena Asamiya. We can both be naive at times, while still having a tough side we prefer to hide. Also, people say we look alike. I really don't think so, buuuut...

Well, I've been in two, and both were when my mom was driving. x.x;; During the first one, I was six at the time, and we were crossing an intersection, while it had just turned green light for us. Then, this car just suddenly starts moving across, and rams into the side I was sitting in. After that, the back of the other car slams into the front of our car. It turns around and hits us one more time. Then, it drove off. My mom was sobbing, because it wasn't even our car. We were actually just borrowing her friend's car, so we could go to this meeting at chruch. I kept blinking my eyes and wondering whether or not I was dead, because the air bags had exploded. My mom got her back injured, and I came out without a scratch, because I just did what we were told to do during a tornado earlier that day at school. xx; (Duck your head to your knees). The second time... we just got hit by a car in a small street. (On my side again. - .-). But there were huge palm trees right smack around the curb, so he couldn't see us while he was crossing.
-
I definately pick the second one. Mainly because it actually feels like the street is in front of you. Kinda... 3D-ish. x.x' All the piccies I've seen you use are great quality, too. >>;

eeee! ^ .^~! It's soooo cute! I LOVE its expression. It looks so pouty and... cute! And I like that name. Now we have a Digimon name for Ger. oO; ...*runs* 9.5/10.

Earlier Four minutes left. Demi bit her lip in frustration as she continued rummaging through the top drawer in the teacher's desk. It wasn't there. The lesson plans weren't there. The the thought struck her. Perhaps he had taken it to lunch. Grunting, she kicked the bottom drawer in dismay. With a sudden 'thump' hidden drawer popped open behind her. Bingo. There, she found the teachers' book, neatly organized according to date. Demi scanned through it, flipping through pages in reverse. When she finally got to the front, the first page was gone. Someone else had found it first. At that moment, the shadow of a man approached the door, inserting the key as he spoke to another instructor. Quickly, she tossed the book in the drawer, and shut her eyes. The teacher entered the room, just as the bell rang behind him. Switching on the lights, he examined his classroom, before making his way to his desk. Then, Demi etched her way to the door, invisible. As soon as she crawled through the door, she walked back in, and took her seat in the back. A few other students followed, taking the front row. A familiar face took his seat next to her, not in the least bit out of breath, unlike the other students. Kaz: So, did you get them? Demi: No. Kaz: No? Demi: Someone else got them first. Kaz cocked an eyebrow and sat back in his chair. Demi eyed the teacher in amusement, waiting for a reaction. ------ Edit: Stupid keyboard. - .-;

Well, at the beginning of the trailer, I wasn't really interested, but those zombies popping out at the end freaked me out. xx; The poster gives me nightmares. Half of me is really anxious to see what happens, but the other half is terrified. o-o'

I'd actually like a rose with a short note/poem attatched to it. Probably because I love flowers. Flowers just seem to light up the whole room. But a poem would show that they actually put fourth a little more effort and thought. But either would work for me. ^^'

Ack. Sorry this is terrible. >>; Kaola: Juu:

Wow. It almost looks as if it's the text that's bleeding in the water. o.o; I love the whole blood-effect. It looks so kewl how there's alot on one side, and it kinda trails off, like it's moving. 9/10.

Hmm... I'd probably donate my love for pink. ^^' At least there would be one more person who loves pink. >>;
-
...Whoa. o.o; Those are amazing. I love all of them, but my favorites would have to be 1 & 2. That last one you posted would make a pretty neat wallpaper, though the colors are kinda blinding. >

I actually fell asleep for like, two minutes during computer class early this year. The computer teacher is so boring. He talkes really slow, and you can't really help zoning out. ------- Mr. Segale: First...you...click...the...start...men...u... ... ...then...you...go...to...Microsoft... ...word ...open...the...pro..gram... ------- Luckily, my computer faced the wall across from him, so he throught I was staring at my computer. xx;; Though, I usually don't fall asleep much in classes. I fall asleep more when my dad's watching his Golf.

Wow. ^_^ Those are all great, and they look really professional. My favorite one just jumped out at me. Though, I wouldn't have the fishy one pit on me, either. ^^;;; 10/10.
