This... might take a while. o_o; *thinks for a minute* ---- 1)
Running into the boys' bathroom. Celia and I had to get paper towels, and the bell rang. So, I thought the girls' bathroom was on the second floor, soo, we ran into the bathroom on the second floor, screaming, 'Paper towels! >>;; 4) During the school play, the Mayflower, where I knocked over one of the 'Cornstalks'. 5) When I was driving the Caddy-Car up a hill, and when we got to the top of the hill, it slid backwards, and the car hit my dad's friend's leg, who I told I could drive without hitting people. @.@; 6) Tripping down the stairs in a play where I had to play the princess... - .-; (Kodak moment). 7) When I got my first kiss on the cheek. I didn't know he was there, so I just whirred around, and it almost ended up as my first kiss on the lips. >>;;; 8) A while ago, when I was around five, we were singing in the choir, and there were two rounds of just music before we actually started singing. The teacher told us to sing really loud after the second round. Right after the first round, I began singing, like, 'WE'VE GOT To-...'. I felt sooo stupid after that. @.@; But I'd have to say, the most embarrising moment was the first one. ^_^;
Originally posted by Mnemolth Well I tried demmit!! I built a whole freaking website and everything....not my fault people on this Board don't seem to be appreciative. :p I swear that really bugs me no end. Why is it that 'kids', and by that I mean mid-teenagers or thereabouts, on anime Boards, have such a low tolerance level for effort? I mean come on. If you ever want to do something you gotta put some backbone into it. And if you want to build a community, you need to lead an example. *sighs* I hope that doesn't come across as agism. I guess I'm just pissed that this thing is dying (or dead), that's all.
*curls up in corner* My vote goes to Harlequin. I also liked the mood-setting in his post. ^_^' Smitchy's was really good too. I enjoyed reading both of them. ^_^

Hmm... everytime I mention wanting to become an actress or a movie director to daddy, he starts lecturing me about this movie. @.@;;; He begins telling me how the guy who played Rocky brought the script to this director, telling him he would let him use that script if he let him play in it...etc. I think I remember seeing one movie a while ago. ^_^;

I haven't seen the movie yet, but I've heard the song, "All That Jazz" on VH1 lots. ^_^; I was actually really surprised about Katherine Zeta-Jones's singing ability... I never really liked Reneè Zellweger very much. Alot of the characters I've seen her play got on my nerves... :twitch: I was looking forward to seeing this movie, but my dad decided we wouldn't since his friend told him he didn't like it. *sighs*

Wow... I can't believe no one started a thread about this yet! o.o omg, I loved this movie! it was absolutely hilarious! I didn't stop laughing the whole movie. I especially like that part when
the guy, (I forgot his name...- .-), was about to call the police, but he began yelling at the phone in Chinese. Also, I loved when the two girls were fighting in the bathroom, and one of the girls began doing tae bo. Annnd, that part when the boy was reading the magazine. Annd the whole dinner scene. I couldn't stop laughing!
That was hilarious! ^-^; Anywho, what are your thoughts on the movie? ^_^

Lithil's grip tightened as the vehicle slowed to a halt. Her stomach turned, and her head ached. It was the first time she had ever rode, or seen anything like it. The clothes other people were wearing seemed rather strange, and awkward. She watched in bewilderment as they passed through towering buildings, and sidewalks. The buildings seemed to actually touch the sky. "Where are we going again?" Lithil asked. "The Hotel. It's only a few more miles." Jaron reminded, a sense of relief in his voice. Lithil nodded, and sat back in her seat. She wasn't very used to sitting down while something was moving. Her tribe didn't use any horses back in Egypt. Though, that was about 3000 miles from where they were now. "Wait, what's that?" Lithil asked, leaning over next to Jaron. "What's what?" Lithil peered out the window, as a dark, winged figure approached from the sky. The figure seemed to be flying closer. "That. Up in the sky." Lithil pointed out. "Just a bird. Or a plane." Lithil's eyes narrowed. "It can't be... It's flying towards us." Just then, the figure swooped down from above, shattering the windows with great impact. Lithil screamed, and quickly moved back in her seat. A tatoo was visible on his forehead, as it slammed its head through the window. "Ikrantu..." Lithil whispered, her eyes widening with fear. The Ikrantu's eyes quickly fixed on her, as the words left her lips. Lithil gasped, and opened the door in a panic. The demon snarled, and swept after her as she left the vehicle. Lithil began running, heading for the closest building as the creature swiftly followed behind. A crowd had now gathered around the broken vehicle, standing in a circle, half anxious, half terrified. Lithil turned around, only to see the creature gaining on her at each step. It was less than a few feet behind her, its claws extended. -------- I hate Writer's Block. --;

All of my irl guyfriends can. ^_^; One of them is actually really, really good. He says he's been skateboarding since he was seven. I guess that's why. ^^ I tried skateboarding before. Jaron told me skateboarding wasn't very different from snowboarding, so I tried it. Oooh boy... >>;;;

Hmm... I kinda got moreova gothly mood from them. The lyrics seem to be a little more gothly too... but that could just be me... I loved 'Bring Me to Life'. I keep listening to it over and over. ^_^ That's pretty much my favorite type of music. I sampled a few of their other songs, and they're really great too. Also, I think that song was perfect for setting the mood for Elektra. I absolutely loved it. ^^ It does remind me of Hoobastank a little, though.
Originally posted by gokents That stat... 70%+ of black fourth graders in America can not read.
That's odd... I've been in the reading buddies program since the fourth grade, and out of all the kids I've helped read were very good. Alot of the black kindergarden-fifth graders were actually some of the most enthusiastic. I don't think that's very current... :therock:

What would you do with a Trillion dollars?
Juu replied to Senor Ding Dong's topic in General Discussion
If I had a trillion dollars, I would... 1) Get more posters for my Leggy shrine! ^ .^ 2) Reach my goal to see TT four more times. (Which would make ten.) 3) Meet all my the people on my buddy list. 4) Knock Bill Gates out of his house. 5) Buy lots and lots of cookies! ^^ 6) Move into a bigger house. ¬¬; 7) Meet Charles. *snickers evily* -
I'm sooo looking forward to X-2. I'm a huge fan of Kelly Hu, so it'll be interesting seeing her playing someone evil. ^_^ Ian McKellen's in it too. ^^ Wow, I can't believe he's going to be in LoTR: RoTK, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, and X-2! The graphics for X-2 seem really, really neat as well. I... don't really want to see T-3 at all. Arnold just gets super annoying. I mean, he plays the same type of character in about 2/3 of his movies. @.@;;;;;

Name: Lithil Race: Human Age: 118, Died at 24. Weapon: None. Supernatural Power: Healing Magic. (Can't heal self.) Sarana: Sacrifices own life to restore another's. Bio: Lithil is now 118. She was born to a small tribe, who lived near an oasis in Egypt. They practaced spiritual spells, and rituals where they could resurrect one who was dead, by sacrificing the life of another's. The night of her birthday, Lithil had a dream of a strange group of creatures who would slaughter and destroy men in the future. This dream temped her to write, and the same night, she began to write about what she had seen in her dream. The hour she finished the book, her throat was slit. Her sister found her body, with a book in Lithil's arms. Çariatha began reading the book. A week later, her family went out to find the creatures she had spoken of the night she died. They were successful, yet only Çariatha returned. Blood trickled down her wrists, as she wrote the spell of resurrection on a large scroll. After wrapping the text in a wooden case, she went into her sister's tomb, where she left the case. 96 years later, an archaeologist found Lithil's tomb, and began reading the heiroglyphics printed on the scroll out loud. Suddenly, a chilling breeze swept towards him from her tomb. The archaeologist fell to his knees, his flesh torn. Only his skeleton remained, as the breeze lifted higher up towards the sky. The tomb opened, and Lithil stepped out, looking the same as she did 96 years ago. A mark remained where she had been slit, and she could feel the presence of the Ikrantu. Personality: Lithil is rather quiet, and is unsure of the present world. Her tribe wasn't at all associated with the outer world, and stuck to their tribal ways, far from civilization. She is gentle, although she tends to snap at things often. Description: Lithil has onyx-black hair, and gentle sepia eyes. Her skin is a smooth, milky coffee color, to match her Egyptian heritage. Her outer layer of clothing is a beige leather, and the inside is a dark brown. Her boots and gloves are also beige, except for her palms, which are still tainted with her blood. [Meh... bad pic. - .-;]

Hmm... I'm not really sure what to believe. I mean, we've had this huge lesson on Evolution in Social Studies during the first semester. I actually started believing that, but then we began learning about Babylonia... My SS teacher is absolutely amazing. She decided to teach us both sides, so we would be able to choose which we believe in, so we have proof on both. There has been biblical evidence, yet there's also very much scientific evidence. I think some biblical events might've occured in real life, but some things might have...'stretched' a little, like how humans were created, and how God created all those things in seven days. ...I haven't been to church for a while, so I forgot alot. ^_^;;;

Freedom Fries? :rotflmao: That's absolutely the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Even if they do change it, I'm not going to McDonald's and ask for 'a medium-sized Freedom Fries'. That's really, really stupid.

I absolutely love history!! ^______^ My favorites are, Medival, Early Humans, and World War II. Fantasy relates to Medival, and Medival relates to Middle-Earth, and Middle Earth relates to LoTR, and LoTR relates to Legolas! ^ .^-... Anyway... Medival times have appealed to me ever since I got stuck with the topic in my Gifted&Talented class, since I was absent. Later on, our whole class got to go to the Renesannce (sp?) Festival, and it was absolutely beautiful. It's really interesting learning about how humans evolved. ^^ I know this relates to Science, but we studied Early Humans early this semester in Social Studies. ^_^; It's also exciting seeing how our inventions seemed to advance.

I remember having 'Smooth Criminal' stuck in my head for a loooong time last year. @.@; I personally love that song. I never really liked the video, though. I imagined the video to be a little darker, and somewhat more choreographed...
