Why do you spell it with a k?

:p I still sometimes picture him as that pic he posted of Gackt by a railroad track, or something... And I always saw Justin as his Shinji avatar.
Originally posted by Ryan I always imagined Sara in a strange way. The right half of her body was the right half of Calvin's body and the left side being Hobbes's left side. Maybe just because she loves Calvin and Hobbes! (As you can see I just made that up right at the moment because I am a major dork and don't know what to say. Thank you.)
--' Right. I...always pictured Ginny exactly the way she looks. Heh. And I see Piro as that awesome picture he posted that was taken in a parkinglot or something. [I love that picture.] I see Vudu as Cloud--when he first posted his pic, he looked just like his avatar, it was great.

Mm. It's hard to say...I've seen so many pictures of people. I always thought of Raiha as having long blonde hair. And I remember picturing Jenna as her first avatar, ages and ages ago. Heh.

1. Where are you from? I'm from Minnesota, born in Michigan, and raised in Wisconsin. 2. Tell us something we should know about it. My city [Racine] is home to the InSinkErator [first in-sink garbage disposal], Johnson Wax [big supplies company. OFF!, Windex, etc.] We are the 'Kringle Capital of the World' despite the fact that we're in America, not Scandanvia. Racine is known as the Belle City on the Lake, and was 'founded' by explorer Jean Racine. We're on Lake Michigan, the second-largest freshwater lake in the world, and we are home to one of the eleven best free Zoological Gardens in the country. We are home to Fourth Fest, Festival of Trees, and the Salmon-a-Rama. These all take place at the Festival Grounds, conveniently located downtown on the shore, just a few short blocks from the Chancery and the Docks, two popular restaurants. The festival grounds are also located just across from the Racine Public Library. Which isn't anything special, really, but being who I am, I thought I'd mention it. We are the birthplace of the malted milk [or so I've been told] and the current residence of the Golden Rondelle Theater [designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, who was, incidently, a native of Wisconsin. ] Other noteworthy people from Wisconsin include Laura Ingalls Wilder [of Little House on the Prairie fame. She lived in the Big Woods of Wisconsin] and Harry Houdini. And, yes. I am a wealth of worthless information regarding my city.

.....Sixteen people? Are you quite sure? That's an awful lot for a Digimon RPG.
Originally posted by Shinobi MOD sign is:
It's...um...a patriotic department store....? Mods are poeple who listen to bands such as Oasis, The Charltons, The Datsuns, Supergrass, The Shining, The Vines, The Music and The Cooper Temple Cause. The MOD's wear clothes such as woren out jeans and demin jackets, duffel coats, Parka jackets (ones with big furry hoods), stupid, pointless T-Shirts I'm sorry, the whole concept sort of bewilders me. Do you listen to these groups and dress this way because you wish to be a 'MOD', or are you a 'MOD' because you listen to these groups and dress this way? If you do wear the clothing but don't listen to the music, are you still considered part of this? And is it something that lots of people are actively a part of...or just a stereotypical grouping....? I suppose these questions apply to a lot of different things, don't they? Mmm. And in answer to your question, I would have to say, "No."

The people I respect respect me. I don't know about the masses. People seem to appreciate my sense of humor; that pleases me.

What OtakuBoards member are you? Take the test and find out!
Originally posted by Acid Yes and it's quite funny! Remember when she put the last edited by James thing in her sig. Bah that was hilarious!
I certainly thought so. Till someone made a big deal about telling everyone how I did it....which wasn't that hard to figure out, really, but I was rather put out that he announced it. No, she was just joking. Cera likes to parody things with her sig, never trust it. You know me too well. And, finally, no. I am not thimoc. Heh. -
Aye, that's it. I know some phones do have Q and Z now, but several still do not, and I thought I'd shoot it out at you guys. If they did, you should know there's a period after "done" and "they took six hours each" is a totally new sentence, which should be capitalized and punctuated appropriately Or you could use a semi-colon....
Originally posted by Shyguy PS: Thank you Cera/Sara/Cynic/girl I know...
You're welcome, Shy/Josh/guy I know. And I still like the article. And yes, the last line is still the best. ^^
Originally posted by Mnemolth Actually, nobody needs to kill anybody to stop world hunger. The problem is not the lack of food but the lack of political will to produce food and/or distribute it. People don't die from hunger, they die from politics...
Oh, stop being practical. It's a hypothetical moral question.
Originally posted by Shyguy You took that from me! :p I can't say that I could kill someone else, maybe I could yell at them for a few hours.. but that is the extent of my wrath. But I do believe that one person's sacrifice is worth it, if it contributes to the good of all humanity. -Shy
Yesh, I did. And I must say that it's been bugging me for weeks now, because you never expalined yourself at all. And most of you seem to be of the opinion that you'd rather see everyone on earth die, just so long as the planet itself came out okay. Am I right? And Gokents, don't you think it would be easier to let yourself be killed than to decide that an innocent person has to die?

Would you kill the person you loved the most, if it would save the world?

A couple of my friends and I took my little brother out trick or treating on Sunday. Then we crashed at my place and made fun of a movie. [Which wasn't bad, just easy to make fun of.] I carried a Trick or Treat bag around school all week. And today I wore all black, with a weird black cap and a blacl-and-colorful kimono-type-deal to school. I was the only one there to dress up. Because I'm a dork, and I like dressing up for Halloween.
Originally posted by SunRiZe Censorship is really stupid, this is because like James said, you should just give it a rating so that kids, or your average easily influenced gun wielding psycho cannot see it, simple as that.
Uh huh. And a rating is going to stop them from watching? If someone really wants to do something, a rating ent going to stop them. While I agree that a rating system can be a good means by which to judge whether something is appropriate for a certain group, it wouldn't keep that group from getting to it if they tried.

That would confuse the heck outta me. 'Specially after so long this way. I'd be trying to quote what I thought was a recent post and bring back something from the first page, or something bothersome like that.
Originally posted by James I recently removed most of our inactive members (if I hadn't, we'd have about 4,000 members by now). A friend [who admittedly never posted] recently tried to access his account and couldn't .

I've said it before, and I suppose I'll be saying it again in the future. You like someone despite their faults. You love someone because of them.
I def agree with James. Censorship is appropriate at some times.

Originally posted by James I don't agree with censorship of any kind.
Come again? Censorship automatically has a negative connotation. It would be interesting for you to do a completely-pro position. And if you can pull it off without sounding like some extremist idiot, I would be very impressed. [tagline]The worst thing about censorship is **** *** ************* *** *.[/tagline]
Originally posted by Mitch That is so true. I love books, and I couldn't live without them. *hugs his book collection* ahh...books.
^^ I can only think of one book I've got on my wishlist right now, and that's the sequel/companion to Speak. [The author's name escapes me. I must be losing my touch...]

Well, I've gone a month without the internet, voluntarily. [Some of you mighta missed me last February.] I just really missed a few of my friends, but I didn't go into withdrawal or anything. I'd be lost without my friends. And I'd really be upset if I couldn't sing or read or write. And I really like Altoids. [They have a new flavor! Ginger!]
