Some of my best friends are the most annoying people I know. :p And then there are people I can't stand...But, hey! The world's full of em. Get used to it.
5. Well, I sure don't know about the rest of you, but the most violent game I've ever played had to be Spoons. You get people diving into the middle of the circle, wrestling with eachother, throwing things, fighting, hitting, yelling.... Random History Trivia: The game used to be played with forks, but there were too many deaths, so they changed it...
6.
Originally posted by Transtic Nerve But who knows... I still like that "if you're religious I guess so..."... I'm using that excuse from now on.... "So do you think so and so will win the world series"... "well if you're religious I suppose".... BWAHAHA it's amazing!
Hehe...Funny you should go off on that, one of my friends says something very similar... Anyway. Today is the last day of your life so far. Live every moment, guys. Live every moment.
7. Meh, my crew of outcasts wears whatever the heck it wants... But seriously--I never wear the 'popular' clothes. I've just always tended to avoid...I dunno...trends or whatnot. I wore an aberwhatchamathingy shirt one day--it was actually a spoof, heh...Abreadcrumb and Fish--and a couple kids nearly had a heart attack. During lunch, in the halls--"Did you see? Sara's wearing an Abercrombie shirt!" Oh my gosh, I nearly died laughing....
8.
Originally posted by Char-Char,Mander-Char! That's it exactly. We get a British version of Antique Roadshow on a station where I'm from, and wow, I can bearly understand what they're saying! Apart from the obvious pounds/dollars difference, there's all these sayings and words that they might consider slang but us Americans might consider a bunch of gobbledegook. It's amazing how different one language can become after only about 200 years...
Hehe...I used to watch that. It was on right after Zoom, or something... And, well....Most difficult language, I would have to agree, would be English. I know people who've been speaking it for forty years and still manage to sound like complete morons... The really fun thing with English is all the etymology you can play with. You've got words from so many different languages, meaning so many different things. And English vs. American? Eh, I don't know. On a large scale, it's just regional stuff. I mean, Char--who else in the country uses "Bubbler"? I remember going on vacation a few years ago and asking where the bubbler was--the looks I got! Crazy Milwaukee.

The ability to recall my favorite dreams whenever I wanted. ;)
10. Clever. I didn't think anyone would catch that. People as a collective. Not as individuals [though there are no end of those, either...]
11.
Originally posted by Transtic Nerve k*** *r* *t***i*
::cough:: PEOPLE are stupid. No age restrictions, there.
12. Shy--We still have a Performa. It's maybe eight years old... o_O But I love my iMac. There is considerably less software available for it, but things are getting better. If you're looking for a lot of games or whatnot, a Mac isn't for you, though. In my experience--having only had contact with other computers through school, isn't that ironic--Macs are more reliable. It may just be that I now what I'm doing with them.
13. We get a special homeroom with snacks and very few rules. Also, we have an 'NHS Lounge' where we can go for Study hall...couches and comfy chairs, and no teacher supervising. Me, I love being in NHS. ^_^

Ben? My Ben?!?! ::cough:: Another history thread!? You would think we would get tired of talking about the past so much... I found the boards after visiting theotaku.com's digimon section (this was a year ago, when the otaku didn't have any content) Something compelled me to join the message boards, and four version numbers later I am still here. Ditto. hehe, I actually did a search on Digimon Fanart...and I found Ginny!!! ^_^ Loved her artwork, emailed her back and forth a few times, joined OB, and, as they say....the rest is history.
15. Well, my kid sister was recently assigned 100 trivia questions about WWII. She has many of them done already, but she's really quite stuck on a few of the more obscure ones. Some of these are insanely easy. Others are not. In any case, I know there are some history buffs here, and I told her I'd send the questions your way. If anyone's interested in answering them, I know she'd appreciate it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1. 17. Heh. NHS is pretty fun. We get all sorts of special little priviliges.
18. Meh.... I hate all my neighbors, but it's a safe place where we live. If not, we'd've moved long ago. I've got a kid brother, just turned five. No way my parents would let him grow up anywhere they didn't think he was as safe as possible.
19. ::giggles:: ::uncontrollably:: Oh, Ginny! Meh, well...I guess you know what I would tell you....seeing as I have before...so... Love and luck and stuff. ;) [And give your brother a kick for me, mmkay?]
20. Never been grounded, coz I'm a perfect little angel! ::cough:: Erhm, well...when I'm not on the computer... I draw, or read, or write. Or sleep. Or...well...I guess that's about it.
21. Aroud the time v2 got shut down, I had a very strange dream indeed... The boards were a building, like a museum or something. Each section [Anime, gaming, series, general, etc] was a floor. Each forum [G/S, Testing, Digimon, etc.] was a hallway. The threads were rooms comning off the hallways...that's where people interacted. There was a regular war going on--all the spammers and flamers of v2 come out from Ban Land or something to take over the boards...straight through EOST. Weird dream...very weird dream...
22. Trying to deal with someone who likes me...

Digimon RPG!

If it's alright, I've got two characters. And just as a note: RPGs tend to get out of hand if you have too many posting. 5-7 is ideal, at least for the Digimon ones I've seen/read/been in. If it's possible for you to alter your story line a little bit to work with smaller numbers, that would probably be best. Name: Teal Age: 15 Personality: Sweet and fun. Phys. Description: See attachment Family/Background: Lives with her older brother and aunt in the country. Crest+color: Crest of Grace, see attachment Romance: Someone she can really be friends with. Mufamon-->Kubumon-->Caromon-->Donamon-->Sceptamon-->Pendamon Fresh: Mufamon. Attack: None/ Not available. Looks: See Attachment. In Training: Kubumon Attack: None/ Not available. Looks: See Attachment. Rookie: Caromon Attack: Dream Wind. Looks: Looks like Ter and Lop, the Digi-twins. Or, see attachment. Champion: Donamon Attack: Staff of Light, Dream Wind. Looks: Imagine Ter's Champion in a blue tunic with staff in hand. Ultimate: Sceptamon Attack: Storm Scepter, Dream Wind. Looks: Sort of a sorceress-looking deal. With, of course, a scepter. Mega: Pendamon Attack: Soul Search, Dream Wind. Looks: Sort of a ghostly-looking creature. As you can see, each of Caro's forms has the attack Dream Wind. It is slightly modified for each form, but they can all use it--it's sort of an accumulative attack, unlike the others, which involve each form's respective props. [Staff, scepter, pendant.] I have pictures of these last three creatures as well...if anyone would care to see them. Also, I'd like to have two characters, as I stated before. Yasha, let me know if that's okay with you.... Also--what are your stats?
24. I was there a couple years ago... I have to agree, it's a very emotional place.
