I still do not think I would benefit significantly from drinking caffeine regularly. I am tired frequently, and many say that caffeine makes you less sleepy. Even still, something would need to have multiple positive effects and no likely negative effects for me to try it. As of now, that is not the story with caffeine.

Gaming Who is your favorite pokemon in the game, and why?
Sveven Dvorking replied to Zanarkand Abes's topic in Noosphere
Although Charmander is not one of my favorites, I chose it because I used it as my starter pokémon more than any other. I paid more attention to it for that reason. Charizard, like all the other starter evolutions, is better, so I never stopped them from evolving. I was considering Pikachu, which is good any time outside of yellow. In, the yellow version, Pikachu is annoying. :ball: -
I voted for "who cares," because, whether a person is ugly or good-looking, he/she still bothers me. Anyway, back to the point. If an ugly person and a good-looking person had the same personality, I would probably like the ugly person less. Using extreme examples, the difference between a constantly rude person and a somewhat nice person would be more significant than their looks. I would have to know the degree of personality/looks in a given situation in order to make a true judgment, though.

I once caught a legendary bird pokémon, forgot which one, with a great ball. What makes it strange is that it had all its hit points. I also found it weird when I actually captured a rare pokémon in the Safari Zone, because I could never figure out the combinations to use to both prevent it from running and weaken it.

There are many things I wish I did in a different way. Some of them would result in having a different life now. It would be nice to change the problems I had in school five to nine years ago, which resulted in me being concerned about my education to this day. It would have been good if my interests had not changed so frequently, although I was usually happy with them at any given moment. Problems that did not have a major impact on what is happening now include actually having a friend five years in the past and refusing to eat much at three points in time. It would be wonderful if I could change all of them. Unfortunately, what happened before is part of my life forever.

My username is modified from my real name, with two letters changed and one letter added. I thought up this name nearly two years ago when I decided I wanted to be referred to online as something other than my real name. In other words, there is no interesting story here.

In the blue version, it would be: Charizard as the evolved starting pokémon. Vaporeon as the Eevee evolution due to the high hit points. Raichu instead of Zapdos to prevent having three half-flying types. Butterfree for psychic attacks and sleep powder. Victreebel, evolved after learning attacks. Dugtrio because its powerful attacks tend to be super-effective. (Laziness prevented me from actually making that team for battles.) I do not have any experience in the gold version, which I am playing for the first time.

If you count all the CDs owned by the family, then plenty. I used to listen to them all the time, and listen to the FM radio excessively, but now I tend to do other things. I still appreciate certain kinds of music when I hear it. If family possessions are not counted, all I have is 35 casettes recorded off the radio.

Cheating is what makes a game boring. I learned that the hard way. Actually, it was probably a combination of using lame tips and already getting through that particular version three times before using the tips that made it less interesting. If there is one strategy I know, I tend to use it over and over, which takes the fun out of it.

I haven't seen the new Star Wars movie. I was told by someone who has seen it that "The type of action used is not as exciting to people who have seen the other movies. They are used to it." Of course, that was only an opinion, and it wasn't part of an official review. I plan to see it when it comes out on video or DVD.

Are clothes a big deal at your school?
Sveven Dvorking replied to Amphion's topic in General Discussion
At the school I go to: -No one ever notices shoes. -There are no groups of people. -Anyone who puts on clothes they are not supposed to gets in trouble. There are only a few options. All of that expensive stuff is not allowed. No, clothes are not a big deal at my school. Those are some of the few good things about that school. -
Originally posted by DarkOrderKnight Ok this has nothing whatsoever to do with widespread panic, I just though that it would get people to read this.
I am easily fooled. 1) Do you feel more comfortable... c) away from the crowd on the back wall 2) If you could be one of any of these three jobs, which and why? d) undecided, because I have no idea of what to be. :p 3) What size shoe do you wear? 10 (wide, because I have fat feet) 4) (Ah I can't think of anymore) What happens at the end of Monty Python & The Holy Grail? What is Monty Python & The Holy Grail?

family member that pisses you off the most
Sveven Dvorking replied to Raquel's topic in General Discussion
I have to say dog. My whole family (except me) gives at least as much respect to the dog as to the people. They consider it part of the family. I hate dogs in general and am scared of them. If I had to choose someone else, it would be my sister. She does nothing except give the Disney channel more viewing hours. -
Originally posted by slasher Those stupid jingles never come out of you head!
I completely agree with that. I also hate commercials that are really long. Other than those two examples, commercials are not that bad. If they were not important, I would find more to complain about.

What is the most embarassing moment in your life
Sveven Dvorking replied to a topic in General Discussion
Recently, there was a time in physical education class where I didn't understand the game. Actually, that happens 3 out of 4 times. On one particular occasion, the teacher was constantly yelling at me, saying I should have understood. Most of the students in the room looked at me. Even more recently, (this would qualify as the #2, it is not as bad as the first) when I went to see the Spider Man movie, I made a comment towards the beginning that was not related to the movie. That comment had an unintended potential double-meaning. One of my parents might have thought I was talking about the other meaning. My father did have a suspicious look on his face. I was probably just being paranoid again. Nonetheless, It was embarrassing.
