I would be shocked If most of the bands I like were shown on Mtv. But a couple of bands I listen to have been on mtv2 before. Right now I can only think of one and that would be Blindside, and I liked them before they turned mtv2. Most of all I listen to bands that would be much to heavy for MTV, so I guess it is just you. Anyway spike speigel, what kind of un-mtv bands do you listen to?

[/QUOTE] It's actually not that stupid, it's called thematic content. In that case it would be considered mature thematic content, and a lot of kids/teens are not mentally prepared for stuff that. Now about the rating system. All it is is a suggestion ( like pants:) ). It's the facilities that sell the stuff, that put age requirements on them. The ratings also help parents know if a movie is right for their child. I know that the ratings can be messed up sometimes, but now under almost every movies rating you can find why it was rated that. That is a bit more helpful then the G, pg, pg-13, r, and nc-17, ratings.

Battletoads for the nes. I love the game but it's so freakin hard. I have the first 5 or so levels mastered almost to the point that I can beat them without any mistakes. But you need to know the every level by heart before you can even come remotely close to beating it. Unless, of course you have a reaction speed faster than the speed of light.

I cannot say for sure 100% what I'll get next, But I will say this I would sacrifice my cat's life to own Perfect Dark 2. Hopefully animal sacrifices won't be needed to get it, because I like my cat. :)

I am not in to religion, but I do have a belief. I am not an atheist, so I believe that their is a God. And I am not going to say that all religion/belliefs are right, because I do not bellieve that. If I did bellieve that than I would be a hypocrite and if my belliefs make me a hypocrite than I must be wrong. It is because I do not bellieve that all relligion/belliefs are right that I am not going to state my bellief (so to abide by OB's rules). But I will offer my advice. My advice to you Panny Chan, is not to find a religion/belliefs that will suit your needs, because their are alot out their and most (if not all) teach that their is a heaven and a hell. So choosing a religion/belliefs could mean choosing where you are going to the afterlife. Be sure to look into every detail of every religion/belliefs, so you are sure that YOU MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE!

I don't buy games if they aren't addicting. I have to get at least 40 hours out of a game or else I think its a waste. I also agree that nintendo is king in this realm. But, it's not just their first party games that give Nintendo the addictive gaming edge, they also have (or in this case, had) great second party game makers. For instance the two most addicting games i've ever played were Battletoads (NES) and Perfect Dark (N64). Both games were made by RARE who became a second party for nintendo during the rein of the Super NES, and just recentely decided to go Third Party.

Has anyone heard of these bands?: Living Sacrifice Project 86 Few left Standing Norma Jean (F.K.A. Lu-ti-Kriss, the hardcore band NOT the rapper) Zao Beanbag Extol Blindside Those are some of my fav's. I'd like to know if anyone has heard of them.

SPOILERS!!! This Game is amazing!!! I would like to hear what people thought of the insanities and what their first reaction was. The weirdest insanities to happen to me were the game turning my T.V.'s volume down and My T.V. turning of and turning back on again.

Recently it would have to be "The Lord Of the Rings". I thought the books were much better but the movie still rocked.

this might be a spoiler to what happens at the end of the movie so if you don't want to know then don't read it I really liked this movie and I liked it's message. Everyone has a choice before they do something like comiting a muder. it's innocence until proven guilty, if you haven't done anything then no one can rightfully prove that you did do it. I also thouhgt that the eye check points were scary. If the goverment was to set those up it would be just another step towards FULL GOVERMENTAL CONTROL.

Those giant energy balls are shot either up or down watch carfully and jump away from the ones shot down and somersault under the ones up. They also constantly grow, so the further you are away from them when he shoots them the harder it will be to dodge. To the person who needs help planting trees, you must win the shovel and the watering can with the same chao. Then you give the seed to that chao and he will plant it. I don't really know how long it takes for chaos to change in to adults, mine are still children.

I was just wondering if anyone has heard any solid evedince of a Perfect Dark for the Gamecube. I would really apreciate it. hopes for a PD2 and the Zelda game coming out are the only reasons i got a gamecube.

This is a thread about the band Zao. They are an underground Metal/Core band and i'm wondering if any of you out there in otakuboards land has ever heard of them. If anyone has please respond and tell me your thoughts about them. I personally think they are AMAZING!!!
