That's fine, aYokano ^_^ And thanks for the info, hehe. Backstories between characters are alright as well, providing you discuss it with each other via PM (and I'd quite like to know as well, if that's alright, just so I can stop things getting out of hand if needs be. In the past things like this have happened and they've taken over the entire RPG.) Incidentally, I was planning to have something to do with Renamon too (but not as my character), hehe, but it's no biggie ^_^ I think you'll be getting a lot of interaction, Ohkami.

That card is called Gagagigo, and is in the Menace of Dark World booster set.

OOC: I apologise if this makes no sense or is very confusing- I'm incredibly hot while typing this, so my mind's all gooey. -------------------------------------------------- Long ago, in the Digital World, an ancient force of evil roamed the planet- Millenniummon. A hugely powerful dark dragon, he would not stop until the entire world was covered by the ashes of his devastation. The four Guardians of the Digital World, awoken by the cries for help by the inhabitants of the Digital World, trapped Millenniummon inside a crystal with a powerful seal. They knew this would not be enough to stop it, however, and then broke the crystal into nine parts- eight of which were banished to another dimension. These eight contained the immense powers concealed within the evil. The ninth, harbouring the monster's soul, was kept in The Apex, the four guardians' floating temple. Now, centuries later, the world which the crystals had been banished to has awoken- its inhabitants are starting to dig up the ground, and one by one the crystals are emerging. The monster's soul can sense it, and wants to break free. He still controls his minions through the Dark Ocean, the only place where his power can manifest itself. he has begun sending them to this other world to retrieve his power so he can be freed from his prison. If they succeed, not even the Guardian's power may be able to stop them. The Digimon must act fast. The Guardians are sending everyone they can trust into the other world to recover the crystals so they can be destroyed once and for all. Okay, this is a kind of role-reversal for the Digimon. They're going to the real world rather than the humans coming into the Digital World. There are a few things I need to explain: You can be whatever you want, human or digimon, or a team of two, but only one of each Digimon is preferred (i.e, only one Renamon, Guilmon etc. Different types of digimon are alright, but I wouldn't want sixteen different versions of Gatomon running around). Humans and Digimon do not start together. Technically, the Digimon aren't supposed to be having any contact with the humans at all, but you can have a digidestined team if you want. There have been freak accidents in which Digimon/humans have disappeared from their worlds. The Digimon have their own Digivices (if you're one on your own), but originally they are only meant as a means of communication- travelling through to Earth makes them able to tap into the crystals' power and digivolve. If a digivice breaks, they'll need to get it fixed somehow. Even then, it might not work again properly (cue dark digivolutions, hehe). FicDigimons are fine, but a detailed description would be nice, so we know what it looks like. A picture'd be great, but if you don't have one it's no problem. So... yeah. You can be a human who doesn't have a partner, but helps out the digimon anyway, or just a digimon, or a Digidestined/Tamer team like in Seasons 1-3. Oh, or you can be one of the evil digimon's servants if you want to, either human or digimon. It's entirely up to you ^_^ This is all subject to change, by the way. I've no idea whether it'll work or not. NOTE: The only thing humans know about Digimon is a strange organisation in Japan which makes wrist-watches. There's a reason for that, though. Digimon sign-up Name: Level: Only Gatomon/BlackGatomon are allowed as Champions to sign up as if you're being on the good side- if you're bad you can be any level you want, but be sensible with it. No Apocalymons or anything like that. It's open to debate, though. If you want a different digimon really badly, PM me and I'll be happy to look over it for you. On another note- Hybrid digimon are fine, but you'd need to omit a level in order for them to fit properly in the sort of 01/02 digivolution sequence. Biomerged/DNA digimon are alright, too. Attacks: Digivolutions: Appearance: (a picture's preferred, if you can get one) Allegiance: (Guardians, Neutral or Millenniummon) Bio: Human sign-up Name: Gender: Age: Appearance: (as detailed as possible, please) Bio: Keep it realistic, please. Definately interesting, but realistic. Not all 17-year olds are spies/juvenile delinquents/orphans, after all. If you're one or the other, you only need whichever sign-up you choose your character to be. If you're having a team, you need both. I really hope I've explained everything alright. I know there must be something I've missed, but I'm too hot to be able to think straight >_< Feel free to ask any questions you have, and I'll do my best to answer them. I may well update this with a better explanation of everything (more than likely I'll read over it tomorrow morning and groan in annoyance at all the things I've missed or gotten completely wrong). So, anyway: My sign-up DIGIMON Name: Strabimon Level: Rookie Attacks: Light Nail, Light Leg (might change that to Light Kick, heh) Digivolutions: Lobomon --> KendoGarurumon --> MagnaGarurumon (I've omitted BeoWulfmon, because I don't like him :p) Appearance: Allegiance: Guardians Bio: Strabimon, despite his rather ragged appearence, is a quiet digimon at heart, and only ever means well. However, his temper often gets the better of him, and he will do anything he can to prove a point or get his way. Some years ago, after a heated arguement, he severaly injured a Gabumon, which has led him to be mistrusted by a lot of digimon. He has done his best to win back everyone's favour ever since, and jumped at the chance to help recapture Millenniummon's power. Some still doubt his intentions. Have fun ^_^ EDIT: If you really really want to, you can be a digidestined from the series or someone from Frontier, but you need a realistic explanation as to how and why they got here.

Anime A Yu-Gi-Oh Live Action Movie...
Solo Tremaine replied to Aya_Fujimiya_42's topic in Otaku Central
I think they'd be alright for close-ups, certainly for things like Kuriboh. There's only so much that CGI can actually do, and you can often always tell when something's animated on computer. Having an actual furball next to Yugi or whatever would look much more realistic than a computer-genetrated one. But, that said, you can't use animatronics for the entire monster, usually- especially if it's something as big and complex as a Blue Eyes, you really need computer imaging. The amount of detail and movement you need for something like that is enormous, more than can (at the moment, anyway) be accomplished by a remote-controlled robot. -

Animatronics is using moving mechanical models, say for animals and dinosaurs, etc. They used them on Jurassic Park ad films like that for where the human characters had to interact with the dinosaurs in close-ups. Jim Henson's company uses lots of puppets and animatronics. -
Name: Ai/Mako Main Digi-Egg/Card: Uh... Goliath, Wargreymon's Brave Shield Digimon: Kiimon->Yaamon->Impmon->Fangmon->Mesphistomon->Beelzemon/Beelzemon Blast Mode Attacks: Bada Boom/Infernal Funnel; Blast Coffin/Snipe Steal; Dark Cloud/Black Sabotage; Double Impact/Corona Destroyer/Darkness Claw Description: AI and Mako have long since put their differences behind them and do their best to please each other and Impmon. They have grown up a fair bit sincetheir last adventure, and want to be involved in the adventure and battles, even though Takato and Lee often tell them not to. Heh, I'll remember to sign up more quickly next time.

Anime A Yu-Gi-Oh Live Action Movie...

Anything's possible with computer animation and CGI. I'm guessing that's what they'd use. We're long past the people in rubber costumes phase of films now. -
I can't remember the last film that really made me cry (seeing as I've not properly cried in years). The last one that made me choke (partly for nostalgic reasons) was Batteries Not Included. I used to really love that film when I was small, and I always used to cry when
The 'daddy' robot thingy was killed with the axe
. Um... before that it would have to be films such as A.I, Bicentennial Man, uh... there were more, but I can't remember. I did sit through the Care Bears Movie II a while ago (don't ask why). That didn't make me cry, but I did feel horribly sick afterwards.

Uber means 'over', or an exaggeration to that extent. It's not used in a completely correct term there, I don't think. >_< is a frustrated face > and < being the eyes screwed up like you get when you scrunch up your face (assuming you do when you get cross) -^_^- is blushing, I believe. I don't think the middle - is meant to be that high. Either that or I'm mistaking it for the 'I'm drowning, and I like it!' smiley. EDIT: Argh >_< (note, frustration) I hate posting at the same time as someone else, heh.

I just wondering if any of you who are married have actually met. Nope, not yet >_< I think it would be very nice to, though. Well... save for my sword. Zeh married it to me rather spontaneously some while ago. Two of my wives live in Australia. Weh looks to be the only one I'll meet anytime soon, unless they have a Sesame Street convention with free flights to Australia. When did you guys decide you wanted to get married? When she asked me, hehe. Rain was my first wife, and Rae (Lady Asphyxia) was second. They both asked me kind of out of the blue. It was a nice surprise, though ^_^ And a good way to start a friendship, methinks. I was also wondering who are some of your favorite married couples Um... I'm not sure. I've never really spoken to many, but I think Syk and Mei are very good together. I know Queen Asuka and Piro are definately the definitive couple in terms of style, but I don't know either of them personally. They seem very nice people, though, and I've heard (and seen, heh) only good things. It's nice that The Harlequin and Ravenstorture are an actual couple, though ^_^ That's always struck me as being slightly more outstanding than others.

I'd like to say I'd come here until the end of time, but that probably won't happen. I'd do my best to stay in contact with people where I can, but there's no guarantee that I'd be able to. After all, I'm still not entirely sure what I'm going to be doing with myself. If I become an unemployed/self-emplyed whatever, I'll probably be here until Adam or James get sick of it and disappear, heh. Assuming I do eventually drift off (which is more than likely), I'll probably do nothing much for a few years, except maybe try and print off everyt single thread that I liked and pin them to my wall, save them to a database or something like that. If I get enough money, I think I'd try and catch up with people, too. ACtually in person as opposed to online. That's my ideal, anyway. And then I'd start a 'Remember OB?' website/TV programme/self-help group.

The rules are down because they're part of theotaku.com- since that's down, so are they. I assume they'll come back when the site does in full force soon. I don't know why the default skin isn't working, probably something along similar lines.

Eee, fantastic ^_^ Name: Aidian Phoenix Age: 24 Race: Human Sex: Male Height: 6'2 Weight: *shrugs* Um... 90kg? I've no idea what weight he should be ^_^; Occupation: Officer Allegiance: Helic Republic Rank: Lieutenant Weapon: Assault Rifle Appearance: Long light-blue hair, deep blue eyes. He wears a non-standard Republican uniform- ditching his normal jacket to wear a long sleeveless trenchcoat with armoured shoulders, along with fingerless leather gloves and heavy black boots. On the left side of his face is a purple triangular streak, the mark of his colony. Personality: Aidian is bold, determined and stands up for what he believes in. He has a good idea of what is right and wrong and will do his best to uphold what he believes is justice. He hates Prozen II's reign, but knows that most of the soldiers are only following orders, as he does. At times, he gets irritated by the constant fighting and becomes apathetic. Above all, though, he knows he has to be strong to help the Republic come to victory. Personal History: Aidian grew up in a large colony south of New Helic City, and was given combat training by his uncle, Captain Jayce Phoenix, from a very early age. His father was constantly trying to get Aidian to stop, but he loved the Zoids so much that he refused and went to live with his uncle in the Republic's capital. Several years later, after he'd joined the army, he came home to discover his uncle murdered- by his father. Although extremely distraught by this, Aidian only arrested his father. It turned out he was paid by the Imperial Army to assassinate Jayce to cripple some of the forces around the Capital. Aidian took his uncle's zoid and raced onto the battlefield, and was almost immediately promoted to Lieutnant as a result. Organoid Sign Up Name: Alaris Type: Raptor Height: 6'8 Appearance: Alaris is a velociraptor-type organoid, and as such looks much like a minature Gun Sniper, albeit with closed casing and no extra weapons. His armour is mainly a metallic blue, with silvery joints and purple eyes. On his back are two small booster jets which allow him to fly for short distances. Special Ability: Flight; like most organoids when he fuses with a Zoid he can increase its combat potential exponentially, but Alaris is not able to keep this up for long- he is a relatively weak organoid. Zoid Sign Up Name: Konig Wolf Zoid Type: Wolf Appearance: Normal: Konig Wolf Customised with Lance Unit: Konig Wolf 2 Customised with lance and Sniper Rifle: Konig Wolf 3 (Pictures from http://www.zoidsunofficial.coolfreepages.com/CG%20Images.htm Height: 8.64m Length: 21.24m Weight: 188.3t Max Speed: 310km/h Weapons: AZ 130mm Long Range rifle Support Systems: Twin booster units, optical enhancement device, sniper scope. It's an interesting idea, and certainly one I think many people would like to take part in, but the last time we tried it it sort of... didn't, partly due to lack of confirmation of details. I think it would be a nice thing to try and get going again, assuming we can get enough people participating. I know I'd take part, for one. Welcome to OB, by the way ^_^. Be sure to read the rules (when they're back up), have fun, and if you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

I have mine, too. It's under exactly the same name, except there's an underscore in the middle of it (for the link at least), heh. myOtaku I think it's a nice idea. Although, having about three active blogs already, and me not doing much fanart at the moment (something I hope to rectify soon), it's kind of like an extended OB profile for me. The jukebox is fun, though, when I can hear it. It certainly looks the part, too. Adam's done very well ^_^ *gives kudos*

Anime A Yu-Gi-Oh Live Action Movie...
Solo Tremaine replied to Aya_Fujimiya_42's topic in Otaku Central
I really hope they don't make a live-action Yu-Gi-Oh movie. AT least, not with those characters. NOT HAYDEN CHRISTIANSEN! Anything but that. And I don't think Frankie Munz would do for Yugi really, either. He looks similar, but... no, it doesn't seem right. The voice, for one thing. And he's not exactly the best-spoken actor around. I think anime should stay as anime. At least with something with such a style as Yu-Gi-Oh. -
I'd imagine you could have both. A Legendary Ocean's effect says that this card is considered as 'Umi'- it is not the card itself that's Umi. Although three of both seems a little excessive anyway.

OOC: >_< I'll check no-one else is replying first before typing mine next time, hehe ------------------------------------------------------- Alaris poked his head over thr top of the rocky ridge and jerked his head forwards. Six armadillo-warriors lay themselves flat against the rock next to him, watching the humans advance. "What should we do, sir?" one asked quietly. "Uh... I don't... we don't know what they're doing yet. Once they start fighting we should be able to round off behind them, pincer-style." The others looked to one another nervously. It didn't sound much like a plan. Suddenly, they heard laser fire coming from the gorge below them. The humans let off a volley of shots towards an advancing group of clone-warriors, only for their shots to be reflected by the metal shields. "Should we attack yet, sir?" Alaris looked to the warriors standing behind him. Four were suited up in mobile artillery gear- a piece of bow wood strapped to their back like a walking ballista. "Load 'em up." He waved a hand over a group of four scouts. "I want as constant a barrage as possible, so reload as quickly as you can." He quickly pointed to another one. "Call for the rest of the troops from our caves. We'll need them to surround the rest of the humans." "The rest of you will follow me," he ordered, every one of the warriors obeying his word. "Are you ready?" Before he could give the order, the human group looked to be dissipating. Perhaps they weren't needed after all. But even a kamikaze mission from the humans would usually put up a better fight than that. Watching the humans clamber hurriedly over the rocks as enraged clones chased after them, Alaris ordered everyone over to the entrances to the West. "It must have been a diversion." "How can you tell, sir?" one of the young scouts asked, clutching a small sword and shield. "An assault like that's far too small for a siege, and too militant for a scout party. I don't know for sure, but if we don't find out we could all be in big trouble."
-
Alaris entered the large room. All around him were large wooden seats, set upon a flight of stairs which spread over two-thirds of the circular chamber. He shut the door behind him and stood quietly in the center of the room, looking expectantly at the Younger in the middle. He was the oldest in the tribe, and thought to be one of the wisest. Although, at the very grand age of 40, people were starting to talk of marbles being lost at an accelerated rate. He looked extremely dignified in his seat of office. His scales were a silvery-grey, as was his long eyebrow-hair. The robes he wore were a bright metallic blue, and cascaded across the floor like water reflecting the sunlight. He straightened his glasses as the pangolin stepped towards him. "Ah, Alaris." he crooned. Alaris bowed his head. "Sir. I take it you-" The Younger waved his hand to silence the young pangolin. "Not now Alaris, I want to get straight down to business." Alaris smiled as the ancient Greymar began his address. "You have been with us for over six years now, Alaris, and we feel it is high time your skills as a warrior were fully grasped by our race. As you know, the humans have been encroaching on our territory more frequently of late, and we have a suspicion that they're up to something. So, you should take charge of the situation" Alaris opened his mouth to speak, but another Younger pre-empted him. "Alaris, we want you to become the Leadrer of our military forces." He froze. "I... but... leader?! I'm not even an armadillo-clone. I'm not sure the others would-" "Stop being so modest, boy!" Greymar snapped. His hearing still worked well enough for his age. "The other clones know your skills are more superior to their own and whether they like it or not, that is our decision. We think you're well suited to the task." He didn't know what to say. He ran his claws over his head, feeling incredibly awkward. "D- Sir, I don't..." Greymar smiled at him from his altar. "Alaris, you've never let us down yet. We need a visionary to inspire our troops to help fight against the humans. Being on the outskirts, our race has never been taken seriously and I know we can bring a stronger element into the Capital's battles. You can carry that torch- we have seen it." Alaris smiled. "Alright, sir." "Your uniform is in the side-room to your left." Greymar nodded in the direction of the opening to one side of the room, where a thin wooden door lay slightly ajar. Nodding an acknowledgement, ALaris went inside. * * * It was a very nice suit of armour, but it would need breaking in. Large shoulder-guards jutted out from the breastplate, which itself was an emerald green, with gold leaves embossed onto the plate armour. Several green metal bands were wrapped around his tail, as well as his lower arms and legs. He clanked his gauntlets together nervously. He didn't want to open the door and greet everyone dressed like this. He'd much prefer to leave it there. Still, it must be done. He reached for the handle. The door burst open and one of the Youngers marched inside, almost walking straight into him. "Alaris, humans have been sighted near our borders, and they've started an attack- we're not sure where. If they get any closer they may discover our caves. You must take a batallion out and fend them off!" Alaris gripped his Flambard, resting in a holster on his back. Time to prove his worth.

Assuming you would be able to, you could sacrifice three Mythic God Dragons to get 15000 ATK, but it would be difficult to get three Fusion monsters on the field at once, especially ones which take five fusion materials to make. But they aren't English cards.
Then you could add the 7999 from the One Turn Kill LP to make 22999.
You can only equip it with three equip cards at a time, remember. So at most you could have MegaMorph and two Axe of Despairs. Either way, I think Altron takes this one.

Ny screen name is the name of my favourite character from my first fanfic- a Starfox one. Not much history behind it, I just liked it. Originally, the 'surname' was Ross, but I changed it. If you break this down, it means 'lone farm', or something to that effect o_o; And it's an anagram of 'I am reel o snot'. My real first name is a derivative of Hugh, which means 'Bright in Mind and Spirit': Hugo. It has a Teutonic origin, so I'm told. My middle name Ralph means Wolf Counsellor. I think I can understand a bit more about myself now... that seems to fit in pretty well. That's also od Teutonic origin.
