I think the Eldest Namek said that the family that Kami was from were the only ones who had the power of creating the Dragonballs. Not just every Namek could make them...

I have another question....if Master Roshi died of old age, and Goku and everyone used the dragonballs to wish him back, would he come back the same age as he did when he died? Because if he did, wouldn't he just die again?

Actually, it's all three. When Kami dies, the power of the dragonballs go with him, but the balls themselves turn into stone and they remain inert until Kami is revived.

Well, what I mean is, if the Dragon grants you immortality, could he grant a wish for you to be mortal again?

I'm sure everyone knows how the Dragon can make someone immortal, right...well, if someone wished to be immortal, could they later summon the dragon again to become mortal if they wanted to?

Well, they showed the first 3 DBZ movies on TV, but they don't have specific runnning times...they come on whenever Cartoon Network wants them on...they haven't showed any DB movies yet. You can always go out and rent/buy them if you don't feel like waiting for them to come out on TV.

Does anyone know if they have ever played the 2 DBZ TV Specials (The Bardock Story and The Trunks Story) in the U.S. or whether they will at some point in the future? I have looked for them everywhere but I can't seem to find them...

Here's a question...how come if Saiyans can't breathe in space, then how was Vegeta able to destroy the planet Arlia, and why did he attempt to blow up Earth? If he would have destroyed Earth like he planned, wouldn't that have killed him too? He also flew from one planet to another in the Garlic Jr. Saga when he was searching for Goku.
