Not to use this as an excuse, but just something to consider why I have been absent. Tommorow is my birthday, so this week I have mainly been doing "birthday" things. I do have my promo pretty much set up, and I do have an idea of a direction we can go with for RAW, or at least a big storyline that can lead into the next PPV. But that can be discussed in private. Bout my promo though, I will need to talk with you about it, but again, that can be discussed in private. So, sorry that I havn't been around much to help with the first RAW, but I am doing what I can this week, and I will be in full-effect for next week and the weeks following.

Nintendo Power was published in what year and on what month?
-
Lately there have been alot of re-runs. Which I hate, but sometimes they can be good, if they have a funny skit. It has been 2 weeks where they did the skit where Conan talks to someone live via satellite, I wish they would get back to those when they get some some new episodes.

Kent Brockman Question for the episode I just saw. Who needed a left-handed notebook in the episode where Ned's Leftorium shop went out of business?
-
I did not know, till just now, while surfing thru some Direct TV, that Family guy is also on TBS, its a replay of last nights episode on Cartoon Network, but if people miss the episode on CN, they can always watch the one on TBS the next day.

Art Graphics for my team's game in development, Project SN
GhostofSalvtore replied to GhostofSalvtore's topic in Creative Works
My game team uses Blender, its a good program, pretty easy to understand for the most part. And most of the graphics on there I like mainly is the textures. A 3d artist for my team is just great at textures, so that really makes those pieces shine. We'd all like to use something a lil better than Blender, that has more bells and whistles on it, but to pay for that kinda stuff.........well is hard......with our no money. So Blender is nice....its free.....its failry easy. -
Only PC and Xbox for this game. Rumors have sprung up bout it going to PS2. But Bioware guys say that the specs and the cost to port it wouldn't work out. So I think that closes any chance of it going to Ps2. For GC, that I don't know, but I doubt that as well.

Well some of those aren't complete yet. Like the ship and that grey area with a volcano, which is the home island, just without trees, houses, people, etc. Also some of the objects that are in there aren't for my game, but for another game that is being developed under our game company, MagiPixel. That grey monster with the 4 arms as the longer sword. -
Well that was today's ep, too bad he didnt get that boat. Peter "A boat's, a boat, but the mystery box could be anything.......it could even be a boat.you know how much we wanted one of those." or Stewie "mother I haev somethin I want to give you, its in my diaper and its not a toaster." and there's also, Peter "oh God, a lump, a lump.....no its a Cheetoh" Also I wish they would start showing some more season 3 eps on CN, since that was the longest lasting season. But also I think its the best of the 3. Also, I have all the eps to seasons one and two, so I could see those whenever I wanted, but season 3 eps I will have to wait til the next FG dvd comes out. SO MORE SEASON 3.....that'll be all.

Well for now, we don't have any, I have been thinking around at what the main character would look like, but I don't have a scanner, so I can't show people what he would look like. We also don't have 3d designers who really specialize in people, so for right now, we're doing some weapons and other lil things. Since the people will have to wait, I am hoping to get that home lookin good, since we have parts to an island, trees, etc, but we don't have houses and the like. So I am thinking of what some of the exteriors and interiors of the buildings. And all these things are just for the beginnings of the game, it'll take alotta work, and alotta time to finish it. But I hope it all comes together soon. :) -
SN standing for Scurvy Nave, its a pirate based game, but thats not the name of the actual title, only the development name. Actually a pirate based FPS game, sounds strange, but I think it will work out. So I am going to post some pictures and models we have and that we will b having for the game. If you wanna rate em, and comment and the like, then be my guest, we can use all the feedback, positive or negative. Scurvy Nave graphics

Well here are some that havn't been mentioned You can try Resident Evil: Dead Aim, I havn't played but it hasn't gotten really bad reviews, at least from X-Play, it got a 4 of 5 I think. But one thing people asy is it does tend to have some slowdown. And the gameplay isn't much except for shooting some zombies and grabbing some keys. So if you like shooting dead guys, then get that game. If you liked shooting lots of things you could try Return to Castle Wolfenstein. You can shoot lots of Nazis, and who doesn't wanna do that. There aren't any multiplayer modes, but the single player is pretty good the 1st time through, I wouldn't really want to play the game again and again, so there isn't much replayability with this title. But there's Nazis.......lots and lots of Nazis. This is an older game, but I liked it, No One Lives Forever. It does have a pretty good and lengthy story mode. Plagued by some pretty bad, blocky graphics. The single player can take ya pretty far in this game, well I should say more than other FPSs, which isn't saying much, since the average FPS takes me bout 10 hours or so.(With the exception of Metroid Prime, which took me 13...)If you like a good stealth FPS, this game has that as well, there are a few missions were stealth is good, and alotta nice options to utilize the weps you got to complete a mission. (if that made any sense, sounded good) Well those are the three that I would try out, but maybe they aren't for you, personally I like my FPSs filled with multiplayer, bot fun. But some of those titles mentioned above do have some good story.

I need to do more cardio before each workout. It seems like my workout is short, but I rely on speed. I go from one excercise to the next, according to my dad(who used to be an amateur bodybuilder) is the best way. Yah people that focus on one body part a day don't get much outta that workout. Because I workout everyother day, and workout every part of my body, I allow one day to rest them, which is good. If you workout one part a day, then you are resting that bodypart for too long to really build muscle. So you have to keep your muscles "lit" up everyday. But this may be all common knowledge to some/many. Charles, do you work out at a gym? Not at home what I mean.

Another classic Family Guy tonight, you can look at the sig for a funny quote from Peter on tonights ep. Best moment would be when they had Einstein workin in the patent office and a guy comes in and has "Smiths Theory of Relativity" and Einstein points out a flaw and Smith looks down, Einstein then beats him and runs off with the documents. Also a lil later, Peter talks bout God making the shrinkie-dinks(dont know how to spell em) And then we see God making them in the oven "Look at em, they're so tiny"........then Einstein runs in and beats him and takes the.........shrinkie-dinks.

Anyone at there in the OB world that works out/has a work out program they follow. I do, only in the past 2 or so months have I been working out. Not that I am active in any sports, but I do just to better myself. I do a 45mins to an hour workout every other day. I hear, from some good sources, this is the best way to get results. Usually doing 4 sets of about 15 reps each per excersice. And usually do 2 or 3 excercises per body part, arms, chest, etc. The only equipment that I have are dumbbells and an excercise ball, I would hope to have more, but the stuff that I do have is usable. And I have also been intaking more protein, since for people that don't know.......protein is key in muscle building. Breakfast I usually eat eggs and sausage/bacon. Lunch is usally is sub sandwich. For dinner its some sort of meal that has meat, chicken, steak, etc, as well as other things like veggies and such. In that day I like to get in one protein shake. So to reiterate my question, anyone workout/ excercise on a regular basis, if so what do you do? And are you also on some sort of diet, eating more protein, less carbs and such?

Another year where I buy next to none GC games, but thats just me. Twins Snakes is a title that I can't wait for(havnt said that bout a GC game in a lil while) This year I will first rent WMXIX before I buy, after last years mess of a game that was known as WMX8. I have alse, after playing the demo, taken some interest in Viewtiful Joe. I doubt I'd buy it, but I would definetly check it out. As for XIII, I will check that game out as well, but probably just for the PS2 or maybe even Xbox, since as of late I have been playing alot of my ol' Hambone(Xbox name.......remember it............remember it well)

I enjoyed anything from these actors: Damon Waynes, Adam Sandler, and Jim Carey, Jim Carey being the best: But as far as the funniest, its a close, so I wil just go with a really good one from each. Major Payne is the best from Damon Waynes, I don't thnk he has had many real funny films other than this.....well there was Bulletproof. But in Bulletprooif he wasn't all that funny, cept the beginning. But as far as Major Payne goes, my favorite part would be when he puts all the kids in the dirt and starts to spray water on them, saying this line "Unroot yourselves my lil brustle sprouts". Also the part where he makes them wear dresses and they have to run around the campus singing that song, forgot how it went.....but it was funny. For Adam Sandler it would be Happy Gilmore. That had some funny Adam Sandler like moments. He does seem to play the same role in all the movies. But the best part is where he beats up Bob Barker.....or make that when Bob Barker beats him up. Jim Carey, who has many, many great comedies under his belt. From Ace Ventura to Bruce Almighty, all great. But I will go with either Me, Myself, and Irene rf Man on the Moon(even tho he is portaying another great funny-man, Andy Kaufman) Man on the Moon, I didn't think would be that funny, but it definetly took my by surprise. Right from the start , it was some good laughs, with the screen going black, and you didn't know what was going on, only to find out it was another spoof by Andy.

Well I would say FPS, but there are some FPS games out there that arent that great, well I like to compare all FPS games to Perfect Dark, if they have that replayability that it did, and so far none of them have. Halo is fun, but after the single player missions thats all you get. The multiplayer is great, my friends and I spend hours and hours coming up with different match types. Even though we only play on 3 different multiplayer maps, Sidewinder, Blood Gulch, and Boarding Action. There is also Hali-Life, which I think was a great FPS game, single player FPS game that is. I never got to play Counter Strike, but I would like to, if I had a comp that could play games other than the Sims. BF'42 is another good game that I would like to play, but I still don't have that comp to play such games. So saying that, I would go with a genre that has never failed me......the sport genre. Well at least NFL sport games, have never failed me, and in that, Madden has never failed me. Every year I get the new Madden, its a must, the roster updates, some new modes, etc. I get to play out the season of my fav team, the Dallas Cowboys, and I win, even though they lose alot these days, but thats another story. NBA games are also really fun, and would be even more so if I would get more into the NBA. So I just play arcady b-ball games like NBA Street Vol. 2. Lately I have been talking about playing an RPG. I have played some RPGs in the past, you could say Pokemon, Secret/Legend of Mana, and some FFs, but I have never really gotten into the whole RPG thing. Until I finally got my hands on KOTOR, which is a superb game, all RPG players and Xbox owners(even tho there are so so few, should go out and buy this game, you wont regret)

Name:Stone Cod Steve Austin Height:6'2 Weight:252 lbs Championships (optional): WWE Champion; Intercontinental Champion; WWE World Tag Team Champion; King Of The Ring 1996; 1997, 1998, 2001 Royal Rumble winner; WCW U.S. Champion; WCW Tag Team Champion Set-Up Finisher (if applicable):um.....kick to stomach? Finisher:Stone Cold Stunner Status: (Heel or Face) Face Class: Heavyweight Style:Well he is more of a brawler, but I guess balanced would be it. Bio: Stone Cold Steve Austin is arguably the greatest Superstar in the history of WWE. A six-time WWE Champion, the Texas Rattlesnake has highlighted three WrestleMania events, won the Royal Rumble match three times, and has had memorable matches against the greatest superstars in the game. Austin's era of greatness began at the 1996 King of the Ring. After winning the tournament, Austin coined the phrase, "Austin 3:16," which says that "I just whipped your a**!" He would go on to win his first WWE Championship at WrestleMania XIV in 1998 with some help from boxer Mike Tyson, and would then segue into the infamous "Austin vs. McMahon" feud, which propelled sports-entertainment into the stratosphere. After returning from a career-threatening neck injury in 2000, the Rattlesnake quickly climbed back to the top of the World Wrestling, culminating in his WWE Championship win over The Rock at WrestleMania X-Seven, in front of 67,925 of his fellow Texans at the Reliant Astrodome! He's a trash-talking, beer-swilling, finger-gesturing, butt-kicking son of a *****, and millions of WWE fans wouldn't have it any other way! Name: John Centa Height: 6'1 Weight: 248 lbs Championships: N/A Set-Up Finisher (if applicable):N/A Finisher: FU Status: Heel Class: Heavyweight Style: Balanced Bio: One needs only to glance quickly at John Cena to realize that he's a phenomenally conditioned athlete. The young Superstar started training at age 15. He went on to play offensive lineman at Springfield (Mass.) College, earning All-American honors as a senior, and a degree in exercise physiology. He also competed in some bodybuilding competitions. But what you may not know about John Cena just by looking at him is that he's an outstanding freestyle rapper. He's been doing it since he was a young teen, and, more recently, he has been able to display his talents to a worldwide WWE audience. With his impressive athletic ability and natural charisma, Cena -- still in his mid-20s -- is one of the hottest stars on SmackDown! Also if I could I would like to see if I could be Vince McMahon, but that would make me owner, so if I could make that choice, I may use McMahon instead of Cena. But if I can use both than okay.

Yah I also thought he would get that big push, but Im sure he still will, maybe an even bigger push. WWE title is what I see sometime this year for him.\ here are some news and rumors * There has been talk of the Undertaker defecting to RAW in an effort to try and 'help out' his brother, but that is just a rumor at this point. From the above, Undertaker vs. Kane seems the most likely scenario as it is unlikely WWE will move Kane over to SmackDown! or vice versa with Brock Lesnar. * Kane vs. Rob Van Dam seemed to be a lock for SummerSlam given the recent angle. However, over the last few weeks the company have booked RVD to be literally squashed by Kane every time the two have crossed paths. At last weekends house show, Kane beat RVD within a minute of the match starting and on last week's RAW, he also made quick work of his former friend and tag-team partner by knocking him out. Also there were no serious injuries at Vengeance, other than the bleeding of McMahon. Question for the day: Now that the 2 shows(RAW and SD) have each had a PPV, which do you think came off better?

My goals in life..........hmm havn't thought of this question, maybe I don't want to. But there are the basics, getting a good career, something where I am always learning and that I am also able to move up and not be stuck in a go-nowhere job. (dont realy know what career that will be, but there are many ideas)Next would be having a family and being able to provide for that family. I don't care if Im rich or not, but just to know that we can have a meal on the table and a roof over are heads, with some other nice things in life would be nice. There are probably more goals, I just havn't really thought of them at the moment. But my last one would be, even tho its not in my life, to be remembered, by someone, or a group of people, just to never be forgotten about, for something that I did......good thing that is.

Oh oh, Family Guy......I was in a drought of the show till it finally got picked up by CN. Yes every ep is funny in family guy, cept the ones that feature Meg alot, no offense to Meg.....but she's just not funny like the others. Check the new FG quote for some more funny, its from tommorows ep(Monday 28th that is)
