(unfortunately) I have one of each and they're both younger than I am.

I hold uneeded anger in. Then as I move on it forms a big knot inside that grows bigger and bigger as I hold more back. Mind you, Im good at anger suppression, so I find some artistic way to turn that negativity into something positive. Its kinda hard for me to get angry. Experiment and see whats right for you. You could always beat the **** outta a punching bag, take a walk, write your feelings down, draw something, or think about what has happened and decide logically what to do.

You should of cared about yourself first by not displaying acts of violence, which you probably know might've started a fight, because if you don't care about yourself, others sure as hell won't.
