Found the transcript at: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,34717,00.html Speaking to a network of Louisiana radio stations, Republican Congressman John Cooksey of that state said this about racial profiling in the wake of the terrorist attack. "If I see someone who comes in that's got a diaper on his head and a fan belt wrapped around the diaper on his head, that guy needs to be pulled over." When asked why, he says "that remark was intended for bin Laden, and I said it in a ? in a moment of anger, and I feel anger, and I feel that all the American people should feel anger toward bin Laden." When asked to apologize for that remark he says "... I was trying to insult bin Laden. I ? if there's anyone that needs to be demonized, it's bin Laden. Bin Laden is a bad guy. Bin Laden and his troops, his terrorists, took 5,000 American lives, and I want..." Way to go off topic. Refer to my first post about this
Originally posted by Transtic Nerve Was he the saem that said "This is to blame on all the gays and lesbians" and whatever else he said?..... ugh Congressman and woman can be @ssholes....
I think they're different. I believe Jerry Falwell or something, the same idiot who said the purple teletubby was gay, said something like it's the homosexuals, bisexuals, abortionist's, etc fault because they have angered God and that's why this has happened. What a troglodyte to say the least.

I don't like the pokemon on the kids wb or cartoon network because there are too many tried jokes and redundant plots. That's what happens...
Originally posted by SSJ5 Vegeta Seea punk doesn't give a **** what anybody things.
So what you're saying is that the apathetic are 'punk'.
Originally posted by SSJ5 Vegeta: If you were to accuse a true punk of being a prep they would not go into a long drawn out conversation denying they were a prep they would simply say: "**** you" . Our friends know who they are and they know who we are that's all that really matters, not facist words such as punk, prep, jock, geek.
You just contradicted yourself. But, it's ok for you to say someone's a poser right?
Originally posted by SSJ5 Vegeta: Dressing in skateboard apparel even though they don?t skateboard and get piercings all because they think it makes them look more of a punk so that they may be accepted along with the rest of their ?punk? friends.
So people that wear surf gear yet don't surf are posers? And people who wear 'rich' clothes but are poor are posers? The way you dress is not what you do. What the hell did you expect, really?
Originally posted by SSJ5 Vegeta: See a true punk does not give a **** what other people think and does not do things to please their friends or anyone else for that matter because they could really care less. - JD
People will probably say that it was/is: a movement, a way of life, a way of thinking, a fashion statement, and other crap. The only 'punk' I'm interested in is the ****ing music genre so I could see what people listen to. I don't care about a ****ing colored mohawk, converse shoes, spikes, chains, Hot Topic shirts, or what Fat Wreck band cd people have in their cd player to fit the punk stereotype. Stop being a ****ing elitist and see that you are only contributing to the indifference and hostility by posting that tripe.
Originally posted by Cecil When I think about it to me it seems that most people that like rpgs are older and around in their teens, and people younger than that 12-11 and below seem to like sports and action games more. Here are my 2 resons. 1. These older kids have been playing for longer and rpg are alot more of an old school games than the rest. 2. Younger kids just don't have enough smarts to do it right. Ex. My brother=9 +ff4/2= a very confused boy. What do you think? Do you have anyother resons?
I think RPG's appeal more to older people because they have better...........*grasping for words*.....*doesn't find any* I think some younger children get into those video games because everyone is. I mean, if you're a young kid, you wouldn't wanna be ostrasized because you weren't doing something that was 'in'. And you don't wanna be pigeonholed as a no-lifer because you play different games that are not necessarily 'in'. So yeah I think peer pressure and the need/want/whatever to fit in has something to do with it. Some can't quite follow the storylines of games. Like a lot of people, they might just wanna play a game to beat it; not caring about the storyline (or lack thereof), characters, gameplay, music, etc. I think rpg's appeal more to the older folk because they can be that character. I can't think of anything right now, later....it will come to me, maybe. My younger siblings try to play zelda and it annoys me because: a. They can't read that well b. They don't know how to follow directions. c. They always need help.
