Im an optimist. No, really.:smirk: -
Me = high tolerance. Pain is my friend...pain is my teacher. I've never experienced 'excruciating' pain before but I ignore the 'regular' pangs.
Originally posted by Deus_Ex_Machina OK OK... Deus has a plan... type up a letter to go with the report card to say that the grade system has been reversed, therefore F=good. If you do better next time type up another letter to say that they prefer the old system so they switched back!
You know, that'd actually work.........if his parents were complete idiots. What if he got one of the F's in English? And he'd be writing that stuff? Actually gojay, if you do decide to do that, scan it and send it to me. I need a good laugh. If you haven't already showed her yet, I say get it over with.
Originally posted by Justin I imagine that the Ku Klux Klan does have a stronger backing here than it does in most states. But, no more here than any other southern state. Then, stating that there is a strong support for the KKK here is like saying that only whites are racist. But, i just wanted to make the point that, it isn't all one sided. -Justin
By stating that the KKK might have a strong following in Alabama, I didn't mean for it to sound inclusive, and I know that it isn't all one sided.
Originally posted by Justin What, if you don't mind sharing, is wrong with Alabama? -Justin
Heheh. I think Transtic is going to clear out the USA and a start alphabetically...or not. I hear the KKK has a strong following in Alabama, but "All I know is that I don't know nothin."

Dear Members of the eMpTyV 'genre' of 'punk', Music is 100 times better from the underground. Bands such as Operation Ivy (two of the members are now in Rancid I think), Hi Standard (Japanese for you jfans), and Propagandhi are good. Love, Navi P.S. Whoops I forgot to list some songs. Operation Ivy - Knowledge Hi Standard - Teenagers are all assholes Propagandhi - Who will help me bake this bread P.p.s. Note that the judgement of one song does not equal a band's overall quality.
Originally posted by Lady Macaiodh i am also wearing a dead kennedys t-shirt right now. i'm punk all the way.
Jello Biafra rocks my socks. Mine is in the wash. =P
Originally posted by C_Murdah by wanting innocent ppl killed... isn't that the whole point of terrorism? killin' innocent ppl?
By that definition when people are framed for crimes they didn't commit and then later executed, that is terrorism? It's injustice. Stupid people make up the dreaded 'isms': racism, sexism... There is a difference between stupid people and dumb people though. Ever hear that story about the kids and the oven? The oven is on high and a dumb kid touches it, his reaction "Ouch. That hurts...I won't do that again." Then a stupid kid touches it, "Ouch." Touches it more. "Ouch..." Touches it more. Courtesy of Dictionary.com ter·ror·ism (tr-rzm) n. The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons

Navi replied to Navi's topic in General Discussion
You think Im bragging about reading the Hitchikers Guide to the galaxy? "Surely, you jest..." I don't brag, I inform. The topic is simple, but let me break it down into simpler form: Post a time where you've read something and laughed out loud. "No one appreciates the poor misunderstood." -
Originally posted by Char-Char,Mander-Char! "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" by Douglas Adams. The fact that there are five books in the Hitchhiker TRILOGY reeled me in right away...
Ah, I've only read the first book, didn't like it that much to pick up the rest. It is interesting though. -

The only song I can stomach by Guttermouth right now is "She's got the look". I can't stand the singer's voice but I like the melody enough to ignore it. No use for a name is starting to grow on me also.
Originally posted by Lady Macaiodh all by sublime.
Seed! The one on the left looks like a drag queen. It's nice that they made her without wings, breaking some of the 'fairy' stereotype or whatever, but her uglyness cancels it out. The one on the right is alright I guess. In the Battle of Olympus for NES the fairies looked really nice although it was...what was it, 2d?
