((^^; I just found out this was here! EEp. I'll edit that right away T Man.)) Jiro trampled past the temple, his Pixie fluttering behind him. Both of them had scowls painted on their features. "Jiro, where exactly are we going to go?" The troubled monster asked the boy. "We wander, Pixie. We kill. We honor Moo." Came the harsh response. Pixie grunted, then decided to show... "Jiro, I have a gift for you, two actually." ...Jiro the two disks she had stolen. The boy snatched them out of his monster's hands and smirked. "Good job, Pixie."

Name: Jiro Age:16 Gender: Male Appearence: Wears a black shirt, black jeans, black combat boots, and a spiked, leather dog collar. He has black hair with silver streaks in it. His bangs are shapped to cover his right eye. His eyes are an errie shade of red. Bio: Jiro grew up in a mountain village that beased its entire exsistense on monster breeding. Though he knew everyone in the village, he hated living there and made himself as distant from anyone as possible. In fact, he was glad when the New Moo came around. To get NM's approval, he did the sickest thing possible. He slaughtered the entire village, including his parents, and then burned it to the ground. Now, he lives under the cruel supervision of the New Moo. And he quite enjoys it. Okay, opinions on today's episodes: W00t! Not to shabby for American version (though I wish I could have seen to ***. version). I'm just slightly confused about something... If Yami can use his Millenium powers to "help" Mai, why doesn't he give her her memory back? And if he can send people to the Shadow Realm, why can't he bring ones sent there back? Maybe the one who sends the person there has to bring them back... who knows... Anyways, I liked the scene where Joey was trying to save Mai. I was chanting, throughout that entire scene, 'KISS HER! KISS HER!' But alas, no kiss. I can't wait til next saturday. Can someone tell me which duel it's going to be?

In the American Version, name all the duels with a shadow realm punishment in Battle City (excluding Battle Blimp/Finals) and how the loser was tobe banished there.
Originally posted by Digital Monster Question: In "The Gaunlet is Thrown", how does Yugi mis-describe the Dark Magician?
I do believe he says it's one of the strongest magic cards in the game, when he meant spellcaster.

Does anyone remember the time the made fun of 'Circle of Life' from Lion King? That had to be one of the better song parodies I've ever seen.

Kuriboh and Gaia the Feirce Knight How many duels has Yugi been in throughout D.K. and B.C.?

I love the Animaniacs. Very funny. My favorite segments would have to be Mime Time and the Warner Siblings. Oo; The Goodfeathers was occasionally good and I also loved Slappy. Writing The Sailor Moon Cast gets interveiwed
Bandit Joeykuba replied to Chichiri's Girl's topic in Creative Works
Heh, not bad. Course, I don't understand it to well, due to the fact I'm not a SM fan. -
W00t! Did anyone see today's? It was awesome. May I just say that Yami Marik is hot and awesome. I really can't believe Joey. Lying to Mai like that. The nerve, ja? And it's a shame what Mai's Shadow Game is. Especially the punishment. Talk about harsh. Anywhoose, I can't wait til next Saturday's episode.
I think that Mai loses her memory of Joey soon, according to what I've seen in the commercial.
Harpies Pet Dragon and Black Luster Soldier. My Q: How did Duke help Tristan and Serenity get away from the Rare Hunters that were chasing them?
Originally posted by Majin Megaman I think Ishizu told Kaiba that she knew he would attack her with Oblisek In the Yu-Gi-Oh! manga what was the game Mokuba and Yugi played after they met?
Actually
the Millenium Rod recognized Kaiba as it's old owner (proving that it does have it's own spirit in a way) and warns him not to play it. Oo; Strange, but accurate.
But to answer your question, they play Monster Capsules or something to that extent. My Question: What was Pegasus' reaction to Kaiba's duel disk?

Mwee. This sounds fun. Mine: Yugi and some random opponent are in a duel for some reason or another. Yugi consults Yami quite calmly. Yugi: YAMI! WE'VE LOST THIS DUEL! WE'RE SCREWED! Yami: No, Yugi! You mustn't lose faith! We can still win this if we believe in the Heart of the Cards! Yugi: No, we can't! Yami: BY THE HEART OF THE CARDS WE SHALL TRIUMPH! Yugi: Hello, Yami, are you even paying attention? We only have 50 lifepoints, no monsters or traps on the field and it's HIS TURN!!!!!!! yami: Oh. Well, in that case, we are screwed!

In elementary school, I used to read those all the time. Now it's only when I need a good laugh. R.L. Stein has to be one of my writing heroes. Not only did he write Goosebumps, but he also did Fear Street (very awesome, some of them). I also watched the shows, but they did no justice to the actual books. My favorite ones would be: -Say Cheese and Die! 1&2 -Beast From the East -The one about the superheroes (anyone remember it's name?) My favorite Fear Streets: -Cheerleaders (All four of them!) -Cat -Fear Street Trilogy (About the history of Fear Street)

I elect we post a new question and move on. It's beenway to long, in my opinion. Question: Other than Slifer and Dark Magician, name three cards on the table (in Yugi's room) before Shadi appears (this is shown between the Yami vs Yami Bakura and Joey vs Malik-Rishid).

I just finished reading this book named RIM: A NOVEL ON VIRTUAL REALITY by Alexander Besher. It's very interesting... Taking place in a futuristic time where nearly everything is technology, RIM starts off with a scene with an old man. Sounds real exciting, yes? Anyway, you find out the importance of the old man (and other characters) as the story progresses. The book is actually about a guy named Dr. Frank Gobi, ex-private eye. It's kind of confusing, seeing how it jumps from one scene (the present, I guess) to how it all occured, with no warning whatsoever. Basically,
the biggest virtual city, Virtuopolis (creative, yes?), crashes, killing many adults (especially those involved in sexual activity, according to the book) and sending kids into comas, including Gobi's own boy, Trevor. Gobi is hired by Action Wada, important figure in Virtuopolis, to reverse this virus, and save peoples lifes.
He meets many... interesting characters, some friends... and others posing to be just that. It also uses several Japanese words, but provides context clues to help the Japanese-illiterate. The ending is kind of confusing, but you figure it out if you think about it. This book is not meant for people under the age of thirteen (or even fourteen) due to suggestive and sexual scenes.

Intelligent Design in schools.
Bandit Joeykuba replied to Drix D'Zanth's topic in General Discussion
Originally posted by doukeshi03 Evolution is not a belief system, it's scientific and based on more fact than creationism.
Have you ever looked up the definition for evolutionism? ev-o-lu'tion-ism n. a theory of gradual biological change over time; a BELIEF in biological evolution. Straight from Websters, the theory of evolution is a belief system, just a intelligent design/creationism is. So is it fair that only ONE is taught in school? I think not.
Originally posted by doukeshi03 Let me point you to the evolution of moths in industrial London. Now, the original moths were brown and mottled, easily camoflauged against the trees and shrubs in the woodland areas surrounding London. However, once the industrial revolution started the trees were blackened with soot and waist from the chimenys of the ever growing factorys. Because of this the brown moths didn't survive because their comflauge didn't work. because of random mutation certain moths of the colony with darker markings survived, thus spurring on the creation of a new generation of entirely black moths...which, incidently, survived. Evolution in your back garden.
Micro-evolution my friend. Micro-evolution. True evolution is when a species turns into a completely DIFFERENT species. Like a cat turning into a dog. Besides, the New York Times has said something against that.
Originally posted by doukeshi03 Creationists are merely blind to scientific facts that have been discovered. How do you explain dinosaurs huh?
Ever hear of Dinosaur Park in Texas? Human footprints found along side the dinosaurs. Score one for creationism.
Originally posted by doukeshi03 To deny evolution to the public schooling system is merely denying pupils the chance to decide for themselves.
Yes, I'll agree with you there. BUT, by not teaching Intelligent Design, isn't that denying the students of freechoice as well? --------------------------------------- I'll end this little rant of mine with this: Charles Darwin (himself) stated in his book (Theory o Evolution... Can't think of it's title...) that ANY veiws of how man got here should be heard, not just his. He never claimed any of hisstuff to be factual, just hoped that there may be proof in the future. Okay, I'm through. -
Originally posted by DeathKnight I have been fascinated by fairies since I played the role of Oberon in a Midsummer Nights Dream a while back.
Please, do not remind me of A Midsummer Nights Dream. I still have bad mental images stuck in my head. *shudders* Anywhoose, I love dragons. They're just so... cool. O_o; Still, my favorite mythological creatures are: -Cerebrus -Dragons -Gryphons (griffons) -Harpies -Sirens -Odion's eight-legged horse (Norse mythology, can't remember it's name) AND -Anubis (Egyption; Jackel-headed god of mummification)

Writing Quotes:: What is your favorite Quote?
Bandit Joeykuba replied to AutoKill's topic in Creative Works
Straight from Sara's myotaku.com blog: Someone announced, "TV show rules!" and suddenly it was insanely fun. It was also four player, so...yeah. "I play the Blue Eyes White Dragon, which is so rare theyonly include ONE with every starter deck!" "Oh, yeah, well I play this card, PLUS I put these two cards in defense mode in front of him, so you'll never prevail!" "Oh, LOOK!! I happen to have drawn the ONLY CARD IN THE UNIVERSE that can defeat such a clever strategy!" "That doesn't work. You have to believe in the Heart of the Cards." "...I DO believe in the Heart of the Cards." "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, no. You're doing it wrong. First of all, put the deck down. Flip it over. Okay. Now put two fingers on it...right...Now you have to go on a long soliloquy about how much is riding on this one card. Then you can draw it." "Okay...I have to draw the right card. I don't know what card it is, because I'm pretty much totally skerred--" "--by two cards in defense mode?" "Shuddup yo face--but there's so much riding on this one draw. Sara is counting on me. Little Timmy--" "Ooh, look! I play these five cards in a special formation that makes them look like a starfighter. Beat that!" "Oh, yeah? Well I play this funny looking judge guy. He rules that YOU LOSE!" "Yeah? Well, my card is shiny, and bribes your judge guy, and he's kicked out of the law...thingy...and I replace him with MY judge-guy!" "I play this cool elf chick, and she beats all of you." "Hey, does anyone have the panda? Because whoever has the panda is Mackdaddy. The panda is cool." "I have the panda." "Oh...It's official; he wins. I mean, just look at his card--it's a freakin' PANDA. There's no way you can beat that." --------------------------------- Other Qoutes: "You have caused me pain... I do not like that." -Rando (Yu Yu Hakusho) "You mean... like a sacrifice?"-Yusuke (YYH) "Do I look like the devil?"- KoEnma (YYH) "HOLY CHEESE ON RYE!"- Yusuke Urameshi "If you tell the lie long enough, loud enough, and often enough, the people will believe it's true." -Adolf Hitler "Kaiba... You will probably experience DEATH in that world... But don't worry. It's pnly a nightmare... only an illusion." -Yami Yugi (Will probably update later)
