Is this thing ever going to get under way?

Umm, could you please post the one/ones I missed! I am really curious, being I [b]love[/b] Outlaw Star and don't know what I got wrong.

Well, I am [I]trying[/I] to get a hold of Shyguy so we can figure out when the first chat is going to be. But he hasn't been on aim yet today. :p I am pretty sure the first topic will be something like, why you like Outlaw Star and your favorite stuff, not to mention getting to know everyone who has joined! After a bit of talking me and Shyguy decided an Outlaw Star fan club would help the forum along a bit. To join you must post theese things. 1. Your OB name 2. Your Favorite OLS Character 3. Your Favorite OLS Episode 4. Your Aim s/n Every once in a while we will get together in an aim chatroom and discuss a specific subject having to do with Outlaw Star. Also jobs will be appointed, as an example lets say someone good with graphics joins, we could make him the official banner maker. Of course there is going to be alot of censorship in America. I mean it even was aired in the middle of the day in the Toonami block. :p But since it's now aired on Adult Swim they should at the [B]very[/B] least show blood. But they don't. Go figure.

I think they keep them to use as an example. Say, I was looking around and I noticed a favorites topic was closed. I would know not to post them. ;)

Has anyone see this anime? I was reading about it at a website but wasn't sure if it was worth the hassle of earning the money to buy it. So does anybody know?

I saw the movie and it was great! It shoot straight up on my "Favorite Anime Movies List". It's at #2! Mononke Hime (Princess Mononoke) is still the best though. :P Have you seen the movie? If so which were your favorite parts? ;) I think the best part was the fight at the begginging, the one that Kenshin keeps playing over and over again in his mind.

Cowboy Bebop is #2 on my favorite anime list. Outlaw Star being #1. The ending was perfect. It [B]is[/B] the undisputed best ending for an anime ever. ;) But, as much as I would like to see more Bebop I doubt it will ever happen.

[/B][/QUOTE] Outlaw Star is currently airing on Cartoon Network at 1:30 am on Saturdays. :) On subject, I'll have to go with everyone else lazy editors. The episode is great though, I recomend it to anyone!

The only thing I didn't [B]love[/B] about Outlaw Star is the ending. It was a good ending and all, but I don't really like the whole happy ending thing. I am more into someone dieing at the end and making it sad. ;) But, Outlaw Star is still a wonderful series none the less (My personal favorite).

I haven't read [B]all[/B] of the manga yet but so far the only big difference I have noticed is that Gene is [B]way[/B] more of a pervert in the manga. There are some scenes with Melfina in them that are just....wrong. ;)

I am quite a big fan of Outlaw Star and even it's a manga sequel and not anime, [B]it's a sequel none the less![/B] Besides sometimes reading the series is better than watching it. I can't wait for more news on this. ;)

But yes, I liked Tree Of Might, in fact it was my favorite DBZ: Movie for a while. But it just gets boring when you watch it a certain amount of times. I still always pop the tape in every once in a while. But my personal favorite is Movie 13. The Dragon Punch is just too cool!

I have only seen the movie, so alot of this conversation is confusing me. :rolleyes: But, I don't know what you are talking about Rick Hunter, I thought it was great. Maybe your comparing it to the series or something I don't know. :p
