Go read up on some poetry online. Then after you've done that, read it again, and again, and again. You shouldn't post every poem you make, because like you said, you're just experimenting. With [u]a lot[/u] more practice, you'll be able to make [u]much[/u] better poems. I would have to agree with Logan on this one. It [i]doesn't[/i] make any sense. Edit: Also try to use better vocabulary in your poems.

My freshman year was quite fun. Don't be nervous, because being in high school really isn't any different than being in jr. high (It wasn't for me anyway). Just make new friends, join clubs, and most importantly don't panic! Sure there will be a lot of people calling you a stupid freshman (It really annoyed me), but there always is, so just ignore it.

I never said it was bad, I just stated that it wasn't perfect. I said everything can use improvement. If you keep working on more poems, they will eventually get much better.

[/B][/QUOTE] No one said it was wrong, because someone said it was wrong. If you don't use protection, you're in your early teens, and you have a kid...you have a problem. That's reason enough for someone to think it's wrong. Condom's can break, or they can be misused, even if you use protection there's still a chance of something going wrong.

Has anyone ever found anything interesting in their food? If you have, what did you do? One time I found a maggot in my rice. It blended in with the rest of the rice very nicely. You know how there?s little black spots sometimes on the rice? Well that?s what it?s head looked like. It?s body just looked like a piece of rice period. I almost ate it, but I was being very cautious of what I put in my mouth as usual. When I found it I just threw all the rice away. I?m positive it was in the packaging because I had just opened the bag and put it into a clean pan (I?m a little bit of a germ freak so I always inspect pans before I use them to make sure they?re clean).

I think it looks fine, except there are a few spots where it isn't tinted pink. I?d give it an 8/10. You may have used a lot of pink, but things start to not look so great if you use too many of the wrong colors. For example if it was red, green, and yellow it would hurt everyone?s eyes.

In fact, I'm sure a lot of people, maybe even on this forum, have it much worse than you do(even if they don't post about it). I don't see anything wrong with the poem. Especially since you're only 13, and you don't write poetry often. It could use a lot of improvement though (there?s always room from improvement), so keep at it.

I would like to be some sort of graphic designer. I really enjoyed working in Photoshop during a video production class I took my freshman year of high school (I?m going to be a junior next year). If I can?t do that then I might want to be a web designer. Hopefully I wouldn?t work extremely long hours, because I would like to get out a lot, and maybe even travel every once in a while. If could work at home that would be even better.

Adobe Image Ready comes with Photoshop right? I don't know about you, but I don't have that kind of money. I suggest you check out Jasc Animation Shop. In fact if you have the $$ you should get Paint Shop Pro (it comes with Animation Shop). I don't really like the new version (8.0) so I would suggest you try to find 7. If you bought 7 it would be a lot cheaper as well ^_^. Go to [url]www.jasc.com[/url] if you want to buy Animation Shop. You can't get Paint Shop Pro 7 there, but I think amazon.com has it.

It's very original, but a little plain (which is probably what you were going for). I never would have thought to make an image of the night sky for a sig.

Have you looked into getting a Java IRC chat? I don't know how much it would cost, but I assume it would have better moderation than the current chat.

I asked the same question in a previous thread and everyone went against me. Oh well, I agree with just about everything you said. I think you put it much better than I did.

People always ask me what my screen name means. To be honest, it doesn't mean ANYTHING. I just wanted a sn for AIM that didn't have any numbers. XeEmO sounded cool so I just stuck with it. My real name is Allen and I have no idea what it means.

Last year I tried to work out a lot. I didn't really get anywhere and I ended up quitting. Most of this year though I've been playing DDR. Playing that game for an hour is about the equivalent to running for an hour.

I haven't seen anything worth watching this summer. I've been watching shows on Noggin made for depressed pre-teens (i.e. Degrassi). There so stupid it's funny.

Meh, I don't like Good Charlotte or NFG. A friend of mine plays that crap whenever I drive with him. It really pisses me off. Seriously, why do people like these bands? Is it just because they're in the spotlight?

I would have to say Office Space is by far the funniest movie I've ever seen. All the people in it are so real. When you watch it the characters remind you of certain types of people.

What Photoshop/Paint Shop Pro filters do you think are most useful? A year ago, I would have probably said blinds (paint shop pro). It used to look really cool when someone used the effect. Now everyone does it so it doesn't look as good. Another filter that everyone uses is the lens flare. When will people understand that it looks crappy! Recently I've been staying away from filters all-together, because I can't find any good ones. Does anyone know of a place online I can get more for free? Edit: Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I just thought it fit here.

I just can't take techno seriously anymore after going to my school's "Techno Night". Now when I think of techno, I think of having a headache in a room, with a bunch of dancing freaks equipped with mighty glow sticks! AHH! -Yeah?you just had to have been there I guess.

I saw this on the action channel a few times. It was pretty good for a movie based on a video game. Did the video game even have a story? I rented it once and beat it, but I don't recall any storyline whatsoever.

The friends of mine who like anime like Akira. The friends of mine who don't like anime don't usually like Akira. I on the other hand liked it for many reasons. The animation tops most animes. It was very detailed and was pleasant to look at. The story was great, as well as thought provoking (that's always a plus). It was just all around a great movie.

I don't see a huge problem with this, just as long as the students attending the school want to go to it.

I have no idea if this is a problem with my computer or OB. Either way it doens't really matter to me, because I don't need to switch screen names. When I hit log out, it doesn't let me log out. It says all cookies cleared, but when I return to the boards I'm still logged in. Has anyone had a problem with this in the past, or does anyone currently have a problem with it?

I love Family Guy. It's just so random and it doesn't make much sense. There aren't too many shows like that on the air. (well the Simpsons is starting to go there, but they suck at it.)

I would like to get a tattoo as soon as I can. If I get one, I want it to be very original. My plan right now is to get one of a pirate drinking a carton of milk.
