Yu Yu Hakusho!

[color=darkgreen]As for me being a female, I sort of don't like to think of the idea that other women are sort of just raising their hands and wanting to pose naked for some horny pricks to stare at them in photos. I'm very umm....well....picky when it comes to morals. That's just how I was raised. Sure enough, if you want to go pose naked, go right ahead. I'm not stopping you. I just don't like the idea of thinking of my boyfriend looking at a playboy mag...I just don't like porn or anything of the sort. And then we come to nudity and art.... I do believe that porn and sort of 'nude art' like naked paintings of women or men are totally different. I have nothing against that sort of art. The funny thing about that is in my class, we were watching a historical video about Italy and they showed 'David' the statue of that man in Rome, I think it is. (I'm pretty sure that Leonardo de Vinci sculpted that one) and the whole class started making noises and faces like some children...and we're all 14 and 15. So immature...and then the boys turn around and have a porn mag in class. Eh, but they're men. They really just can't seem to control themselves sometimes....[/color]

We're taking our annual TAKS tests right now. Tommorow is the last one which is the US History test. It's really easy, so I'm not worried. The math and reading tests have been a breeze...so I'm content.

That was a good part. I'm going to try to get my dad to watch it with me soon! He'll probably like it, since it is sort of sci-fi.... I also thought that it was made recently. Until I saw the date. That animation is AWESOME!! They did such a great job.

I live in Texas...way down south. I've never seen snow in my life. I'm glad that I don't have summer school. I'm ending the year with all A's as a final grade for the end of the year. My friend has to go: sounds like hell to me.

I didn't see any other Akira threads. [color=green] I am slow with some of my Anime movies...but I finally had the chance to watch Akira in Japanese and English. I LOVED IT!!! Akira has to be one of the best Anime EVER. The art....or the art of it's time is just amazing. Such wonderfun detail and color shouldn't be taken for granted. The English dubbing was alright, but of course, I still like the Japanese version better. One thing about watching the DVD in Japanese really surprised me: I could almost totally understand everything. I didn't have the subtitles on either! ;P Anyway, I'm sure most of you have seen Akira. How do you feel about the movie? BTW: Akira means 'bright' if you don't already know. (I knew that by heart! I'm so proud!) *self praise...*>

Miyazaki is brillant with his movies 'Spirited Away' and 'Princess Monoke' (hope I spelled it right I don't feel like getting it out at the moment). I know a lot of people that never watch Anime that like those movies. Americans take a lot of things for granted...but overall, as a Japanese movie producer, he would have to be the most popular/famous/excepted or well liked in the US. As for Anime....Akira Toriyama. Yoshihiro Togashi is on my list!

I think our first day of school was August 16th.

[color=green]I can't wait until we get out of school. I'm really fed up with my math teacher. She insists on giving us homework every day....like huge packets and book work. Anyway, we get out on the 30th of May. I think it's so stupid the way things are at our school. Ok, so we have Monday off, which is Memorial Day. Then we have to go back to school for 4 days to sit there and do NOTHING!! That's what happened last year. *grumbles* But a good thing is that we have half days for the last 3 days. Lotsa sleep, lotsa friends, lotsa running, and lotsa booze...^^; (that last one is to be taken as a joke...) Summer camp would be fun if it wasn't at the YMCA. We don't know of any other day camps. My parents just don't want me to go to a camp away from home....don't know why. I was going to see my sister in LA but suddenly she decided she wanted to go to Germany... I am hoping to learn to play the gituar...and earn lotsa money to buy all this stuff I've been wanting. And I do hope that my dentist takes this crap outta my mouth... *throws toothbrush at mean dentist*

Ana was dragging her across the concrete like a rag doll. She stopped abruptly and was being eyed suscipiousely by a nearby police officer that raids the school in the daytime. 'Where is he......' Ana asked herself. 'Where the hell is who?' Lily asked. 'The boy.' 'What, you have the hots for him now or something?' 'No. But you do!' 'Me! You're the one that got the e-mail!' 'Oh my God! I remember now!' 'Remember what?' 'There was one part of the e-mail that said, "I will be nearby watching you." And it was signed, "Your true love."' I'm not allowed to have a BF....so there. I mean, I did have little pecks with boys when I was in grade school, but so did everyone else. It never meant anything to me, and I can't remember anything. Man, you guys are so lucky! This sucks. I guess you could say I've never really kissed anyone before...like a real kiss. That'l have to wait for someone special. ;)
