Anime Pegasus's Deck? Is that feasible?

This is a call-out to the Deck building masters. I'm interested in building a deck similar to Pegasus's, but is it really a good idea to use Toons and Relinquished in the same deck? What kind of cards would that entail?
(My theory is that there are a few key cards you keep in a side-deck.)
If it needs some mid-level monsters, I'd use Witty Phantom and Kourmi Dragon. (Not 'cuz they're good, but because I like them And the deck's about your personality, right? :D )
If it isn't feasible, what kind of Toon or Relinquish deck could I make with US cards? (I'm willing to wait for soon-to-be-released stuff)

Well a Toon deck and a Relinquished deck are different things.

Toons would include: Toons! Toon World, and DEFIANATLY a Toon Search. Three of them. Also cards that stall or help you draw faster. But you'll need some non-toon cards as well. For now stick with La Jinns or Mechanical Chasers, Man-Eater Bugs, and as always, Magicians of faith.

Wait till Pegasus Structure. They have a lot of good Toon Cards.

But for a Relinquished deck you'll need: Relinquished and Ritual, Sonic Birds and Senju Gods, Dark-Eyes Illusionist (later), Thousand-Eyes Sacrifice, and to do that you'll need Thousand-Eyes Idol, but since that is a really crappy card I would replace that with Versgao.
And other cards that help with a Relinquished deck are in a certain theme: A Control theme, that set up everything and play everything in your favor. Like Change of heart and Snatch Steal, Stop Defense and Block attack (I'm pretty sure that fits Control).
