Guest cloricus
This is to be kept serious, please. No more "we all know where this thread is going" crap as well. I really don't want responses to what people have put yet, the time will come. I would like to keep it to people who have been here awhile and people who are well known. (Includes people who think they are well known.) Thank you to James and gokents who have put real in-depth posts and people try to stick with that standard. Use this as a thread where you can express how you think others view you with out them saying "your wrong we all hate/love/think you are stupid" crap. Yes if you really want you can say your view as long as it is constructive and worthwhile. As for gokents yes I believed that you were "arrogant, super right wing conservative" and on top of that an ******* who had too much pride for an over all disgusting country, but I've changed my mind since then and I think I was wrong. I don't really know what to write after than but I no longer view you in that way and respect your views. Most of them in my opinion are correct. Did I mention I went mad a few months ago, well while I was being mad I read over allot of the things I had written and saw how wrong/crap they were so I would like to apologise to James and you for that. Sorry. (This might not of come out the way I wanted to put it?) -Lord Epssy
enigma
I'm just an average person. When people see my name, they don't know who I am, so they just think of me as another person. (at least i think they do.) So that's my answer to your question Cloricus.
Alley Catt
Well this is weird, you want my opinion? I hardly ever post on otaku, though i always read the threads. So in respect to otaku people I have no idea about the opinion that they hold me in. In the real world though, I also have no idea. It is hard to determine what people think of me. I think that I am too quiet and shy for my own good but that is only my personal opinion. I could not say what people think of me because I am not them. Well there you go Cloricus. That is my opinion of what people think of me as truthfully as I can make it.

BabyGirl
I've made both friends and enemies here, especially throughout my duration of moderating. I'm sure that there are those who truely dislike me because I came on as being "too strict" or whatever, though I'm sure there are also those who think that strictness was a good thing. So actually, even though I am a rather agreable person to begin with, I have no idea what the majority of people around here think of me :whoops:

Mnemolth
I'm not sure what you're after cloricus. I suspect there are probably three general opinions of me. 1) Mnemolth seems pretty cool. Intelligent, insightful and articulate. A little strange and way too long winded sometimes tho. 2) Mnemolth, he's ok. I ignore half of his posts tho. Way too much to read. Then he starts using big words and bleh... and wtf is with his name anyway? Did he just try to find the hardest thing to spell or something? Sheesh... 3) Arrogant, presumptious, condescending, patronising, egoistical...what else is new? Just another wannabe trying to sound smart. I guess minority #1, majority #2 and minority #3. It may be more people in #1 now because I've posted quite a bit recently, and then there's the quiz and stuff, but that would easily drop the more I post my opinions and the less I post generally, if it has not already done so, and #3 would probably pick up a little. Generally on this Board I feel somewhat frustrated. That's not so surprising since most of you are way way out of my age group, and your experiences are consequently limited. But hey...you know what they say...kids will often surprise you...;)
Ravenstorture
The general opinion I find is that people on here think of us (harlequin and I) the same way we are thought of in real life. Psychopathic, sadistic, intelligent, talented, freaky, bloodcrazed lovers. But that's because that is exactly what we are . My nails don't work on the net too well, but then again, our ability to be completely graphic in our prophecies aids us to the cause. We are not as feared here though. however, I did freak Phantom out there a bit in that pic thread... I guess if I had to sum it up in one word, I would say... respected. Generally, I think I get on with most people OK here.. Occasionally I can really disagree with someone and it almost sounds as if I'm saying "I HATE YOU!!!!", but generallyit's not meant that way.. the few people that actually manage to talk to me on AIM/MSN (Not that I ignore lots of people, I'm just not on when lots of people are), tend to find me alright and mildly amusing.. and I have a wail of a time on messengers with people I talk to a lot, but I can also be serious (not in a 'strict' way, just in a 'OK.. I'll not make any jokes' way) when the situation dictates it.. So yeah.. I dunno about otakuboards generally, but I think I get on well with most people, and if I have a personal disagreement with something (unless we're actually debating it in the thread) I'll usually PM the person rather than lead the thread way off topic and cause a fight.. Mnemolth
Deus: My age group would be ancient. At least that is how Sara refers to me. :D Let's put it another way. :) If a 19 yr old punk can crap all over a 13 yr old kid for being stupid and ignorant, chances are I can crap all over the 19 yr old punk for the same reasons. :D
Sere Tuscumbia
I have to say that I can't be that well respected. Anyone who knows me just thinks that I'm insane. Well, ok, I AM, but I can be quite serious when push-comes-to-shove. And sometimes I'm serious even when I don't have to. And I also have butted heads more than once with a certain few members on OB, so I know some people who don't think highly of me. Heck, I don't think ANYONE thinks HIGHLY of me. So I'd have to say I'm . . . well, average.

Guest cloricus
Off the subject. (Ashyxia and those others.) Any way that's most of the people I put on the first post. So now say what your opinion of a person that has posted. (Only - no random people.) You flame some one and I'll report you, this is just for the people to see what other members of the board think compared to what they think. -Raven and Harlequin are not allowed to post their feeling on me, I get enough of your crap at school.- -Lord Epssy
James
I think Mnemolth's comment about everyone being so young is somewhat condescending. I've met a lot of dumbass 25 - 30 year olds in my time. lol I mean, unless you're 40 or 50...I don't think you're necessarily any more smart than most people here. I don't know how I'd rate everyone on their intelligence in general, but I know quite a few people younger than me who would certainly be able to keep up mentally. :)
Justin
I don't really know what people think of me here. I'm sure many don't know me well, firstly. The ones that do seem to generally think I'm OK. So I'll choose Average. -Justin
Mina
People at my school, home -i really don't know what they think exactly, but i am sure some of them think I am better than just OK. Can't be absolutely sure, though, as there always seems to be someone that hates you, heh. But anyway, I'd say I'm fairly well liked. I try to be friendly, especially when modding, like when I close a thread, so I don't come off as a "big bad mod" lol. Mnemolth
Wrist Cutter: I'm not dissatisfied with you dude. I don't even know you! But yeah, you do seem to come on a little too strong sometimes, but I'm sure you'll find your own balance in your own time. :D Sara: Well I guess then you have very little respect for me, ne? Just kidding with ya dudette. Never take me too seriously. I am a joke after all. ;) Lady Asyphxia: But my dear, you are a juvenile. Act your age! Huh?? What did you say? Act my age?? How dare you!! You should know better than to answer back to your elders! How rude!! ;) James: You bit on my bait, but, if you don't mind, I don't think I'll return the favour. ;) But back to the topic at hand, "everyone hates you and you're a bastard and we wish you weren't admin". I've never actually read anything even coming close to that anywhere. But I guess I haven't been around long enough. :D Certainly I don't think you're a bad admin. I think you're ok. You've got the usual weaknesses that afflicts most admins, but that is counter balanced with the usual strengths that are often found in most admins. Rain: I don't like you, and I'm not afraid to say so! I mean you are so inconsiderate. You show up where you're not wanted, when we've already had enough of you, and you flood up all the gutters and canals. And then when we really need you, when the farmers pray and beseech your presence, you don't show up at all! Its like you're taunting us or something. :D TN: No, I'm sure everyone is aware you're not about to change dude. Hmm...*glances about his room* Now where is my ID card? *tears his room apart looking for it desparately* Demmit! I need that ID card! I can't live without it! *continues to rummage through the rubble of his room muttering* F*ck! f*ck! F*ck! Shyguy: Okay dude, I have no idea what you're saying! *lol* First you say you seem to have more friends when you weren't a mod, then you go on to say that now people talk to you because you're a mod? Then you say you think you're well liked despite a cult following in Digimon?? Huh??? Sorry....me er.. :stupid: Babygirl: I don't think you're too strict when moderating. But I do sometimes get the impression that you stick up for your friends sometimes. Not altogether a bad thing. Oh, and I also sometimes get the impression that you're a little bit of a bimbo? I'm not sure why....*slap* Ouch! *rubs sore face* That was uncalled for! What did I say? *punch* Ooowww!! Hey, don't get violent, I'm sorry. I apologise. *falls on knees and begs forgiveness* Sere: Butted heads?? *rubs sore skull as he glances at the Buffy thread in Movies forum* Indeed. And you know you shouldn't. You should know how sensitive and insecure I am! :bawl:

You see, back when I was a regular member I had a small group of loyal and trusted friends (most of whom are still here today). We were really close, but then I became a moderator. The little group kind of diverged, and new people started talking to me because I was a mod. Not because of anything else, only because I was a mod. That is not popularity, it is people trying to kiss up to the staff members. But aside from that, the friends that I do have here are more than enough for me. And very few people like me in Digimon anymore.... understand now? -Shy
