Vegita's hair looked brown because Namek's atmosphere is green and when you put a dominant green by black, it looks brown... even though he had brown hair before he got to Namek.... so yeah... i dunno :p

Anyway, about Trunks' hair...
Isn't lavender a lot darker than Trunks' hair? I thought lavender was closer to indigo or something. Oh well, I was never good at naming light colors. But yeah, let's just all settle on "purple." It's just vague enough to work.

Trunks has Purple because his mom has Blue and his dad has black So the Blue just got a little darker. So thats probaly why he has the hair like it is. It may just be a color that just came out of the Blue(No pun intended). When he goes into his SSJ forms he has yellow hair just like the rest of them. So once he's SSJ there is only yellow no purple.

ok, as to trunks' hair, haven't you guys ever seen Dr Briefs hair? it's a silvery purple right? and as far as which planet vegeta was on when his hair looked completely brown, it was Arlia, you know, the planet with those bug people, and who cares what color Bulma's hair is, she's a chick, i mean, whenever my hair gets boring or starts to grow out i dye it, and believe it or not it's not always the same color!wow!

:D I've heard Purple, Lavender, Lilac, Mauve, PINK, and even Silver, but never grey. Well, there were these few eps at the end of the Cell saga cos Cartoon Network had a Tech problems. It is currently Lavender, but it goes vey dark Purple in GT.:D
