Gaming Who is your favorite pokemon in the game, and why?

Darn it! Why'd you have to have Scizor and Mewtwo?! Those are two of my favorites, along with Haunter. They look cool. Mewtwo has strong psychic powers, Scizor (I have pretty much an army of them on my silver version) is fast, and Haunter is a ghost type, which I think is one of the strongest types.

Although Charmander is not one of my favorites, I chose it because I used it as my starter pokémon more than any other. I paid more attention to it for that reason. Charizard, like all the other starter evolutions, is better, so I never stopped them from evolving.

I was considering Pikachu, which is good any time outside of yellow. In, the yellow version, Pikachu is annoying. :ball:

My first Pokémon game was Pokémon Yellow Version, and I've loved those little electric mice ever since. :D I guess the reason I like them so much is because they're mice, they're cute, they're an electric type, and the one in Yellow and the cartoon has an attitude, heh.[/color]

Mine are a toss up between Alakazam, Zapdos, and Mewtwo. But I would have to say mewtwo.

Ditto for me! My favorite Pokemon are Alakazam, Espeon, and Ninetales, but I voted for Mewtwo because he is most closely related to Alakazam. Here's why I like 'em:

Alakazam: It's my best Pokemon in Pokemon Yellow, Silver, Gold, and Crystal! That's all of my games!

Espeon: Espeon is just plain cool, but I like the name and the way he looks.

Ninetales: She reminds me of myself. I mean, we're both smart and vengeful, and we both do curses if someone bothers us!

Well my favorite pokemon is not listed. It would have to be Beyleaf though. But since you have Chikorita listed I would have to go with him from on the list.

I like Beyleaf because it is a grass type pokemon, and because I just think he is really cool.

My favorite is POLIWRATH!!!!His attacks is [size=5]WAY[/size] to powerful and easily take advantage with the Mind Reader+(Dynamic Punch or Fissure).And his attack stats fits for his FIghting attributes.In my view,Poliwrath is the key to victory.

[COLOR=blue]Well what do you know? In Gold, I have a Poliwrath that knows Surf, Mind Reader, Dynamicpunch, and Fissure!!! I agree; he's a good Pokemon. But I bet a Psychic like Alakazam could KO him before he could use that combo, especially since Dynamicpunch is a Fighting attack, and what if the opponent is at a higher level and holding a Bitter Berry? My Espeon beat Chuck's Poliwrath easily!!![/COLOR]

Where the heck is the whole Eevee family tree? My favorites are Eevee itself, Espeon, and Umbreon.
Eevee: Because it gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling.
Espeon: A character in one of my fan ficcies has a female Espeon named Psyche. Psyche loves messing around with Sara's (that's my fic trainer's name) boyfriend and driving him insane!
Umbreon: A friend of mine asked me to evolve her Eevee, Kite, into an Umbreon. Since another Eevee had evolved into an Espeon at level 41, she thought Kite would evolve with friendship at around level 40. He tried to evolve this morning at level 32! But I stopped him, 'cause that would have just resulted in another Espeon.

I agree with you all the way! The evolved forms of Eevee (I call them "Eevolutions") are soooo cool! My favorite is Espeon, but I like them all, including Eevee itself!

Eevee: CUUUTE!!! Eevee is sooooo cute! :love2: And, in one episode, en Eevee beat Team Rocket's Pokemon when Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon didn't! That's a perfect example of Pokemon underestimation!

Vaporeon: Vaporeon is so cool! It's one of the few Pokemon that can turn invisible, or in this case, melt into water and disappear! I just love how Vaporeon uses that Acid Armor Attack! I had a Vaporeon in my old Yellow game, and it was a good Pokemon against the Elite Four!!!

Jolteon: Jolteon is my least favorite Eevolution, but he's cool in his own ways. How many other Pokemon can turn its fur into needles and shoot it at its opponent? Uhhh... None, I think. But Jolteon can! How shocking!

Flareon: Flareon is so not cool. But that doesn't mean I hate him! Of course Flareon isn't cool--he's [COLOR=red]HOT!!![/COLOR] Hot is definitely a better word for him, since he's a Fire-type. I think he's the Eevolution that looks the most like Eevee. Just look at the two of them--they look so similar!

Espeon: Oooooo, Espeon's my favorite Eevolution, not to mention my second favorite Pokemon. Just like the reviews say, Espeon is like a mini-Mewtwo in some ways. Espeon looks pretty cool too--another reason why he's my favorite!!! I have an Espeon in Gold, and he's my second best Pokemon! (Of course, first is Alakazam.) To tell you the truth, probably the reason I like Alakazam better than Espeon is that he's my best Pokemon in all of my games, plus he resembles Mewtwo better. Oh well, Espeon is pretty hard to get because you have to tame an Eevee to get one... I wish Espeon and Umbreon evolve from Eevee using a Stone...

Umbreon: I just love the way Umbreon looks, especially in Pokemon Stadium 2! That black fur with a hint of dark blue, those yellow rings on its ears and tail, those glaring red eyes... Umbreon is just plain old cool!
