Te-ze is just Katakana for Thesis.... so Te-ze beings a foriegn word, sometimes it is translated into just english, despite what they say in the song. Like take the song Pink Spider by hide. The song is titled in Katakana, which says PINKU SUPAIDAA . But do people call it PINKU SUPAIDAA? No, they call it Pink Spider cause thats what he is meaning because Katakana is used for foriegn words like English in MANY cases..... So yeah, if he wanted to use all Japanese lyrics and how they pronounce the words, Te-ze would be correct, however, thesis is still correct. Thats the horror of Romanji sometimes..... Katakana can be a bi?ch cause some people leave it as English, others leave it as the Japanese sounding romanization.... regardless, both are correct And the difference between the choices is that some are guys and some are girls, some are older, some are younger... and I still think Shinji is Bi..... there's alot of Yaoi with him and Kaworu.... but then again, there's alot of hentai with him and ALL the girls.... ofcourse those have nothing to dow ith series, but i think in the series you get the feeling that he would do either.... Just for the record, Safer probably watched the opening of EVA and copied down what it said, technically, the person who romanized those lyrics were wrong... You can still tell it's the opening to EVA... when Safer first showed me, I knew it was right away... I think Asuka likes Shinji deep inside, as well as I think Rei does too (i dunno if that was ever said in the series or not)... and Shinji... well.. Shinji is a pervert.... he'll take what he can get, but then again, what 14 year old boy wouldn't... esspecially when he's a cutie like he is :).... so yeah.... hahaha....
