Spikey
So someone has seen it. No, I haven't but I want to. I am going to see a movie today, but I can't tell you yet. I can't wait till I get to see that Harry Potter.
::Ex-Soldier::
It seem alright. Although, it had a few bad reviews. No ones praising the movie, (not that it matters) and alot are putting it down.
Syk3
I saw it yesterday; it was...okay. I mean, I felt that it was better than the first, but they need a lot better actors, and there were some parts that they could have made more similar to the book, regardless of time, but they changed it and made it worse. The bad thing about the acting was that the people were either saying their line too fast, or just not in character. A perfect example of this was Ron's dad, who was a horrible actor. On the contrary, Malfoy and his father are both great actors (did you notice his dad from The Patriot?). I suppose that it's easier to play an evil character than a good one. The action scenes, however, were better than the first one. For example, on the first one, the person playing Harry was quoted saying he enjoyed the part when he was under the invisibility cloak; not much action. In the second movie, he was quoted saying that he liked the part where he almost fell out of a flying car. Which one has more action? You decide. I'll probably watch it again, to understand it better and whatnot. That's usually when I make my final decision on a movie. This one was better than the first, in my opinion, but I still didn't like it that much.
amibasuki
I have no intention of seeing the second movie. the first one screwed up my image of the book bad enough as it is, I'm sure this one wouldn't help much either.

Sara
I'll probably go see it with some of my friends some time soon. It sounds like fun, and the first one wasn't terrible--it's fun to see how other people see the characters, as opposed to how I always picture them.

I just wouldn't feel right if I never saw one of the movie versions when I had the chance, you know? And I wholeheartedly agree with Sara; it is pretty cool to see how other people imagined the book, heh.

sydney
the problem with the movie was over acting to compensate for the underacting. The acting was very bad. Personaly I hated the move. But that wont stop hoards of people flocking to the theaters to see it anyway. I suggest not seeing this movie.
Solo Tremaine
I can't wait to go. I did really like the first one, although Hermione really did annoy me with her over-emphasised mouth movements that they tell you to do in drama school. That happened in Hook, too. You wouldn't believe how much it gets up my nose. Anyway, I want to see Kenneth Branagh with Alan Rickman. Should be good. It'll probably only be for a second, but I like them both lots. Daniel Radcliffe plays Harry well, I think. well, he did in the first movie. I'm a sucker for things like that, though, and I often won't notice bad acting if I like the film. Dungeons and Dragons is a classic example of bad plot and acting. I didn't like the way Hagrid's character was played down a lot in Film one. There are loads of other things I didn't like so much, but I'll ramble to myself about them else we'll get off topic.

That it had bad actors and could have been filmed much better than the way it was. I agree that this one is better than the first one, but they both still seem to bring down the series. Wormmon's Tamer
I heard it was better than the first movie. Is that true?
Genkai
Yeah, It was better... But I like them both. To prvent it from screwing up your view, you have to read the books before and after you see it for the firxst time.. Then, the next times you see it it isnt necessary....For me at least. *shrugs* I thought Alan Rickman, Tom Felton, and Rupert Grit were the best actors. Bonniw Wright wasnt as good as I had hoped... And I despise Emma Watson... My friends are obsessed with Alan Rickman, they love him far too much...
Solo Tremaine
The only thing I've really got against Emma Watson is her over-accentuated mouth movements. It's so annoying. But other than that I think she's fine. She certainly looks nice, anyway. Daniel Radcliffe says he may not do Goblet of Fire. That's disappointing, but I can see why. He'd be too old to do the others, really, by that time. And I guess he doesn't want to be type-cast, either. That's fair enough. Has anyone seen any films by the future director of Azkaban, Alfonso Cuarón. I've never heard of him before. Ring any bells?
Defcon5
True the acting was bad, but I also think that some of it could have been fixed by the director. Like the part where the sword appears out of the hat. The way he picked it up it was like swords appear in the sorting hat everyday. Even that doesn't happen in the "Wizarding world" and the last half an hour or so was kinda like Jarassic Park lol.
Guest Matt
I don't intend on seeing it, but from what I have heard from people, it is pretty good. Better than the first.

Imp
So did I! That movie was long but good! I liked every scene with Dobby in it, especially where he was set free. Hee hee hee so funny... Then there's the time when Tom Riddle wrote his name in the air, and the letters rearranged to say "I Am Lord Voldemort". Hee hee heee...
