I myself find this game very fun, chao raising can keep me entertain for quite long, and getting the emblems is just ever so challenging. But the final boss fight, is SOOOOOOOo FUN!
what do yall think of this game?

I like the first one for Dreamcast better. I love part two eternally for Shadow, but when i played this game on Game Cube i felt to many restrictions on the play. Honestly i liked the Dreamcasts movement better. The levels in part two however are undoubtfully wicked. I like that in the game they have a Nights poster, that is my favorite game of all time...

I didn't enjoy the sensitivity of the GameCube analogue stick when playing compared to the Dreamcast. Although Battle has a few extra features for the GC, I don't think it was a worthwhile attempt at porting it, as they could have done so much more.

Well, personally I love it. But not what you would think. I love raising chao! It's the most interesting and fun part of the game. As for the end......

Spoilers

Do you think Shadow really died, many people think that the flash was his chaos control.

End Spoilers

All in all it was a fin game, that I am not really that good at. One of my friends is the master chao raiser though. I would have a good chao, but it's hard to raise something at a friends house. :p

One of my friends has this game, and I've played it a bit, but not too much. I liked the levels with Sonic and Shadow, but the controls are a little too twitchy. I'd just barely push the control stick to the side, and it'd jerk me around way farther than I wanted to go. It was especially annoying when I was jumping from rail to rail on one level. Made lining up with the rails really hard while falling towards them.

But, um...why would it be not as good because it's a port? I don't see why that would matter very much, unless they really screwed something up when they ported it.

Since I had never played/owned SA or SA2, I found SA2: Battle very fun. I especially like the Sonic levels, the background music was pretty cool for them too.

But, I found the Tails levels quite boring, too slow for my liking. And the Knuckles levels were.. just very very annoying, they took way too long.

Overall it is a pretty fun game, which is made even funner (funner, lol) by the Chao raising. :)

I only liked the vs. games.
The levels were way~ too easy. I actually just turned it off because I was getting pretty bored. I liked the Sega version much better. much better.

The Gameboy Advance was boring as well, actually. If I had to give it a rating, it'd have to be about 2/10. = \

I am a MAJOR Sonic fan, so no surprise, I loves SA2...'Cept for Knuckles' and Rouge's levels...Finding things hidden in massive level, help by hints that hinder more than assist, is not my idea of a Sonic game...But, it does offer a bit more than just moving right at high speeds.

My favorite level if definatly FinalHazard, because Super Sonic and Hyper Shadow are just frikkin awsome! Too bad that after you play that level, SS and HS aren't availible for regular play, or even Battle...

I would give the game 8/10...It would have scored higher if Knux's and Rouge's levels were more exciting, and if SS and HS were characters you could play more often.

I like SA2B, but SA for Dreamcast was more fun. It had a better stoyline, it was a longer quest, (ecspecially if you beat it with all the charecters)and Tails wasn't in a stupid machine! Come on, that's just stupid. Anyways, I heard they're gonna port this one to GC as well, so GC owners would almost have all the (good) Sonic games. My one question is: In SOnic Mega Collection, why didn't they put SonicCD in there?

I Absolutly loved this game, I mean it was just one of the reasons i brought a gamecube, not just this game but the whole sonic collection, i mean sonic is as great as mario and this game has a greatness that can't be described but the only troubles im having are the ranks i need As and fighting the Biolizard as Shadow.
