Goo Goo Treasure

Has anyone heard the song by John R. of the goo goo dolls? The one on treasure planets soundtrack, its called Im Still Here, the video is done in the coldplay Trouble style and I think it is a pretty good song. Since their new album Gutterflower is also been released this is a good area to discuss what you think of it if you have heard any of it. I like the one i think is called Sympathy. So do you think that the new disc measures up? Are you planning on seeing Treasure Planet?

My goal of making a varied thread is complete,phase two...world domination...after a cheese cracker.

I'm not a fan of the goo goo dolls, but that song "i'm still here" was ok. So are a few of their other songs. How is the new C.D.? is it worth buying?

Well honestly, they did better on their previous album. They sound their best when they sing sappy sad ballads(dizzy up the girl) or reflective rock(a boy named goo). If you weren't a fan of them before, I don't think you will like this new cd very much. Though it does have it's moments.

[color=deeppink] [size=1]Gah! Now I have the stupid song stuck in my head again... Every morning, my dad turns the T.V. on to either VH1 or MTV, and that song is like, on every morning, at 8:45. I end up having the chorus of the song stuck in my head all day, and sometimes I've actually caught myself humming it. I tried singing it while I was home alone, and it turned out to be pretty fun to sing. ^_^

Maybe I would have need them two days before I say the music video, but when you record the video and listen to it over and over and so forth, you get the lyrics pretty well. ^_^ Gawd, I love Jonny. :love2:[/color][/size]
