Anime Suzuka

What do you think Twilight Suzuka's motives for staying with Gene were in the beginning? I know what she said her motives were but do you think she maybe had a hidden agenda? I used to think that maybe she had a thing for gene even back then. Maybe she grew tired of her repetitive life as a hired killer and kind of used her honor as an excuse. Though I by no means think she doesn't take her honor seriously.So my question is, did she have an alterior motive?

;) Well that's a rather interesting thought you brought up but then couldn't you say the same thing for Asia as well. I think maybe in a way Asia might of had a thing for Gene Starwind by sticking around. But in all honesty with Suzuka I think it really had to do with honor and out of respect not that she was interested in him in a romantic sense.

[size=1]I think that originally Suzuka was following Gene around so that she could get closer to the Kai pirates. It makes sense, considering that Gene and the Outlaw Star run into them so often; Suzuka saw Gene as an opportunity to accomplish her goals.

But yes, Suzuka [i]did[/i] have romantic feelings for Gene by the end of the series. The pirates are what led her to the Outlaw Star, but Gene is what kept her there.
