Also a quick question, when in the New Jedi Order series does this take place? I know it is before Coruscant was taken by the Yuuzan Vong, but how far before?

Abob lands his X-Wing in the newly constructed hangar inside the rebuilt Jedi temple. Beside his ship and A-Wing has landed, and a young man walks out, heading for Abob.

The older Jedi smiles, his Padawan was an ideal student. Smart, focused, strong and with a twisted sense of humor almost as strange as his own. He stopped and waited for the younger man to catch up, and then they proceeded into the Temple walking side by side.

They took a turbolift up to the Jedi council chambers and then walked across the lobby into the circular room where the Jedi masters were meeting.

The master and Apprentice walk into the center of the chamber, and bow to the senior member of the Council, Luke Skywalker.

Luke: "What have you to report about the Yuuzan Vong?"

Abob: "Our investigation into their attempted alliance with some of the fringe smuggling groups similar to the Peace brigade have met with failure Master. With a little help from us..."

Luke: "Good. I have also heard you have changed your lightsaber style to style two. Is this true?"

Abob: "Yes Master."

Luke: "Style two was developed during the Sith wars for fighting with opponents who used lightsabers. It isn't very effective against blaster bolts. Do you think this is a wise move? Some here think you are starting to stray from the true path..."

Abob: "The Dark side is not my way. I chose style two to help me fight Vong warriors, as their snake-like staffs are not destroyed by lightsabers. I have had many a duel with them."

Luke: "Very well, but you know that if anyone else sees signs of more aggressive behavior from you, your Padawan will be reassigned."

Lark: "No. I will not serve any other master. I will leave the Jedi if I am reassigned."

Luke: "You both may go."

The master and his apprentice leave the chamber, talking softly to each other...[/COLOR]

Tursi sat there in silence, she felt tired. she heard her door open, without turning back she knew who it was.

Tursi: Hello master durron. Is there another task i must attend to?

Kyp: only dinner Tursi.

Tursi now loooked happy.

Tursi: what's for dinner.

Kyp: whatever's on the table, better hurry, we'll be landing on courescant to see master luke in a few hours.

Tursi followed kyp out too the mess hall of the small frighet. She sat down and looked across the table.

Tursi: thank you mr. and mrs. solo for letting us ride in you ship.

Leia: it was no problem

Han muttered uunder his breath as they started to eat a nice corillean meal, Mr. solo had always made the best meals for her, and now she's going to be on her own, and han didn't like it much. But he would understand in due time.

Orien walked into the table and breathed deeply. It was good to be back at the temple. He had been out, trying to track down a group of pirates rampaging through a small sector. He had finally tracked them down and turned them over to NR officals. He turned and walked towards the cafeteria.

As Abob passed Kwaz in the hall, he stared at Abob, and he stopped.

Abob: Yes?

Kwaz: They've taken another planet.

Abob: Which one!?

Kwaz: Not a big one, but Myrkr, the Imps and the Republic tried to defend it, but the they're crates got to the ground too fast.

Abob: What are they doing there?

Kwaz: Thats what Luke wants us too find out. He just made his mind up to send us to Myrkr right after you talked to him. We need to see what the Yuuzhan Vong are up to.

Kwaz and Abob quickly rushed down to the hanger.

Ellsa Dacra looked out of the window and watched the street's that were filled with people coming and going about their dayily business. She turned her attention away and noted the two jedi's and apprentic who were talking on the other side of the room. Another planet gone? This was getting out of control, she turned her gaze back to the crowds and felt that all was not well, and probably the planet that had gone would be the souce of it.

She turned back around and noticed that they had gone, it wouldn't take long to catch up with them and plus it might be a good idea to keep a check on what was going on, since the disturbance in the force was only small now but would more than likely grow.

Tursi ran walked down the ramp camly, with kyp at her side. She looked up and saw luke skywalker. She let out a squeel of joy and ran up to hug him.

Tursi: I'm so happy to see you...

Tursi stopped and felt like she was being immature. stepped a way and bowwed.

Tursi: i mean, nice to see you again master skywalker.

Luke: no need for formalities here tursi.

Kyp: hello

Luke: hello kyp, you've been teachiong her well i hope.

Kyp: yes i have sir.

Luke: good (han and leia decend from the ramp) Han! Leia! Thank you for bring them here, i need to send tursi on a mission.

Tursi: (astounded) me, but i'm not a knight.

Luke: but you're more innocent, i neeed that for this mission, you'll be traveling with me, kyp will travel alone for a while.

Tursi nodded and the walked into a bar to talk some more over drinks.

Orien heard about the mission to Myrkyr. He talked to Master Skywalker, and he set out for Myrkyr on his modified Skpiray blastboat....

Tursi left the bar early and walked to the apartment. She flung her self onto the bed. She looked up at the ceiling. she grabbed a control and made a hologram of the night sky. Then she sat up and started to meditate. During her medatation she saw a vison.

Tursi was yelling at another jedi friend, she didn't see his face. they started to lock her in.

Tursi snapped out of her meditation with Kyp shakeing her.

Kyp: tursi, you all right? tursi?

Tursi: Yes master, just a disturbing insight.

Abob was halfway to the hangar when he stopped running and looked over to Kawz.

Abob: "Myrkr isn't a good place for us to go. The force doesn't work there because of a unique ability of one of the native species. I think I will go somewhere else."

Kwaz: "But Master Skywalker said w-"

Abob raises his green scaled hand and waves it in front of Kwaz's face.

Abob: "You want to go to Myrkr by yourself, and we can go somewhere else."

Kwaz: "I want to go to Myrkr by my s- Hey! You just used a mind tri-"

Abob snaps his fingers and Lalaith draws a blaster pistol from his robes. Kwaz ignites his lightsaber, but Lalaith fires a stun beam into this opponent. Kwaz looks at Abob with a hurt and puzzled expression, the sinks into unconsciousness.

Abob: "Let's go."

Lalaith: "Was that really necessary?"

Abob: "If the information my Peace Brigade contact has found turns out to be authentic, then this will be worth it."

Lalaith: "I hope you know what you're doing."

Abob: "I know, you question my hasty actions. But if this effort fails, you can claim I was controlling you through the force."

Lalaith: "That won't be necessary, if you are exiled, I will go with you."

Abob: "Thank you."

They climb into their starfighters and take off for Hoth...[/COLOR]

As Kwaz finally regained consciousness, he suddenly remebered how he was unconsciousness in the first place. He quickly jumped too his feet, cursing wilding ("Trying to do mind tricks on me? I'm a force master! That son of a *****!") he was heading to master Skywalker's office when he thought about what he was doing. 'Do I really want to get though too exiled?' He quickly spun to the firebolt (his modified skispray blast boat) and hopped in. He quickly picked up the fresh plasma trail that was left behind by Laliath and Abob and quickly set off.

[COLOR=green]Abob and Lalaith enter high orbit around Coruscant, then jump into hyperspace just as Kwaz enters orbit.

Abob smiles as a tunnel of elongated stars surrounds his ship as it enters hyperspace. Nothing in the galaxy could track a ship in hyperspace. He had heard of tracking devices that were attached to ships that would transmit coordinates once a ship came out of hyperspace, but he was sure nobody had placed anything on his ship.

He had spent three standard months putting the starfighter together, examining each and every part for defects and tracing/tracking devices. He had found several of both. Abob had also customized his starfighter by hardwiring the R-6 unit into the mainframe and removing all parts unnecessary for spaceship operations. The final modification to his ship was a special holonet connection that hooked up to one other source, and one only. It was for secure conversations between himself and Lalaith while they were in hyperspace. If tampered with it is programmed to self destruct, which gave Abob peace of mind and a sense of security while he discussed sensitive matters with his padawan.

Suddenly there was a jolt and Abob was thrown against his safety harness. He looked up and out the veiwport to find a Yuuzan Vong interdictor ship. He used the force to flip on his shields and began to charge his lasers.

Suddenly he realized that they weren?t being attacked.

Abob *using the force to reach out and talk to Lalaith*: ["They are attacking a refuge ship, it looks like an ambush."]

Lalaith: ["What can we do?"]

Abob: ["I'll drop a distress buoy, but that?s all we can do since we are outnumbered. Reset your course heading and initiate hyperspace transport on my mark. 3?2?1?Mark"]

The two starfighters reenter hyperspace and continue towards their destination?[/COLOR]

[tursi]

Tursi sat up as kyp walked into to the room.

Kyp: sorry for bargeing in, you didn't answer.

Tursi: really?

Kyp: i'm leaveing now, don't know when we will see each others again.

Tursi:i understand.

then master skywalker came in.

Luke: it's also time for us to go.

Tursi: ok. i've been ready.

And they all leave.

Tursi and luke maned their fighters and flew off corescant. Tursi looked at the coordatents.

Tursi: [where are we going master?]

Luke: [hapes.]

tursi: [are we welcomed there?]

Luke: [ i'm not all to sure, but that's why you're here tursi.]

tursi: [It's something to my past isn't it.]

Luke: [Yes]

[COLOR=green][I]Abob and Lalaith come out of hyperspace at the edge of an asteroid field in the Hoth system. Directly in front of them is a Corellian Blockade runner that has been modified to support two heavy turbolasers and four anti-starfighter turrets.[/I]

Abob: "[Lalaith our contact might try to pull something on us so be alert. Also, don?t be intimidated by his ship, I know for a fact that none of the heavy turbolasers work and two of the anti-starfighter turrets are severely damaged.]"

Lalaith: "[He must have his power supply rigged in a feedback loop so that our sensors read the weapons are operational.]"

Abob: '[Exactly, now let's dock.]"

[I]The two fighter craft attach themselves too empty escape pod launchers, then power down as their owners depart their craft.

Abob climbs out of his ship and punches a button on the outside of the door, causing it to open with a groaning noise. He walks out into a long semicircular hallway. By them looks of it the corridor had once been painted white, but now it was covered in trash and excretions from hundreds of Vong light bugs that covered the ceiling.

He walked about ten meters right and met up with Lalaith, and then they proceeded quietly towards the cockpit.[/I]

???: "Hold it right there! What's the password?"

Abob: "May the force be with you."

[I]a Bothan with filthy fur steps out of the shadows, his blaster pistol drawn.[/I]

???: "Nice to see you again Abob. Looks like the council finally entrusted you with a youngling."

Abob: "Haskil, where it the information you said that you have?"

Haskil: "This way."

[I]They follow Haskil into the cockpit and gather around an ancient hologram generator. Haskil hits a switch and it projects a map of the galaxy, except this galaxy goes beyond the outer rim. It shows a large cluster of planets one hundred eighty thousand light years from the outer rim, and they are labeled "Vong Space".[/I]

Haskil: "There you have it, the Vong home system."

Abob: "Thank you Haskil, this information will be most valuable."

Haskil: "My reward?"

Abob: "Yes, you have been given a pardon for all your crimes. I cleared it myself from the Temple database."

Haskil: "Excellent."

[I]Abob and Lalaith leave the ship, and fly off back to Coruscant?[/I][/COLOR]

[COLOR=green]Abob and Lalaith land on Coruscant, where they immediately head for the lower levels of the planet. Abob pulls his hood over his face, he has seen the posters of himself and Lalaith posted outside every Justice Department building.

It wasn't a large bounty as far as bounties for Jedi went, but they were on Coruscant. There were so many petty criminals looking to make it big here that he had doubted they would get this far without a fight.

???: "Doonta moovsa Jeedi! Meesa gotcha cooverd reel goodsa. Put your handsa upsa niice and slow."

Abob rolls his eyes and puts his hands up as his attacker walks in front of him. A gang of Gungans, holding blaster antique blaster pistols were trying to capture two Jedi. Gugans weren't made to be hunters; they were just too darn stupid and funny to be taken seriously.

He waves his hand through the air in front of their faces, which causes them to lower their weapons and look at him with blank stares.

Abob: "You will all leave me alone and go home, where you will forget you saw me."

Gungan Gang: "Meesa will go homee and levae yousa alone. Meesa will forget meesa saw yousa."

Abob: "You will also disband this gang and get legal jobs."

Gungan Gang: "Meesa will disbandee dis gang and get leegal job."

Abob motions to Lalaith to follow him and the two Jedi walk out of the alley, barely able to contain their laughter...[/COLOR]

Tursi: [who were you talking to master luke?]

Luke: [no one of your concern tursi, get ready, we shall be entering the hapes system soon, we might not get a happy greeting.]

Tursi: (smiles) [i understand master skywalker.]

Luuke: [tursi, you don't need to call me that.]

Tursi: [sorry luke. i'm going to turn off the comm for a few minutes, i need to think.]

Luke:[ok tursi.]

Tursi turns off her com and looks out side at the stars and systems flying by, she dosen't know what's instore for her, but she knows it will be great. She ckears her mind of everything and tunes her awearness in the force.

Orien lands on Courascant to refuel, and decides to go check out the lower levels on a....hunch(Isense a disturbance in th force!!)....After about a half hour of walking around the lower levels, he spots two robed figures....

[COLOR=green]Abob and Lalaith continue towards the lower levels of the enormous city-planet, hoping not to run into any more trouble.

They take a series of ancient turbolifts down to the lower levels, where none of the government law enforcers or law abiding citizen dare go. From there they climb down ladders and walk cautiously across ancient turbolift platforms until they finally reach the surface of Coruscant.

It was pitch black, and Abob has to use the force to see anything.

Lalaith: "[Master, something doesn?t feel right.]

Abob: "[I know. I've felt this presence before, a long time ago. If we encounter it, I want you to leave immediately. Your life will be in danger. Do you understand?]"

Lalaith: "[Yes master.]"

The surface of the planet is covered in rubble of ancient buildings, speeders and the decaying remains of dead scavenger animals that inhabit these lightless regions.

Abob and Lalaith walk slowly forward, using the force to silently move the rubble aside. They had to stay very quiet, there were creatures down here that made blood crazed rancor's look like cute pets. Only the desperate or the stupid came down here, reason or not.

???: "[Abob, we're over here. Towards your left, and under the large metal fragment.]"

Abob: "[Should have known you'd be here Jarlith. After all, the Sith do seem to pop up in the most disgusting places.]"

Jarlith: "[At least we don?t let ourselves be bossed around by a moisture farmer.]"

Abob: "[Skywalker isn?t my master any longer. I work for the good of the galaxy.]

Abob and Lalaith come into sight of the huge, twisted metal fragment, and see a figure dressed in black robe standing under it. The figure seems to know they have arrived, despite the darkness, and ignites a crimson lightsaber. Then he begins to advance on them, his lightsaber held in an attack position.

Abob: "[Lalaith, go.]"

Lalaith: "[But master, I can-]"

Abob: "[Go now.]"

Lalaith sighs and begins to jog away towards the exit to the underground. Abob ignites his lightsaber and charges at his opponent?[/COLOR]

Oron: Seven Of Them I Don't Know If I Can Take Them All On

She felt a nudge in the force and turned on her head set.

Tursi: [yes master?]

Luke: [we're exiting hyper space, get ready.]

Tursi: [ok.]

Tursi looks around on her control board to make sure everything was fine. then with a jolt they were out of hyper space. She looked around to see nothing. it was unusual.

Tursi: [where's the defence master?]

Luke: [i don't know, lets check it out.]

Tursi: [I don't think that's wise master.]

Luke: [Really?]

Tursi: [theres a force feild.]

Jarlith blocks with his lightsaber, and then uses the force to hurl a jagged piece of ancient duracrete at Abob's head. Abob halts the duracrete in midair, five feet behind his head. He pushes against it with all his strength, using his mind to keep the deadly piece of artificial stone at bay. Jarlith gasped for breath as he gave the stone another mental push. Abob pushed back, hard. The stone moved slowly towards Abob, inch by inch. It was only a matter of time before Abob would be forced to give up. Unlike Jarlith, he didn't have a reservoir of powerful emotions to draw on for strength. Only his clarity of mind and willpower could save him now.

Abob suddenly released his force grip on the stone and ducked, sending the stone flying towards Jarlith. The Sith brings his lightsaber up in front of his face and slices the duracrete slab in two, each piece hurtling past his head. Abob uses the distraction too bring his saber upwards into Jarlith's stomach, then upwards. The Sith falls to the ground in two pieces, a look of pure venom on each side of his neatly split face.

Abob: "Sorry..."

The Jedi Knight picks up his opponents crimson sword and turns the deadly blade off, then attaches it too his belt. These were troubling times, and he might need an extra weapon...

Tursi: [yes they do, i'm sending over the info.]

Lots of green little numbers race and lukes eyes widen. The number all srop at a certian row. and lights up more than the rest.

Tursi: [thats the code to bring it down, and tohack into hapes computer system.]

Luke: [Tursi, how did you do that?]

Tursi: [ i use to hang around Anikin alot.]
