RPG Chrono Trigger: Return to time

Crono looked up at the roof and sighed. He was laying on his bed and thinking about three years ago. Though it was life threatening, he thought it was exciting. Better then his boring normal life. "Crono!" his mother called from downstairs, snapping him back to reality. "Yeah mom?" he shouted back. "I need you to go to the market place and get me some rice!" "I'll be down in a second!" he answered. He picked himself up off the bed and walked down stairs. He grabbed the money off the table. "Be back soon." he said. He walked outside. The fresh air was nice. He walked to the market place and bought some rice. He turned to go back home when all of a sudden, a violent tremor rocked the earth. People began to scream and stands began to fall. Crono landed on his butt. He sat there until the tremor stopped. He then rose to his feet and saw a blue floating orb in the center of the market place. [I]A gate? I thought they were all destroyed along with lavos. [/I] Crono thought to himself. [I]I gotta tell Lucca.[/I] He ran off to his house, gave his mom the rice, grabbed his katana, and raced out the door. "I'm going to Lucca's house. Bye mom." he said, stepping out the door and racing off to Lucca's house.

[b]Glenn-[/b] "I will always protect thee my Queen." The Queen smiled and gave me a small amount of money.

[b]Queen-[/b] "I know you will Glenn. Take this. I know you will not want it but take it anyway. This kingdom can afford to..." A large earthquake rocked the castle. From high above a chunk of the cathedral cieling broke off. Swiftly I jumped and grabbed the Queen just before it crushed her. The tremor stopped and I set the Queen down slowly. "What was that?"

[b]Glenn-[/b] "I do not know m'lady, but I will go and see." Quickly I hopped out of the castle and down the front stairs. I got to the entrance of the forest and a hum filled my ears. Slowly I turned my head to the left. Something blue glinted between the branches of the trees. "What foul thing is this?" I crept up to the blue glow slowly, hoping it was not an enemy. "Yaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhh!" I jumped into the air and arched my sword at it. Without warning it opened to reveal it's true nature, one of the portals me and my friends had fought to close so long ago. It closed and I was flying throught he strange time universe.

I opened my eyes and found myslf staring up at the same trees I had been standing behind a little while ago. Everythign seemed more vibrant. I stood up and heard a bell in the distance.

[b]Glenn-[/b] "Lenne's bell... Chrono."

Crono was stopped halfway to Lucca's house by Marle. "What are ya' doin?" she asked. "I'm going to Lucca's house. Another gate appeared at the market place." he answered. "WHA!!!???" Marle asked surprised. "C'mon. Let's go." Crono said. Marle followed him as they raced to Lucca's house.

[Bremma]

Ayla stood outside her hut, taking a deep breath of thre clean air and looked up at the sky. "Today good day. Ayla go hunt. Kino!" She yelled.

"Ayla call Kino?" he asked, sticking his head out of the hut.

"Ayla go hunt. Kino watch village. Ayla be back." she said, walking off to the hunting grounds.

"Ayla be careful!" Kino demanded.

She nodded. "Ayla be careful." she repeated, dashing up to the gorge where a portal she had used with Crono used to be. "Ayla miss Crono and friends..." she said, looking a bit sad, until she saw a small blue flash. "What that?" She kneeled on the edge of the gorge. "Remind Ayla of time travel..." she mused, when suddenly, a Gold Eaglet swooped behind her, starting her and causing her to fall. "Ahhhhhhh!" She cried as the blue flashed brightly, opeing into a portal. She flew thrught the folds of time, soon ending on the ground. She shook and stood up. "Where Ayla now?" She said, looking about, untils he saw Frog. "Frog! It Ayla!" She said, leaping at him, tacking him to the ground. "Ayla happy to see!"

"MIss Ayla! What praytell are you doing here?" Frog asked, too started to reprimand Ayla for tackling him.

"Ayla go hunt. Ayla think of Crono and see blue flash. Ayla fall and end up here!" she said.

"I see... This is not right..." Frog commented, getting out from under Ayla. "All the portals should be gone... but they are back..."

"This odd. Crono here?" she asked.

"Yes... this appears to be his time.." Frog commented. "Let us go look for him. We may find Lucca and Marle too."

"Go! Ayla go!" she said, dashing out into Leene's square.

"Ayla! Act not in such haste!!" he croaked, leaping after her.

Two old men watched the event. "Now I've seen everything... a cat woman and a frog..." one commented.

The other grunted. "Ugh.. gotta lay off the whiskey I say..."

[Mitch]

[color=red] Robo's dusty and intricate body glowered to life. His eyes slowly creaked open. [i]Where am I[/i]? He thought, glaring about his surroundings. A man sat, staring at him happily and exhilirantly.

[b]Man:[/b] Ah, I finally got ya ta work, didn't I?

Robo looked at the man a long time, confused.

[b]Robo:[/b] Wh-o a-re y-ou?

[b]Man:[/b] I'm Stanur. Eh, and what be ya name?

[b]Robo:[/b] I a-m Ro-bo, si-r Sta-nur.

[b]Stanur:[/b] Lay off da sir stuff, me man. Damn, ya sure were a hella thing ta fix. Sure a' hell were. But whatta beaute ya are. Whatta beaute.

Robo just stood and stared at the man, as he babbled on and on. [/color]

Crono and Marle were almost at Lucca's house. The two hurridly crossed the bridge and ran to Lucca's front porch. Crono knocked on the door. Lucca answered it. "Hey guys. What's the matter? You seem out of breath." "The gates are back." Crono said. "You've got to be kidding me." Lucca answered. "No joke." Marle replied. "Come on in. We've got to research this." Lucca said. The three headed inside.

[JJ]

Lucca: i habe tjose books over there set aside in case this happened look through those you two.
the two start thumbing as luccxa started building something. when he finished it looked like a rubber suit.
Lucca: I think i could use this to see where the gate leads and then come back.

"Then let's go." Crono said. "Right." Marle and Lucca agreed in unison. "But who's gonna use it?" Lucca asked. "I will." Marle replied. "No, I will." Crono said. "Who is it then?" Lucca puzzled. "It should be me." Crono said. "Alright. Let's go." Lucca said.

[Bremma]

Just as Crono, Marle and Lucca were about to leave, the door burst open, Ayla and Frog bursting in.

"CRONO!!" Ayla cried happily, leaping on the red headed hero in a friendly greeting.

"A-a-Ayla? And Frog?" Marle stuttered, speaking for the stunned Crono. "What are you two doing here?"

"We both found gates in our worlds...but didn't the gate dissappear after Lavos was defeated?" Frog answered.

"So we thought..." Lucca replied. "I have a suit we can use to investigate the gate."

"Lucca smart. Gate take from two places, but where it go?" Alya asked, getting off of Crono.

"Who knows, but we will find out soon." Crono said. "Come on, lets go investigate this gate."

The group arrived at the gate after running as fast as they could. Lucca handed Crono the suit. "Good luck." she said. Crono began putting it on. "I'll be fine." he said. "Crono strong. Crono come back." Ayla assured Lucca and Marle. The two girls were worried. "alright. See ya later guys." Crono said. He turned to the gate and jumped in. There was a flash of blinding blue light, and then he was gone.
