Physic?

How do you know if you are physic? I always want to hear a song on a radio and it comes on. I can predict what someone is going to say or do. It's pretty weird. Has anyone ever had one of these experiences?

I never really thought of myself as psychic, but I always felt my dreams were really linked with reality...

Like the car crash situation. It all happened so fast... A few guys started moving from the opposite side, when it was red light for them, and green light for us. They were laughing when they hit my mom and me, and I never caught their license plate number. In a dream I had that night, I saw the whole accident again, except everything was moving slower. I saw the license plate number, and that very next morning, we had to go to the police station to describe the car that hit us. I told him it was a white car, and showed him the license plate number I had written down earlier that morning. Well... it was right. The same car, and guys came to the police station a week afterwards. And my dream had been correct. o_o[/color] [/size]

Once I dreamed that I was riding on a boat; the next day I was on my first boat trip (and no one had told me about it beforehand!). Sometimes I dream about someone I haven't seen in a while, and I see them the following morning.

At work, I always seem to "hear" the phone three seconds before it actually rings. It has yet to fail. Spooky. oO

I don't believe in psychics. I also have difficulty in believing that I'm doing this stuff, but I do and I still don't say I'm psychic, heh.[/color]

You obviously aren't a very good psychic, or you would have forseen yourself spelling PSYCHIC wrong.

By the by, alot of people have deja-vu or what songs will say. Many lyrics are the same in many songs and judging from context clues form the sentence before or the current sentence, you could easily figure out the next verse/line whatever.

Same thing with the radio t.v thing.

I can predict football games scores but not the players that score.

I predicted the last 4 games in the World Cup.All of them were correct.

Meh, the subconscious is so cool its not funny. I have dejavue (spelling is wrong) all the time, and its crazy. Also I hear people's voices before they arrive, well that's not that common, but it's happenning more often recently. It's probably just me developing skizophrenia, but hey.

As for whether psychic ability exists... More than anything else, it is simply intuition. The mind coming to a conclusion, based on non-substantial evidence, that this age of logic doesn't accept. So we pass it off as a feeling, then get scared when it comes to pass. Or, is the phone case, does any here have any idea how many thoughts can pass through your head in a second? I don't mean directly, but subconsciously. If one of them happens to "mention" the phone, then it rings... well, seems uncanny.

[b]Somehow I doubt you are truely psychic AnimeAddict. Your subconcious must have picked up on routine airplay schedules, allowing you to (subcounciously) know when a song you "want" is going to come on.

Also, your brain would probably account for someones behaviour, or you might just be good at predicting human behavioural patterns.

I've seen some interesting things about psychic ability within dogs. I know it sounds silly, but the frontal lobe of a dog is partially active, and that is what is predicted to control psychic ability. Of course, this area isn't active in any human's brain, so we are unable to fully study it.

Some theories seem to explain why a lot of people's dogs are waiting at the front door a full half an hour before they arrive. Some scientists say dogs make a special bond with the human and the brain, allowing them to 'feel' if they are in the vicinity.[/b]

Yeah, but my theory with that is dogs are just magnificent creatures.

There is also a scientific theory about the subconscience mind being able to go back far enough in time to where all memories are stored in the time/space fabric... from there the mind can access distant memories, be yours or your parent's or even your neighbor's... it's a really cool thing...

Yeah, that is true lol... I figure your spirit can and does leave your body after you go to sleep, I mean, you are unconsience while you sleep, so your spirit is most likely out of your body and playing/meeting with others...

I don't believe in Physics. Einstein, Newton, Feynmann.. they were all WRONG. The force of gravity doesn't exist, the reason we all fall down is cos if we fell up, that'd just be stupid. And the apple didn't [i]fall[/i] on Newton's head; someone threw it at him. And as for Einstein and his relativity...


Anyway, as for [i]psychics[/i], I have no idea. I believe we can hear things from God, but that's about where it ends. And I believe people in the occult can probably hear things too, but that's a different matter, from a different kind of being entirely, and the kind of thing I wouldn't trust.

umm..bible strictly forbids phychics/magic arts because it is considered using satan's power..

Mmm.... I never said I was psychic, just some uncanny ability probably. I too, don't believe in them *cough* Ms. Cleo *cough* . As for the radio, considering ALL stations play the same songs over, and over, and over again,,, you have a pretty good chance of hearing it. ;)

[color=indigo]These sort of stuff depends on how you define psychic. Personally I have two thoughts on this subject. One, I am not psychic. Intuitive, yes, but psychic, no. Two, if you believe you're psychic, then to you you are psychic. Because everyone has the ability to see, hear and feel what they believe (if that even makes sense).

Anyway, I think that in your dreams you do occasionally drift away from your body (not always or you'll be too tired). About the dream Juuthena had, I think it's because you saw the number plate but you only remembered it subconsiously. It wasn't in your consious memory, so you couldn't remember it. But when you sleep your mind went back to the memory of that particular moment and showed you the number plate because you really wanted to know what it is. So... yeah. Sorry if I babbled a bit, it's a habit cause I like philosophy....[/color]
