neoakira70
OH MY GOD!! this is such a good game the graphics kick *** and the gameplay is so original does anyone else like this game
Charles
Blinx is way overrated, lol. I'm pleased that Artoon or Microsoft chose a cat as the mascot. Bubsy basically ruined the reputation of felines in his PSX outing, so it's refreshing to see a somewhat decent game promoting the animal. The actual game isn't supposed to be lengthy and the game play pattern of killing a bunch of enemies while executing time warps becomes repetitive. Plus, I'm not too keen on the idea of completing a level in ten minutes. In these type of games, I'm fond of exploration...
Bing
I played the demo today. It has many positive and negative points. It is quite challenging, but as Crazy White Boy said, completing levels in 10 minutes is NOT a good sign! neoakira70, have you finished the game? If so how long did it take you? Is this another addition to the large collection of extremely short games being produced nowadays?
Tommy Vercetti
I played this quickly on an xbox console they had in a shop and it really confused me i just kept wondering around not knowing what to do. It was probably because i didn't know what level i was on and the objectives or whatever i had to do the controls were realatively easy to get to grips with but can anyone give me a brief explanation of the game please?? BigCajones
Well Blinx: The Time Sweeper is an original platform game in my view. I find most platform games are original, but I suppose on some you learn some moves down the line like the Crash Bandicoot series. In the images I've seen this game has number of different monsters which is good. The vacuum is pretty original until Luigi's Mansion came along lol. A pretty cool cat with good graphics for a platformer! You shouldn't really put this type of game in a shop to be honest, keep to beat-'em ups in a shop it's easier to get to grip with! Platformers don't usually have much of a mission to them except simply excape the level alive, but apart from that if you don't have a clue what your doing I can see how you struggled. There is many other things like VCR control symbols at the bottom of the screen. They are the time controls, I will stop the rambling though because explaining this confuses me!
Bing
Yeh...o.k. Cajones, whatever you say. Heh, I played it in a shop too, and I think it's quite a good game now I've played it for a bit, but I still feel it's way overrated, and it's 'kiddy' appearance is the kind of thing that would of attracted me a few years ago...like Rayman did on the PSX
